After completing an online Geico quote I was referred over to Justin's office for a better rate. After figuring some things out over the phone with a few phone calls I pulled the trigger and changed companies for my auto insurance. Very professional and not pushy at all. Highly recommend Tyler in Des Moines. He was so friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and made sure I got the deals I was eligible for! I have only been with Geico for just under a year. They always seem to go above and beyond for me and give great prices while doing so. Yesterday I bought a bike and was having trouble on the app so I dropped it. Today at work I got a call from TYLER and he was phenomenal, very personable. He was able to set me up with insurance for my bike just how I wanted and at a very cheap price. We also were able to set up a quote for my mustang that sits in the garage getting full coverage when it was completely unnecessary. Thank you guys so much for taking care of your customers. I've been a customer for about 10 years. No claims until this year from hail. I had 4 claims and they handled every single one with perfection. Geico takes care of you when you need it. Great prices and awesome customer service. They let me pick any body shop I wanted. At the time, Geico was doing remote adjustments so I had to get a shop to send over quotes. All the adjusters were very fair and quick to respond. I recommend Geico to anyone.

From reading many of the reviews here, it seems that friendly and helpful agents are not a rarity in the Des Moines Geico office. I got a call from David Guisinger not long after visiting Geico's website for an online estimate and dealing with David was a real pleasure. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of the industry and guided me into selecting just the right coverage and options for our needs without being pushy or insincere. The plan we chose was as good as our previous policy (actually better in some ways), but saved us so much money as well. I suspect that talking to insurance agents may not be anyone's idea of the best way to spend one's time during the day, but David made it genuinely enjoyable. I would highly recommend him and this agency!

He thoroughly walked me through my policy and the determining factors, the exact experience I DID NOT get on Geico phone sales. As a result, I got 30% more coverage and a 65% less deductible. Pretty nice guy. I was getting a quote on bundling my newer Mustang with my not-so-nice Durango, I guess that package will save me $15'ish. I'll prolly be switching off of Progressive unless they can offer a better deal.

I'm personally in Iowa City but I wanted to actually talk to the same person so that's why I purchased thru the agency vs. calling the 1800 number.
