I've been a customer of Kovalev Insurance Agency for over 17 years and it has been fun to watch company grow throughout the years. The team has always made the claim process trivial and will guide you every step of the way. I've had such a positive experience with Kovalev's auto insurance and service that I decided to get business liability insurance with them for my LLC and couldn't be happier. Recently i had purchased a car from a family member and had the pleasure of working with Olesya from the Kovalev team who assisted me with the re-title and registration process. Olesya was very helpful, responsive, patient, knowledgable and even provided me with a government form that saved me thousands of dollars due to the nature of the sale.I had no idea this form existed, but Olesya did! Kovalev also offers a "runners service" so that someone would take your paperwork to the RMV for you and save you the time and hassle! Olesya is just one of the amazing team members I've worked with in the past who are always there to help. Most people would agree that nowadays its a real challenge to find a business that prioritizes customer service excellence. Kovalev does just that.Years ago I've had people in my circle try to convince me to switch to their insurance agency of choice due to slightly lower prices and my answer has always been no way! Now those same people are with Kovalev Insurance Agency and they wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you Kovalev!

Not sure where all these positive reviews came from, I have unsatisfactory enough experience with this agency. I had been with them for long time (10+ years) with both home and auto. However, couple years ago their service has deteriorated significantly. I had several situations when I needed urgent answers to complicated questions. The worker who is supposed to handle this, Matt Bouffard, is extremely difficult to reach, and typically he gets back to you in 2-3 days. He does provide professional help, but in each of these urgent cases I was able to figure out the answers myself (thanks to Google) before Matt gets back to me. Other workers who answer the phone sound like college kids. They can handle basic routine tasks just fine, but cannot answer complicated questions. Even when I asked Matt to review my policies before the next term, he got back to me in 5 days! By then I already had a few offers from other agencies with similar coverages for better premiums. I was fed enough, so I switched to a different agency. So, if you look for an agent who just handles your basic paperwork, you can find agencies who provide better policies with lower premiums. If you need help with resolving complex questions in timely manner – do not expect it from this agency. I gave three stars because they are able to handle my requests, eventually. But I definitely would not not recommend this agency.

Originally I turned to Kovalev Insurance agency while looking for a better insurance deal on a 3-unit house. They saved us about 1K on almost identical policy we bought in the previous year for 4K. Then I insured with them my car and they suggested the best deal combining this policy with my son's inexperienced driver's policy.
