This is a tough one for me to rate... In June I had been communicating back and forth with Emma to obtain auto and homeowner's quotes. Emma was professional in her responses and up until a point had been responsive. I was happy with the quotes I had received and still needed to obtain a quote for one item. I was told on June 26 she needed to consult with another agent and would get back to me the following week. I never heard another word from her again, and ended up contacting a different State Farm office to obtain the insurance I was looking for.
