The staff was friendly and helpful! Our kiddos loved their ice cream- soft serve strawberry and salted caramel. The only small complaint I have was that my french vanilla ice cream had a hint of mint to it-- not sure if it was from the scoop or just a factor of being in the same case. Consistency was good and flavor was good otherwise!

Yesterday my brother ordered me a. Blizzard from there. I told him have them mix every candy they have inside of the ice cream. He did exactly that with the chocolate ice cream. It was heaven. I suggest they make it a new blizzard called the chocolate candy mashup.

Nice staff, tasty treats, and a good spot for humans and leashed dogs. The line may be long but it moves right along. Prices aren’t cheap, but seem pretty comparable for the area.

Great spot for a late evening ice cream craving. Mostly soft serve but great selection of flavors and dips. Black raspberry peanut butter swirl with crunch coat is my personal favorite.

I picked up both the cookie ice cream sandwich with locally made cookies, and the ice cream cannoli. The sandwich was amazing. Usually cookies get hard when sitting in the freezer but these were so perfectly soft still and the ice cream is creamy and not overly sweet. The cannoli is still sitting in my freezer but won’t last long. Can’t wait to make this a regular stop this summer!

The price is right here! Great selection of ice cream treats, although no hard serve. Soft serve is best I've ever had. Service is always friendly but be wary it is cash only. However there are plenty of ATMS within walking distance. Always sad when it closes for the season and always excited when they open back up

Always been my favorite local ice cream place. The needhams Artic Blast is fantastic. Plus they now accept cards which makes things easier since I rarely have cash on me.

Lib's has really good soft serve ice cream plus their prices are reasonable. They've been adding some fun new special flavors, such as Green Matcha Tea. And they're promising a Spiced Chai. It's a favorite of ours. We're regular customers.

Just discovered them this year after 6 years of living in the area. It is my favorite Ice Cream place now. Portions are huge! I tried the Maine Blueberry, it was delicious!! It’s my new favorite. The young lady working served us with a smile. The staff super friendly. We pass several other ice cream places on our way here, but it’s worth it.

The service is friendly and fast. The soft serve ice cream is not too soft, so even on a very hot day, it won't drip like crazy all over. And the very best thing about them is that they have gluten free options! (Including a gluten free cone and dips) Great place! Highly recommended for a warm day!...or any day that you feel like eating soft serve icecream.

In my neighborhood, Lib's is a spring/summer/fall staple! We always come right when they reopen & many, many times up until they close for the winter! They have delicious ice cream options & the employees are always super friendly & quick!

My second time visiting tonight, I was ready to treat myself so I ordered a two scoop sundae and was told that whipped cream costs extra....which I thought was very odd considering I thought that was the point of a sundae? I was also very disappointed by the amount of ice cream for the price, over $6 for a 1 scoop looking size at most other ice cream places I frequent. I'll definitely keep buying my Christmas tree from you guys, but am hesitant to come back for ice cream this season.

Their rotating flavors are really good- from strawberry to pumpkin pie and everything in between. Great soft serve consistency, and a great neighborhood ice cream stand feel. The best ice cream in the area!

CASH ONLY. SOFT SERVE ONLY. They always have something great here, but their menu is all-over-the-place so it's hard to find what you want. The best thing I've tried from their menu is the Needham Arctic Blast. It is super expensive for a treat, but if you're a needham lover it is bliss. Decent prices for kids cones, but the add-ons get you jacking that cost up fairly easily. Example: 2 kiddie sized dishes with jimmies, a cherry, some candy pieces, and a large needham Arctic Blast came to nearly $20 without gratuity.

Use to be better. Not consistent in mixture of flavors in there Artic blasts. They there Artic blast flaver menus writen in red on a black board VERY VERY hard to read.
