The first marble slab i ever had ice cream at was in my birthtown of Baton Rouge Louisiana. What a treat. The staff did a good job with a goid attitude. The place was clean and ice cream very good. I really like the marble slab and the cold treat hit the spot. Good job yall. Thank you.

Absolutely an amazing experience. The staff was so sweet. Unfortunately the AC has broken over the holiday weekend, but the employees are making the best of the situation. The customer service from them is absolutely exemplary, despite some of the other customers being rude to them about something out of their control. My family and I will definitely be returning to this establishment.

Large portions, great ice cream, and tasty combos. They had a lot of unique flavors also. It's not just a place to get ice cream it's also really cool to watch them make your order. You can get cones, cups, shakes, and sundaes. The only downside is how long it took them to make our order this last time. We have a family of 6 and by the time the last one got their ice cream 2 were already finished with theirs. We definitely recommend though!

This is the best cookies n' cream milk shake in OKC. If you want to go get some dessert, then you should definitely go try it out. The inside of the restaurant is very nice, and customer service is also very good. Just so you know the bathrooms are temporarily out of service.

BIG portions... I saw the pictures on a Google review and I thought the little cups look small in the cones didn't look that tall so I thought it was little bit. So I ordered a waffle cone but it was 4 times bigger than I thought it would be. Prices are not cheap but not super expensive either. The service was nice. The place was clean. The place is a little bit small if you're going with the big group. And we tried to go in during a weekday night and it was packed a line out the door. So we came in 10 minutes before they close and we actually got in.

After watching a movie a came here in hopes of some good ice cream and I was not disappointed. They have alot of interesting options including special types of mixes that looked really nice. I got the red velvet cake ice cream with nuts and snicker pieces in mine and it was good as it was sweet.

This place used to be very clean and used to have a decent atmosphere. I haven't been here in about 7-8years. I took me and my family this past weekend and it was a very dirty place and the atmosphere has took a huge dip from what it use to be. Ice cream was average.

The ice cream is the best good price for what you get Fun experience Makes you feel like a kid again We always seem to go when it is busy but the employees are always nice and attentive The one guy Tommy that works there is the best of all he always is smiling, works super hard, very respectful, and makes the best turtle cheesecake You can get anything you want with as much toppings as you wish for one price of what ever size you choose Of course I always say GOT BIG OR GO HOME!!! LOL I would definitely go to this location for a sweet treat they have some great fun items to choose from It's way better than cold stone creamery or other places by far The owner needs to look into making sure their employees are taking care of so they can keep this location a more haapy place to come visit

We were downtown for a Pokemon Go event on an extremely hot day when we decided we needed an ice cream break! We decided to stop by here, and as soon as we got in line a HUGE group of people walked in. The two ( maybe three) workers looked instantly flustered and overwhelmed, however they quickly got a system going and handled it!! They got everyone taken care of, the line stayed moving, the workers stayed pleasant and kind even under the stress. If you download their app you get $5 off your first visit. I didn't have time to download the app, but will take advantage of it next time! Definitely enjoyed it and will be returning. I cannot say enough about the staff and how impressed I was with them!

If you are looking for a super tasty treat to both cool down and enjoy as you stroll along the Bricktown Riverwalk this is your place! The prices are reasonable, and they have a very wide variety of flavors and items! We went on a busy evening with a super long line, but service was really quick so it was like a 10 minute wait. They actually roll the non ice cream ingredients in (i.e. mints, candy, etc.), so its literally just ice cream and its associated flavoring to start. I got their double chocolate waffle c9ne and it was so good! Lots of sugar of course but hit right on the spot! Definitely reccomend!

Nothing too spectacular, but it still had good ice cream. I loved the charcoal mocha ice cream and the add-ins were tasty, but the ice cream was melting and spilling out of my cone too quickly - runny ice cream! The bathrooms are located towards the very back of the building through a long hallway. Only one was functioning and the bathroom was a bit dirty. Some decor would do them some good because, right now, it looks a bit sketchy towards the back! Good ice cream, though, before it started melting!

Heads up: they do NOT have any sugare free or no sugar added options for diabetics. Servers seemed a little scattered with the busy rush when we walked in but they recovered promptly. They moved quickly, smoothly, and were professional.

I always get it delivered because I can’t stand the parking over there but this is my favorite ice cream place. It’s the only place I can get my smores ice cream creation. I wish they were open later like when I get my cravings at like 8:30 pm. But marble slab has ALWAYS been my favorite.

Good Ice Cream. Care of customers needs improvement. You want to charge $5 to add Gummys to a childs shake. Then when the shake gets accidentally knocked on the floor you don't offer to replace. Kindness given will bring rewards.

This is a great place to get ice cream. And you can get it and make it into any kind of concoction you can think of. You can add nuts, gummies, syrups, all kinds of stuff. The ice cream is great, all the toppings are wonderful, and if you can't have a good time here, there's something wrong with you. Come on in, I think you'll like it.

I worked at this store for 8 months. Many customers do not seem to realize that customized ice cream/shakes take time to make and complained loudly and frequently, which slowed down the process even more. At the time I worked, our Marble Slab had employed almost entirely high school kids, the exception being a guy who graduated a year ago & the manager. As such we were constantly tired from school (many of us were in honors classes, taking college courses, or in extracurriculars that took up most of our time) and with the ridiculous mess that customers left behind, I.e. ice cream on tables, literal shit in the bathrooms, etc we had to stay until 1am to clean the store before going to school the next day. Customers were violent and entitled, even threatening the people working behind the counter. If we stood up at all when we were belittled, we became "rude" and "everything was their fault". We were forced to shut down our bathrooms because customers broke the toilet, the sink, the paper towel dispensers, etc, and the owner of the store couldn't keep paying for new parts. We were constantly having to explain this to customers who broke into the bathrooms when we weren't looking. Also, not a SINGLE worker there gets to take their breaks. None of them. They are on their feet for 8 hours a day AT THE LEAST, because if one of them went to take their hard earned break, one (if not more) of the customers would be raising pitchforks. I know this because when I had tendonitis, I worked with one other person, and I had to sit down for a moment because I was new, and my wrist hurt to high hell. I come back, not even 5 minutes later, and someone is yelling and threatening my coworker because I'm not out there. That was the last break I ever got to take.

I actually enjoyed this place and the ice cream it had to offer. I have no complaints about the service or the desserts they had. For this reason, I give it a 5-star. Pricing was alright for what I got and the people were nice, I guess.

Typical Marble Slab, food wise. It is located in a very popular area in downtown OKC, so it was quite busy. Ice cream was fine but the service was pathetic. There were 5 kids running the store, two lines were out the door, and they could not have moved any slower. It was like they were purposely moving as slow as humanly possible to get people to leave. There was trash all over the floor and sticky stuff all over the countertops.

If you don't know it's there you will walk right past it because it is tucked away in a corner beside the Harkins theatre, but it makes up for it with all the great choices, friendly, and quick staff. Stop by and grab some tasty treats. It's small location, but we'll worth it.

Without a doubt the best gelateria in Oklahoma. A cone of two flavors without adding anything else so as not to cloy or damage the flavor you order. Recommended
