This place has good quality gelato with pristine presentation. Definitely hit this spot next time you want something to cool down around the outlets. I ordered the large espresso shake with whole milk. The shake was pretty good. I’d recommend anything fruit flavored though.

This place is amazing. The gelato was the BEST! Service was excellent. Got to sample a few before purchasing. Cute atmosphere. Seating both inside and out. Flavors are true to taste. Hands down best was the toasted marshmallow. Not too sweet but full of flavor. Paired it with chocolate to get a true s’more flavor. A place that was kid friendly and fun too!

High quality original flavors of Gelato ice cream, non-dairy and fruit flavors are available, with boutique-like service and samples to be sure the customer gets the right flavor. This is part of a store chain, but that shouldn't detract from going to Frost, at least in Santan mall. This is a great dessert alternative after going to one of the many restaurants nearby.

This is one of my favorites in the valley for ice cream/gelato. I’m a big fan of the fruit ices- lemon is my favorite. If you haven’t ever tried the frost bites in the freezer you should, they are absolutely amazing.

Amazing Gelato I was able to take my current guest there for a visit! So happy to introduce it to them. I once had the chance to see how everything was made! This is all because of my good friend Scott! Anyway we used to work together and he was and is an awesome guy! Okay anyway back to Frost they important all their ingredients in from Italy! 🇮🇹! That is what he told me face to face and it was amazing to see all that goes into really perfecting the craft!

I like this place. I don't eat gelato often but when I do, it's quite a treat. There are all sorts of flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, and cherry to more obscure ones like biscotti. A nice way to get some premium gelato is this place.

I absolutely LOVE Frost. It's our go-to sweet treat place and it's not even near our house, that's how good it is. We drive for it and it's worth it. We take all of our friends and family who come visit here and always recommend it. We even had them cater gelato for our wedding, withe the cutest gelato cart ever! On top of all of that, most of the gelato is gluten free, which is so nice. The staff are knowledgeable and always do an excellent job. I HIGHLY recommend Frost!

Went with my two kids. Not a treat I would normally buy for kids, but I wanted to try it. I got the lotus cookie one for my kids to share and I got a shake. Both were FANTASTIC. I must have gone during a down time because there was no line. The gelato was creamy and the flavors were so good. I highly recommend when going out with adults, if you’re not afraid to spend a pretty penny on your desert!

I have to admit that I was surprised when the man behind the counter came around and asked me if I would like a glass of water. Nice people. Also I really enjoyed my gelato so that's a plus. I've also had some of their coffee, ice cream combos before and they were good. The music when I was in the store was modern as well. I also appreciate the dairy free options.

5 stars, not even for the gelato (although it was 5 star worthy) but for the girl who helped my boyfriend and I with our order. I had been once before, but can I can get overwhelmed in busy settings, which caused me to misread the gelato flavors and mismatch them to what I thought were other flavors. After she handed me my gelato, I thought I had spoken incorrectly. Turns out what I thought was one flavor was another. She asked me if id like her to remake it, and I didn’t want to be trouble so I said no, its okay. Not only did she remake it with no hesitation because she knew it wasn't the flavor I wanted, she went out of her way to add a second biscuit AND compliment my appearance when we were rung up. It might have been a simple gesture on her part, but it made me incredibly happy to have her make such a positive impact on an embarrassing moment for me. Thank you so much for being so patient and kind, especially on a busy Saturday night. And if she sees this, she should know her kindness is so admirable. Thank you SO MUCH!!

Frost has the most delicious assortment of gelato flavors. Perfect for a date night or a family treat. Absolutely worth the stop if you are in the area. Try Butter Pecan, Pistachio, Sea Salt Caramel, Strawberry... Honestly, it is impossible to go wrong, as you may taste any flavor on a tiny spoon before you order. I recommend getting a half & half order with 2 flavors. You won't regret it.

THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD!!!!! If you are looking for an ice cream place or a gelato place this is 100% the place to go to. They have so many amazing flavors and they have waffle cones, cups and regular cones. If you're a fruit person that likes tropical flavors I recommend 1 scoop of lemon and 1 scoop of strawberry in a waffle cone. Absolutely amazing!!!! Also if you don't want to wait in line, you can call your order in and pick it up in the freezer they have! This is the place to go to!!!! 👍👍😁😁🥳🥳🥳

Excellent experience here. Place was p.a.c.k.e.d. and yet the server who tended to me acted as if I was the only patron in the room and honestly I needed that this particular day. Everyone's out and about now so going from ghost town to lines deep waiting, it's easy to experience short temper and low patience but I must say I received better service than I thought I deserved and it felt great. My order picture says so much about what's going on in the world right now. Server could have thoughtlessly stacked these flavors bottom to top, but seemingly cared explicitly about what is considered to be the most proper way to display the shear awesomeness of the most fantastical flavors of our time...just for me. Peace sign? Maybe. Symbol of tasty unbelievability? You bet your bottom dollar Annie. Clean tasting, fresh and deliciously cold homemade Gelato. So frikin' yum I didn't even remember the line.

With three cases full of gelato, I almost had decision paralysis if not for the friendly staff giving me more than enough samples to try. Frost is always a treat (no pun intended). The line was out the door, as usual, but quickly served. The gelato was excellent and the staff is always friendly. They have dozens of different gelatos on offer. My favorites are the Sea Salt Caramel and the Peanut Butter Crunch but they also have fruit and nut based gelatos as well. When purchasing a medium or large cup you can choose two gelatos to vary your dessert. They also offer various gelato based drinks but I haven't tried any as of yet.

Not only is the gelato here absolutely amazing, the staff is so nice and helpful. They will let you try as many flavors as you want and are so kind about it! The displays for the gelato are beautiful. There isn't a lot of sitting available but there are some tables and benches outside as well. There are also other options for drinks/smoothies but I've yet to try them, I'm sure they're great though. Great job everyone!

If I had to pick one desert this would be it. I love frost and have been coming here for years. I think they make good gelato and I have yet to try a flavor there that I did not think tasted great. Be prepared to wait in line because how good this place is means it is not a secret. The line will move pretty quick and the service is great. Go in and get yourself a large salted caramel in a waffle cone right now :)

I just visited Frost for the first time with friends who are big fans of the place. It did not disappoint! I will be back! They had many delicious flavors to choose from, including fruit flavors. An absolute gem in this hot climate, Frost is a weekly favorite of ours. The staff is friendly and the Gelato flavors are plentiful. Toasted Marshmallow and Lemon are my favorite go-tos, but you really can't go wrong with any of them. They have a lovely area inside and out to sit and enjoy your gelato, and they'll even bring around small water cups to go with your treat. I highly recommend you try Frost if you're in the area!

If you’ve never had gelato, specifically Frost’s gelato, let me tell you… Ice cream is NOTHING next to this place. I definitely recommend the raspberry and the lemon. Frost has an amazing staff, a high quality product, and they let you try as many samples as you'd like. They get a lot of foot traffic, but they handle it well and don't make you feel rushed to make a decision on your flavor, which I appreciated as a first time customer. The young lady behind the counter also helped suggest which flavors I may like best and she was absolutely correct, so kudos to her! I'll totally be back! Other than that...I can't believe there aren't more of these Gelato spots around. The flavors are great. If I think to call this gourmet Gelato isn't a stretch. They clearly use quality ingredients... Real, authentic ingredients ingredients for real, authentic flavor. Innovative, right? Use real strawberries for strawberry flavor! Or champagne for champagne flavor! But seriously, this is great. The equipment comes from Italy. A+.

This is a great place if you love ice cream and yogurt, and who doesn't? The taste of their gelato is fantastic and they actually have healthier benefits than other dessert options.. They have a chart there showing it. The bummer is it takes some time to get into their shop at night. The line extends outside their store and it's hot out haha. Be prepared to wait if you go at late hours.

Great place to visit in the San Tan Mall. The gelato is amazing and they have a wide selection of flavors. If you are a chocolate person, fruit person, or a cookie person they have a flavor for you. Each gelato has been delicious and flavorful and the staff does a great job explaining what is in it or how it was made. We appreciate the staff walking around and serving water too. Technically, I'm giving Frost 4.5 stars. They had a great selection of flavors, the long line moved quickly, and the staff was super friendly. One staff member in particular (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name) was incredibly detailed in his description of each flavor and was quick to share why he liked the flavors he liked. You could tell he liked his job and knew about the product he was selling. Another staff member offered customers water as they sat and ate their gelato, which was a welcomed touch. The shop was clean even during a rush. The gelato was yummy - smooth, flavorful, and chilly. I personally wasn't in love with the flavors I chose, which is the only reason I'm not giving the experience a five star review. I should have trued a sample or two more. Next time (and there will be a next time) I'm going for the chocolate hazelnut and the stracciatella!

One of my favorite ice cream restaurant in the valley! They have dozens of flavors to choose from. All of which you can sample for free of course. You have your choice of a wide variety of toppings and if you prefer a traditional edible cone or a paper bowl. Seating can be tight on the weekends so sometimes you'll have to take it across the road to find more seating at Panera outside.

The Gelato is so amazing. If you haven't tried it, and think it's probably like ice cream, you're in for a real treat. I was in recently and had peanut butter crunch / sea salt caramel. What a great place. The owner (owners daughter) was waiting on us and her enthusiasm for the product and our experience was obvious. The pride she obviously fosters there is evident in the service and dessert. I had Pistachio, banana, and rum. She took 4 orders at once in like fashion and committed them to memory. I highly appreciate the customer service here. The workers are always very friendly, they are always very knowladgeable and patient. They also do call in orders, this a blessing!! Lots of variety, that's plus. The flavor on all Gelato and sorbet is definatly high quality. Please try the hot chocolate during the winter, it is really a treat! Only downsides is that this place a bit pricey. It can also be extreamly busy during the evening in select days.

Frost has the best gelato in the valley. Our whole family loves this place! Some of our favorite flavors are dark chocolate, strawberry champagne, and stracciatella. Their shakes are really good, too. The only weakness of this place, imo, is the physical location/set-up. They take people's orders at the start of the cases, so all the flavors are blocked by the customers in front of you, and there is no list on the wall. The furniture is uncomfortable and the place echoes. Get a loud kid or 2 in there and you will prefer the 100+ heat outside. Our recommendation: walk behind the roped-off line and check out all the flavors if you've never been there before. After you get your order, walk around San Tan Village while you savor this amazing gelato!

It is the best Italian tasting Gelato available in the Phoenix area. The flavors are delicious and include the Italian traditional varieties as well as some pretty unique ones here in the desert. Gelato and sorbet are definitely one of my favorite types of desserts and I have tried a lot of places and FROST is definitely a cut above many places. They have a ton of options between gelato and sorbet. A whole section of their frozen/display case is sorbet, giving a good number of options to those who prefer sorbet or who are dairy free. I always get sorbet here since I tend to gravitate toward fruity flavors. They have some traditional sorbet flavors like strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, etc, and then have some others that also contain wine or other alcohol to enhance the flavor. It's not enough to effect you (even if you get a large) but it definitely makes for an enjoyable sorbet experience. The Peach Bellini (not there the last two times that I went to FROST), Blackberry Cabernet, Strawberry Champagne, and Limoncello are the flavors that I have seen with alcohol. There are plenty of flavors that are alcohol free as well. FROST also offers pint and quart sizes for you to take home as well if you want some for later. This is one of my favorite things about FROST since this is not often an option at other places, and I very much enjoy all of their frozen treats. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and I have.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about what they were serving and the store had so many flavors it was hard to decide what to get. I wanted to try something different so I opted for a gelato milkshake, something I would have thought was sacrilege to the gelato. However, it was extremely good and did a great job highlighting the mixed flavors I chose. I would get a milkshake again, trying different flavors to have a different experience. I tasted the different flavors of gelato others in my party coffee and all were great. I would recommend visiting Frost for a great gelato experience.

A little secret is that Frost also happens to be a great desert place after a cold day as well.
