Got an online quote from State Farm which resembled most other online insurers. However after a week or two I got a quote in the mail from State Farm that was better than the one I got online. So I called the agent, who happened to be Renee. She helped me figure out which coverage I needed and got my policy active that very same day despite me calling in towards the end of her shift. Robert really helped me. I mean this with all my heart. Progressive was going to make me pay 1400 for insurance because I didn't have a perfect record. Most places were charging alot. I did not even want to give him a chance at first bc I was recieving nearly the same quote from most insurance places. After hearing him out on how low he would get my insurance payment, I thought it was a joke. I recommend everyone I know who need's insurance to these people. They saved me alot of money. I stumbled upon the McDougall agency through a Google search and wow, was I pleasantly surprised. Anna Jackson responded to my email right away with the answers I was seeking. She really cared about addressing my personal situation rather than simply selling me a bunch of service I didn't need. State Farm was the only auto insurer I could find willing to allow me to easily put cars I wasn't using in "storage," which saved me a bundle of money. If I needed to use the car, I could get coverage immediately with a simple email or phone call. State Farm also allowed me to pay automatically monthly and MAILED me copies of my documents every time a change was made, even a payment. That is not something you find anymore. And, the service at McDougall was top-notch. Anna and the staff educated me with lengthy emails about insurance underwriting in general whenever I had a question. They always had time for me and responded to my questions immediately. I have recommended the McDougall agency to my family and friends and to anyone looking for an agency that is committed to solving your problem.

I wish I had found this office years ago, seriously the best, most caring insurance people I have ever interacted with. I have texted them with the most obscure random questions and they have texted back or called within a few hours. And by obscure I mean my partner and I had a bet on something insurance related (spoiler alert, I was mostly right) and they called me after I texted them I needed to settle a bet, not an emergency but please help me prove that I'm right, and actually explained to me in detail why I was right (but also he was a little right too) and educated me on how the thing actually works. Insurance laws changed recently and they called me to literally walk over what was changing, why, and what that meant for me, explained like I'm five but have never made me feel stupid, like they just seriously take the time to make sure their customers are educated and getting the best deals. Also Anna is just the nicest person like I would trust her with probably anything to be honest. If Jake from State Farm were real, he would be this team lol 12/10 would recommend, A++ customer service!

Unbelievably great service! One of our vehicles just had to have the windshield replaced 10 days ago and for everything installed, it ended up be very expensive and not a penny out of pocket. My son called me last Friday and as he was traveling on US 131, he said a truck passed by him and a rock hit his windshield again and within 10 days of it being replaced. I then called Anna at the East Beltline Ave location and she said: no issue, where do you want to take it, this being said, it will be replaced within 5 days of today, again, nothing out of pocket and she had the greatest attitude to get us taken care of! The first time this happened it was Joanne on the phone and the exact same, kind, extreme professionalism from her and this State Farm office!
