About 10 days ago, I needed a jump start. With nobody around to help I called Jim to inquire about my roadside assistance with my policy. Instead of going through the hassle of having o wait an hour, Jim (himself) came to my house and jump started my SUV. I don't know of any other service provider, taking time from the business they run to help out and provide first rate service. We had good conversation, he is super friendly and honestly cares about his clients! Thanks again!
Jesse MassieGetting insurance through American National with Jim and Tamara was a painless experience! They are extremely knowledgable about the policies they offer. They did a great job explaining what everything meant, and went out of their way to make it very little effort on my part to get coverage for life, home, and car. We priced them out with other insurance companies, and when I bundled home and car their policy was significantly cheaper than what other companies were quoting for the same coverage. Highly recommend them!
