Here's the deal. When your looking for someone to help you manage risk and exposure, there is no one. better in Grand Rapids than Nathan Smith and his State Farm team. When life tosses you a curveball or a crisis, it's imperative to know that someone knowledgeable and experienced is on your side to back you up and help you navigate back to where you were. I find it comforting to know that when you need them, your speaking to Nathan and his team on the phone here in town, not a call center overseas. As a bonus, I get to see his smiling face looking over my shoulder on a billboard as I merge onto 28th St., gently reminding me to use my blinker, watch my speed and drive defensively to keep those rates down. I thought it couldn’t hurt to find out what a new quote would look like, so I said “sure send it over.” I was not upset with it in the slightest.
