My review is for Kaitlyn Raymond and State Farm as a whole. I have been with State Farm for my car insurance since I was 16 following my parents as State Farm customers in Newport, Vermont. I continued on with State Farm as I moved thru life starting with Leonard "Pit" Monty, Lee Dartt, Pat Spielman Morris and now with Kaitlyn, for a total of 42 years. I have price shopped over the years and could never find a savings that would provide me with the service that I have received with State Farm. My husband and I have had some mishaps over the years and the response has always been outstanding. I hear of other people with other companies going thru some challenges when they actually need to use their coverage and I always spread the word that I have never had those issues with State Farm. The service and pricing has been consistently outstanding throughout my 42 years and I plan to continue with my coverage. Whenever there is a change in agent it is a little unnerving, but I have had nothing but positive interactions with Kaitlyn and her staff. When I call there I am confident that it will be a pleasant experience with professional help with any issue I have.
