Edwin Sanchez has done a great job for me! He got me a few renter policies as my kids went off to college. I had my autos and home with USAA. No one ever seemed to be competitive. But every year USAA cranked up the replacement value on my home. It had gotten out of control. Edwin was able to get the coverage I wanted and saved me a bunch of money. I've replaced cars since. He's always on top of things. Calls get returned and questions answered. Highly recommend!

Melanie has been our agent for many years now. When I call her, she knows immediately who I am and she always gives me personal and caring attention . We have 7 children that have shared our policy and/or have carried their own policy through this agency. Because of kids, we have had fender benders and a major accident. Melanie has handled situations for me or helped guide me through steps needed to take. The roadside assistance program is amazing. With so many cars we've had to use it 3 times in one month! No out of pocket and no rate increase for this service! I am completely happy with my agency and my agent. They have The Anderson family's business for life

I called the Clark Farley Agency at 8:31am on Monday Morning. (They open at 8:30) Melanie answered the phone. She worked on my issue literally ALL DAY LONG. She did not stop until it was resolved. She fought for me like you wouldn't believe. She took it personally. She called, emailed, and faxed her butt off. Melanie made the process so easy.
