Was referred to Sadler Sports in summer 2022 to provide liability insurance for our pickleball club and a liability policy for the club's Directors and Officers. The Sadler website was easy to navigate and purchase the policy on line. Telephone contact with the company clarified a few questions. Overall, a great experience to purchase the insurance we needed.

I have run a youth sports league in my area for over 8 years. This year we had to switch insurance and I stumbled across Sadler when doing some research. I did everything through their website. It's put together very nicely. Easy to understand costs, coverages, additional coverages and amounts. The forms were easy to fill out and they didn't ask for or show any confusing information. Couldn't have asked for an easier process. I haven't and hope to never have to file a claim, but if its anywhere close to how simple their website is, then I'll be super impressed.

Sadler & Co are great! Cost is completely reasonable! Everything can be done online, even payment. Being the Secretary at our local youth ballpark this year I found myself having to renew our insurance policy. I am by no means even familiar with insurance terms and how they work! That didn't matter! Roni kindly guided me along, explaining everything in a terms that I could easily understand! Any questions that I had were answered immediately, no matter if it was via phone or email. After purchasing our general liability coverage a few days later she even called back to alert me that in the past we have had additional coverage and asked if I needed to purchase that as well and I did! My ONLY complaint is that their website could be a little more user friendly and a little easier to navigate through. If they fixed that then they would be close to perfect!!

My past agent had left me on the back burner and had forgotten about me. When I contacted Sadler, I got a quote immediately, then paid for it. Within 12 hours or less I received my new policy via email (this was new to me). I followed up by contacting Sadler to confirm that this was indeed my policy, and Michele (agent) contacted immediately via email answering all my questions and offering any assistance that could help me in the future.
