I was reluctant to try acceptance but I must say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. "Kimberly Garcia actually brought life to a bad situation when we were forced to switch from another car insurance company. She is intelligent, forward-thinking, astute businesswoman of ethics—a rare combination of traits from insurance companies now days. Acceptance Insurance on Cheshire Bridge has been honest about our rates which are a little high right now due to our own issues with constantly switching year to year BUT we are very satisfied with the alertness and customer service month to month. We have never heard of Acceptance Insurance until we switch to them so I was a little skeptical I have to admit.
