The customer service was great! They packaged my ice cream to go in a durable bowl with plenty of napkins and utensils. They had my order ready as soon as I turned the corner in the drive thru. I ended up ordering the vanilla s’mores in a waffle bowl. It was $6.89

Not thrilled with the selection or the experience. Sales staff were extremely pushy to buy pricier items, while the person making orders walked around with her mask below her nose. (I noticed throughout Oakville that the county-wide mask MANDATE seemed like more of a suggestion. Check out the sign.) I loved the interior and have considered purchasing their products in the past, but after this experience I don't think I'll be returning.

I went to oberwies in the evening on 8/27/2022. Went through the drive thru and the young guy who was working there was super sweet. Also the 2 vanilla ice creams I got in a cup were filled TO THE MAX! I was glad I've been here quite a bit this was the best time I went.

Not bad at all, you can purchase milk and ice cream here in a wide variety of fashions. You can also return their empty glass milk bottled for a bottle return refund. The kids usually just get a vanilla cone each as to minimize the mess they will make, my daughter will eat the paper around the base of the cone because it's that good. I usually get a root beer float and the wife likes the mint chocolate chip. The milk we usually add our own chocolate syrup because we have some critics in the family on parts per chocolate.. You can't please everyone, even thought I find the chocolate milk from the store perfectly fine. The staff are always nice and on the ball! I guess I'm rambling on here, thanks for the tasty treats!

Expensive! The ice cream was great but way overpriced. My husband got a shake, and it was $7. A single scoop cone was almost $5. A kid's scoop was almost $3. Consumerism at its finest. If we did go back, we'd all get kid's cones (a normal serving size anyway), but would definitely go back more if the prices were even somewhat reasonable. I gave them stars because the service was good, and they were friendly, and the ice cream was at least good.

This review is based solely on a single ice cream cone from the drive-through, so take it however you would like! I’ve never been to an Oberweis ice cream store, as I don’t live near one, but I passed one today and decided to stop, since I’ve heard good things about their products. The drive-through line went pretty quickly - there were four cars in front of me, and I was through the line and driving away in under five minutes. I got a single scoop of black raspberry chocolate chunk, and it was pretty amazing. I was happy that the chocolate chunks were more fudgy than crunchy, and I really like that they didn’t use artificial colorings or flavorings in this ice cream (per their website). It looks like they had a lot of fun flavors from apple pie to lemon blackberry to caramel espresso, along with all the usual suspects. I will definitely say yes to the next Oberweis store I see!

Solid spot to go to. Stopping in at Oberweis is a solid choice. We have a blast with our girls, prices are reasonable and the facility is always clean. Great for our family, highly recommend!

I like this location much better than the one in Kirkwood. It's a much larger store and the employees seem a lot friendlier. Maybe it's just me? I don't know. I find that I enjoy shopping at this store more. Fortunately, I live about halfway between the two so one is as easy as the other. This store has handicapped parking and a barrier free entrance. Plenty of room to move around inside without undo obstructions. Products tend to be a little pricey but quality is very good. If you haven't given Oberweis I try I can confidently recommend them.

This place beats all others for quality. You'll get every bit of what you paid for. I purchased a frostbite treat and it was absolutely loaded with oreo pieces. Everywhere else kinda sprinkles it on. And the ice cream was phenomenal. My new favorite place. And I didn't even mention the fact that they were quick and very friendly. Loved it.

We will forever love going to oberweis. We love getting the ice cream but the number one thing we drive 3 hours for is the chocolate milk. The staff here is amazing as well. Always worth the trip to oberweis!!!

Just exceptional ice cream and the nicest employees. Constantly new and delicious flavors. The dark chocolate raapberry is the best! The best mint chip I've ever had. My kids say the chocolate milk is the best chocolate milk, party because it comes in large glass bottles. True quality ingredients and their buy 3 get a 4th quart free is a great deal at $22! The seasonal ice cream flavors are fun and delicious! I really enjoy this as a nice family spot no matter how old the kids get!

Living just down the road I drive by alot I will also use the laundry mat behind it to clean my work clothes. With this being said if was up to the other members in my family we would frequent it alot. We get milk from time to time. The chocolate milk lasts about an hour. I would love to give 5 out of 5 stars. My 4 out of 5 stars will not effect business. 4 out of 5 because of cost, average cost for the 3 of us is around $30.⁰⁰ and on top of gas around the $4.⁰⁰ mark, 10-15 minutes in drive-thru.

Great ice cream, confusing to order because you can only get vanilla ice cream in their mix ins or have to get larger size to have different flavor ice cream for a milk shake! Staff was nice and patient though. The location is good, clean, and has lots of options! They were quick to get our order out, too!

They have wonderful ice cream and treats! However, it costs an extra $2.00 if ice cream is not prepackaged in quarts. Personally, I do not see the reason for this, since it is the job of the workers to make and package products.

Ice cream is excellent staff service is very friendly. On the down side. The building is starting to look very run down on the inside paints chipping off on the baseboards and walls.The walls really need repainting. Being white walls it really stands out with how bad they look. I really hope they invest some money into store improvements. I really enjoy coming here but I haven't been very impressed lately with how run-down the place is becoming.

We love Oberweis ice cream! Low key spot to get together with friends and family for a couple scoops, a shake, or whatever delicious ice cream treat suits your mood. Our favorite scoops are the dark chocolate caramel salt, black raspberry chocolate chunk, and coconut almond chocolate chunk. Although relatively expensive, the quality of the treats and the lovely customer service are well worth it.

I have been to Oberweis a few times and Everytime I am satisfied. I have tried the Moolattee, strawberry shake, and coffee ice cream all of those choices are fantastic. I am huge in coffee and this coffee ice cream hits it spot on. Don't forget to try their chocolate milk as well it's delicious and rich.

I come here for Oberweis fresh milk and eggs. They buy from family farms who take care of their animals like my grandfather did, not like they are machines. Their milk is wholesome and does not have that weird aftertaste that you get from others. I also come for their ice cream. Their shakes are incredible. They have an Old-fashioned that is amazing and their ice cream sodas are the best.

My first time going there and I was offered samples. I've cream is expensive but excellent!! People were playing chess on designated tables with more board games in the back. People were coming in and exchanging their glass milk bottles for a new supply. Very friendly people and staff. Plus they have drive through! Highly recommended!!

Been visiting it for the past several years. It's usually quiet during the day, but a bit more busy in evening, especially during warm days. In addition to their ice cream (my favorites are malt shakes and hot fudge sundae), I've had their milk and seasonal eggnog- all are wonderful.

This is a good ice cream and dairy store. It also serves as a restaurant. Nice place to stop for a shake. Anybody on tour here that doesn't know the area, this place is served by MetroBus route #9 Oakville. If you are afraid to cross Telegraph Road, and have paid your fare, tell the bus driver that you want to ride through the loop at Baumgartner Road so the bus doors will be on the store same side of the street that the store is on.

Who doesn't love ice cream? Staff is polite and quick with orders. Nice atmosphere inside it's like stepping into an old malt shop. Chess board tables with pieces for anyone who carries to play. Portions are more than generous. Ordered a single scope got way more than I had anticipated.

The product is good. The staff wasn't super friendly and was actually kind of snotty which is an odd occurrence because they are usually spot on. Anyway, if you ask for two scoops of different ice cream they slap them on top of each other which means you cant even taste both which really stinks.

I injured my shoulder/arm while in my car and could not disconnect the safety belt with my right hand in order to get out of the car. A thought can to me that a fast food place could do it for me. I thought of the place with the nicest staff and proceeded to Oberweis. They readily unlocked my safety belt but also asked if there was anything they could do more. I continue to appreciate the staff at Oberweis.

I was expecting a steak n shake or Dairy Queen milk shake, but when I took my first scoop, I could taste the difference. I could taste the fresh milk with all the real flavors. It was amazing. I live two hours from here and I will make the drive back so my wife and son can have a shake. If you have ever wanted to taste fresh milk it is a must.

Oberweis customer with more than 10+ years of repeat walk-in experience over here. Letting you know I appreciate that you keep your doors open past bedtime. St. Louis would be so boring without you. You know the ice cream is good when you see an Oberweis packed full of kids at 10pm, in the middle of winter, 20 degrees temperature. Here are 5 stars for the excellent customer service. This evening I watched a crew of young staff members perform business operations like they own the place. Employees appear out of nowhere to take orders and when there's no one at the counter they're helping out other coworkers. You can tell by the good vibes, synchronized work flow and team dynamics this took time to build. Kudos to all including the manager / owner for running a tight ship while everyone inside was screaming ice cream.
