During the years, I have had a finder binder or two or three and the McKinney Agency has always been helpful at every turn. I had a small house fire a long time ago they they were responsive to the needs of my family during a very difficult time. There is a piece of mind in having good insurance, and an even greater piece of mind knowing the team you bought it from are always there to serve and assist. Later when I started my own business and needed business insurance there was only one call to make, at that was to Doug and Chad. I guess I could spend hours shopping everywhere in a long shot effort of saving a couple of bucks, but knowing the team I would be leaving would cost me a lot more that the savings in piece of mind. They are a top company with generational experience and service standards.

Okay so insurance... For the past month I have been SUPER depressed and stressed out because I haven't been able to find anyone that would cover my studio that I spent 4 months building. Turns out having a trailer being used for business (manufactured professionally or not) is a difficult thing to get covered. After trying 4 companies, I was ready to give up. That's when Jon suggested that I try Chad McKinney and McKinney Insurance. I emailed Chad last week and he instantly responded and was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. No BS, I am legitimately impressed. Their agent, Marisa has been phenomenal, going over and beyond what I'm used to. I'm moving all my auto, business liability, and renters insurance over to McKinney Insurance. If you're as frustrated as I was, I HIGHLY suggest giving them a call.

He took so much time with me and really explained what my current coverage was and where I might want to bump it up and where was totally fine. As of this year, they are able to sell more insurance brands than just Nationwide so we (Chad and I) decided to wait to see what else he can offer. I don't give five stars, but I'll make an exception. I was sitting around the dining table with friends recently, and insurance came up in the conversation, and I discover they were clients of the McKinney Agency for a long time also. Our experience with them goes back years (over 20 for me, personally). None of us had anything negative to say about them (others at the table had had bad experiences with two competitor insurance companies). What can I say? They have always -- always -- been there for me and mine. You want nothing more and nothing less from an insurance company. Most recently Doug McKinney helped me to secure a builder's risk policy. The kicker? The agency doesn't do builder's risk policies. Instead of saying "Nah, we don't do that." and hanging up the phone, he went above and beyond to make sure I had the insurance product I need (and quickly, and reasonably priced, too). That kind of customer service is difficult to find these days.
