I have had several insurance companies over the years. None have even come close to the exemplary service of the Nancy Berch- State Farm Insurance group. These people are extraordinarily friendly and professional. Whenever I have had any issue with my insurance they have been immediately there with a quick and supportive response. The entire team is just phenomenal. Recently, I needed to make some adjustments to my insurance and Brittany took her time, explained all of my options and then allowed me to make the choices that fit my life. She was amazing at her job: well-informed, personable, and customer focused. My background is in Quality Management and I would readily endorse this group for their amazing work.

Jordan is the best! There’s so much in life to keep track of and having to remember to make this or that payment is a little stressful but Jordan helped me get on a plan where the payment would be automatically processed! One less thing to have to remember is a good thing for me! Thank you Jordan!

Before working with Nancy Berch, I have few other agents from State Farm but I was not really happy with their services. Nancy and her staffs are always delivering exceptional services. Always go their way to make sure addressing all the concerns I have and support me in anyway they can. I’m an accountant so customer service is top priority to me and I can trust them to provide excellent services to anyone I refer to. I work for a State Farm call center and I had taken a call for a team member named Dawn. In conversation I found out the agents office was less than a mile from where I live. Dawn was very kind and professional. I was informed that I needed renters insurance and the first person I thought of was Dawn and how she was kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming in and getting the very best coverage for you vehicle/s, home. If you are having any issues with your current insurer I suggest you drop the asap and go here they will take great care of you. Go see my extended family here at Nancy Berchs office and get the best of the best. I have been insured with them for a short amount of time. But they take great care of me and family, the auto n renter policy I have with them. I absolutely love them. Has been the best insurance I've had, I was hesitant with the big name, big price, not the case at all helped us find a great policy for a great price multiple discounts, renters insurance, best coverage for a great price. They make you feel like family, they always know you by name, which is very welcoming and help with any issue you may encounter and handle it right away. Whether I'm calling with just a question on my policy, or if I need to make a change, if they can't answer the phone, I hear back within an hour.
