Have to say this place is amazing! The staff is enthusiastic and they know how to make an incredible BANANA SPLIT! We went there two nights in a row and both splits were DELICIOUS! We will definitely go again on our next visit to Salt Lake City!

Yum!!! This place is so good, it just reminds me of being a child. So many choices for flavors, and They’ll give you a pink little spoon to try it on everyone. But I love it when they have family night specials and everybody can get a scoop for a dollar. How can you say that ice cream for the whole family when they each can have their own flavor, for only a dollar. Fun place to take the family for a cheap night out and treat for everyone.

Major thank you to the crew working 11/21/22 evening! I ordered a cake to be ready the following morning but ended up needing it sooner - I walked in and they whipped it out ASAP and offered me samples while I waited which was so sweet. Thank you Sugarhouse Baskin-Robbins!

The two young ladies working tonight 10/20/22 are great they have a bunch of families and kids here and are being so sweet cheerful and polite and have cute crazy hair and jewelry some of the best service I’ve gotten in a while Great Job Ladies!!!

It's all about comfort with this place, so when I want a special treat I go here. They have tons of flavors and the folks working the counter are always polite. They even have low sugar options and dairy free ice cream.

I always like BR, my wife is normally a Blizzard gal but loves the Wild N Reckless. It's in a popular part of town near Sugarhouse Park and has a tiny parking lot that can be problematic on a busy day. Selection and service have been top notch for us. I suggest the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Layered Sundae!

The ice cream is the same as every other Baskin Robbins but the employees make this place outstanding. Helpful, patient, friendly. The store was clean, the service was fast. Get some ice cream, tip the employees, because I guarantee they are not being paid enough.

Always good ice cream but the lady who was helping me was either in a rush or not in the best mood, or maybe it was just the lack of experience in customer service or maybe even the training they receive. I order a big wake cone, 2 ice cream flavors and I ask for chocolate sprinkles which she immediately said No to.. I was confused, I thought I misheard, so I said Yes, please I'd like chocolate sprinkles.. she insisted that they don't do that and that I can't get the sprinkles... I was like What? 😱 I asked, how come? Of course I can, I'm paying for the extra toppings.. she said not again, its prohibited!.. my mind was blown.. I said I want sprinkles, I'm at a freaking ice cream shop with a bunch of sprinkles and topping choices in front of my eyes... She said she could give them to me in a cup and I told her well give them to me in a cup and I'll pour them on my ice cream.. She said she didn't want to make a mess.. omg!!! I let it go, how disappointing, frustrating, and ridiculous. Let's teach the kids critical thinking and problem resolution from the beginning, it doesn't take much and your customers would be happier (and you'll have more return customers, too).

Staff was very friendly. However when you decide to open a business. The privilege comes with some obligations. Not having a public restroom Is like someone who wants to reap the benefits of owning a business without contributing to humanity. Having people pee in your parkinglot is not classy at all

I received excellent service here. I dropped in because I received a coupon for a free pint of ice cream when I donated some blood. I appreciated the big selection of flavors. I did end up picking out a simple mint chocolate chip pint. The ice cream was tasty, but not on the level of Ben and Jerry's. There were several families stopping in for an ice cream cone on a hot summer night. It was a good experience to get a cold delicious snack here.

Long time favorite. It was unfortunate when the downtown location closed. The Sugarhouse location is great because it's right across the street from Sugarhouse Park so you can enjoy your ice cream while relaxing outside or leisurely walking around. The staff is always nice and helpful which is a trademark of Baskin Robbins. If you love dark chocolate their 'chocolate fudge' is one of the best flavors they have. No matter what you're in the mood for you can never go wrong with BR.

Ice cream was great! Loved my shakes. Customer service not so great. The guy that was working was rude. Made me feel rushed and when I said chocolate chip cookie dough he started with just chocolate chip.I seen so I told him and after that he got a bigger attitude. Seems like he does not his job.

The ice cream is great. I personally love the chocolate and Oreos flavor. The place is fairly clean and the late hours are convenient. I think there is some room for improvement in their staff. On this particular visit the employee seemed somewhat annoyed to be dealing with customers. But it was minor so they still get 4 stars

Good ice cream, but nothing special. The atmosphere isn't very friendly or relaxing, but the staff is competent. Considering the price, and the fact that there are many other options when it comes to ice cream, Baskin Robbins needs to step up their game to get on the level of other chains such as Cold Stone or Subzero. Final verdict: Yes, this location is convenient considering its proximity to Sugar House. The ice cream is great as long as you know what you want, and who doesn't love ice cream? There are alternative options available for those with restrictions; call or ask in-store.

The kid that helped me and my daughter was great! She wanted to try so many different kinds of ice cream and he was so nice and patient. I wish I could remember his name but I can't now. I don't like the fact that I wanted to give HIM a tip, it was shared between the group. He deserved the tip as he followed us through the shop and helped us with samples and got us what we ordered. If I want top tip a specific person, I should be able to do that.

I went into this Baskin Robbins twice in one day and Shelby, both times, gave more than exceptional service. She was attentive and prompt in both of my orders. She really knew what she was doing and was an absolute joy! I love coming into this Baskin Robbins because they have the best staff!

Personally I hate the place cause my wife loves it so much! Thank God love potion 31 is only a limited tune ice cream or I would be broke all tease long! She wants to go every single day! Especially on the 31st of each month that had one for 1$ scoops

It has always been my favorite since my childhood and now it is my kids favorite I have always loved Baskin-Robbins ice cream they have a variety of flavors all fantastic they always allow you to taste three of the ice creams but due to covid they have stopped it but I'm hopeful it will all resume to normal it is highly recommended

We have a code-name for you. It's "Sister Robbins". Sometimes after an activity was say "Hey, let's drop in and visit Sister Robbins. She probably misses us." which means I want a double-scoop ice cream cone in my belly. Thirty-one flavors is an odd number to have. Have you ever actually counted how many flavors they have? Have they EVER had an ODD number of flavors? Think about it. I will let you discover they mystery there.
