These people are just great. I am a person who takes insurance very seriously. I research and ask a lot of questions. The people at Superior Insurance have always made me feel ok about asking questions or changing coverages. I became a client following the recent death of my spouse and father. Needless to say I was a nervous wreck, and I had quite a few changes in a short period of time necessitating updates to my coverage. It has never been a problem with these folks. They respond quickly and seem to really care that I get the coverage I need most.

Superior Insurance is the best! Shannon, Jenna, and Robin are very knowledgeable, patient, and super friendly! If you have questions on what the coverage actually means, why certain limits are chosen, whatever...they will explain everything line by line. They broke down other quotes I brought in and gave me a true comparison. And yes, they found me the best quotes! The extra step they go to establish relationships with their clients is worth something too. I have dealt with many insurance agencies over the years and look for both value and price. Superior delivers both and was cheaper on vehicles, umbrella, and property. I had other large and reputable companies quote like products and Superior won my business. Robin does a great job to provide the best service and get to know you. She even dropped off homemade cookies for my wife and I that were delicious! Highly recommend giving them a try and you won't be disappointed.

I have been with Superior Insurance for about 4 years or so. I had them do a quote and could not believe the amount of money they were able to save me on my car and home insurance. I just recently had an insurance review with Jorin and Kimberly and it was very informational. For those areas I felt I needed more coverage. they are looking at changes and other areas I just felt better knowing the coverage I had was appropriate. I highly recommend having the team at Superior Insurance do a quote for you and then decide for yourself if you want to make a change.

Been working with Jorin at Superior Insurance for about 3 years since we purchased our first house. We looked for home owners insurance at a bunch of places before getting referred to Superior. Hands down the best, no comparison. We currently have home, auto, and now atv insurance as well. If I need anything new or have a question I can just send Jorin an email and he takes care of everything for me. Superior Insurance is awesome and Jorin really knows his stuff. I don't see taking my insurance needs anywhere else for the foreseeable future.
