Bill and his team are the absolute definition of excellence in the insurance business. My policies were transferred to his agency when I moved from South Carolina and like the saying goes you’re in good hands with Allstate. Between Bill and his team I never once had to ask a question about anything as he explained everything in detail, he calls me or emails me from time to time just to check on me which is something that has never been done with an insurance agent, and the best part is if I have a question about something I simply pick up the phone and call him, nine times out of 10 he’ll answer the phone himself. I started off with Allstate and I promise you I will be a lifelong customer.

I have been a client of the Shytle Agency since Bill assumed responsibilities from the previous owner several years ago. I established my relationship with Allstate's Home and Auto coverage more than 25 years ago remaining extremely satisfied. The entire Shytle team supports with a positive, integrity based attitude whether it relates to a claim, change of coverage, or proactive advice.While certainly making their own decisions, both of my adult children have followed in my "insurance agency of choice footsteps" for their home and auto. Why not....when they have seen their father satisfied for so long? Recently, I noticed I had dropped the ball and not removed coverage for an auto beyond the standard change of coverage period. Johnathan Tate a long term Shytle team member went to bat for me at the corporate level. With Corporate personnel's assistance they straightened out the entire issue, reimbursing me for all surplus funds paid. Service doesn't get any better than that and I don't believe you will find an agency better than the Shytle Agency.

I've had insurance with allstate for over 30 years. I have had a couple of claims, a cracked windshield . I called my agent , he contacted the window installers gave them the info they needed. The installer came to my job and installed my new windshield. I didn't have to take time off work, go running around to make appointments. It was done without any incidents. I purchase a vehicle , I just call my agent give them my VIN # done ,I'm covered. If I have a question, I call and someone talks to me then, I don't have to wait for a return call. "Allstate is always there for you." That's why I've never changed insurance company s.

I did like my service with them they were professional and handled most situations in a timely manner but as of recent new vehicles were added and old ones to be removed I spoke with this office directly when doing so and instead of owning a mistake they passed it on to another representative of Allstate that I never spoke to I have only called the office and know who I’ve spoken with they kept charging me for vehicles on my policy that I no longer had even though they said they would remove it, I called to confront them and all they made was an excuse or it wasn’t them, I asked them why I was overpaying over 2x bill amount, I instead just cancelled and the person went from professional to a rude tone in his voice, I wasn’t rude or an angry customer I talked to him with respect but again this is my story with this company at this location only.
