I was a brand new Motor Carrier who had been told to go to RIG Agency by an old timer. From the first time I met Adam Rothchild in person and up to this day, I have always felt that he had my company's interest in mind and he has always been respectful, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. But more than that, Adam actually answers the telephone in person 90% of the time, or returns the call within minutes. On top of that, he has several times responded to my needs on the weekends, even when I told him it could wait until Monday.
