Fantastic agency!! Chad is very helpful in that we go south for the winter and when I call him to change vehicles from being in storage (comprehensive coverage only) to driving (full coverage), I can count on this being done the same day I call. He saved me hundreds of dollars over the last carrier I had. Plus, now being with Safeco, I saved $9000 in deductibles from the last hail storm we had in Montana. Safeco is one of the few companies that charge one deductible per incident, instead of one deductible per vehicle/home. So, instead of $10,000 in deductibles on 10 vehicles/homes, I was required to only pay $1000 for my deductible on ALL damages.
