with insurance it is all about saving them dollars. I had state farm some years ago..and I canceled them and picked up another insurance company, but now I'm back with state farm because some parts of state farm offer better car rates; state farm has a program called drive safe and save which actually gives me a better deal than other competitors plus I save more money. I have my cars on this insurance. This part of state farm work better for me. For me, honestly all insurance are kinda high, well at least the good ones are. Nonetheless, I always look for friendly service, time & care that the people put in with you, and how they can best meet my needs.. when I'm searching for insurance; yall I found it with state farm. And I really like this lady there.. her name is something like Alana, I don't quite know how to spell it but her office is the 1st door to the left when you walk in state farm on highway 49 in that plaza area. My husband like the Robert man there but, she is such a down to earth pleasant, likeable, and caring person. I did not know anything about downloading this program; drive safe and safe. she took time out to help me download the entire thing.while she helped we shared stories of our families. I knew then, I was at the right place. she didn't have to do that but she wanted to help. Evertime I've gone there my transactions has been seamless.

This is one of the few places that will get five stars from me. Canethia and Lucy go above and beyond to give the best customer service every single time. I constantly joke that if they ever leave so will my policies. There's some truth to the statement though. They really help you understand buying insurance and the different products that make up an insurance policy. I would recommend making an appointment to see one of them. I'm not saying that the other people don't do a good job. I just don't know them yet.
