I love the people here but they do not keep the freezers cold enough for the ice cream they serve at the counter and the drive thru, so your ice cream will be dripping all over when they hand it to you and melty. Maybe they do this make it easier to scoop but it is messy and not very good. I avoid this Braum's now because of that. The burgers will be cold and the cheese not melted, too.

Another stop on my unending quest for chocolate macaroon ice cream. I have found it at one location in the metro. One store tells me, "It's seasonal". The next one says, "We don't have it". Yet another store tells me, "we just got that in"! Corporate headquarters tells me, "It's not in the system as far as production schedule". Come on guys! Get a guy hooked on something and then take it from him!? You people have obviously never experienced withdrawals from anything. Braum's would always have 5 stars from me if there were a bit more consistency.

Do Something Today

The location was clean, friendly employee at the register.. however, the employee was new and didn't upsize the shake "free" with the combo to a small like advertised as asked. The manager seemed angry that she had to remake the shakes as a small, and then charged us a dollar more (2$) as a result. Other than that mishap, the food was decent, and it didn't take long to receive the order.

I've always liked Braums. The service has always been remarkable. However, this visit, I was a bit appalled at the unclean conditions behind the counter. The place looked like it needed to be closed down for a few days for a thorough cleaning.

This location is always helpful and has what I need. UPDATE: I love Braums A2 Milk and their Icecream but the prices are going to force me to purchase elsewhere. I have to call to find out if they have their 2/6 on milk 2/7 on butter and ice cream or it's over 4 dollars each. So sad

Braums is the best Ice cream and milk. I replaced some the stores floors. They worked while we worked, but if you only knew how clean it is... I was shocked in how nasty they are. counters tops are only wiped with rag they use all day, dead rats under the cookers and stove and grease layers andmore..

What is there to not like about braum's? I usually go in for milk ice cream and the peanut brittle. I'm a little discouraged about the peanut brittle because it seems they're always broken up to into too many small pieces like somebody sits on the box... But I continue to buy it cuz I love peanut brittle

Braum's so unusually fun I got fruit which is strawberries they were big and very juicy they even sell no sugar added ice cream yep they got some money from me and going to again lol my son has been wanting one of their $10 burgers it's three meat patties cheese with all the fixings I didn't think he was going to be able to fit it in his mouth lol but he did he loved every bit of it

It's braum's it's great what more do you need to know,, several managers have started watering down their shakes and their sakes have always been thick but you can stick the spoon in and it stays there that change during the pandemic some managers are watering them down I don't understand profit or what but it's not the way Brahms does things.

As a member of management with mazzios I have to give the staff on the lunch crew a ten out of 5 star status for not only making me the ABSOLUTE HANDS DOWNBEST TASTING MOCHA ICE COFFEE MY TASTE BUDS ARE DROOLING!!😛😛😛😋🤭😋😋😋😋 but the woman taking my order and payment was amazingly upbeat and pleasant as well as the lady that handed me my order...they deserve a raise and a round of applause. It is a treat to get a chance at a burger place that is not the same old stuff that is in the national chains. The sandwiches may look like they are the same but the quality of the ingredients are far higher here. Of course offering me a milkshake instead of a soft drink just adds to the experience.

The only thing about braums is that they won't hire a person with tattoos that are visible I got laid off from the machine shop I worked at so I needed a temp job I got hired for night grill guy then I went to work but they would not let cause of a tattoo on my arm there a Christian company I understand that but my tattoo is jesus lol any ways the food is good drive threw could be faster

This Braum's was not in good condition although the power had been out before I was there they had it back on early that morning I ordered the jalapeno burger and when I got it the meat wasn't even hot enough to make the cheese melt in any way the store was not clean and I don't know that that's 3 is good for this although I eat at other Braum's and have no problems with them this one just needs to be cleaned up and taken care of

Employees were on there cell phones an taking way to much time waiting on customers. Our order was not right. We had the chili and we didn't get any cheese or crackers. We had to wait like 10 minutes just to get these things. An we had gotten a brownie fudge sundae it was all brownie an ice cream hardly any fudge at all. Just like 2 really small lines across the top of the ice cream an not whipped cream I had to ask for it. We will NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS ONE AT ALL.

They never have enough employees on duty to take care of customers at a decent speed. There are many rude employees or ones that do not know how to help you or do not offer any help. The drive thru gets backed up around the parking area and cars are not able to back out of those areas.

My go-to for fast food burgers or breakfast sammys in the OKC area. I like that they serve bulk milk that you can order in any drink size. I'm still sad the steak sandwich went away. Always fast service in the drive through, and I LOVE that they employ some older, more mature folks that are very friendly.

This overall visit to Braum's was good. We had dessert with friends. However, the previous 7 or 8 visits for breakfast has been very subpar. The gravy has been cold almost everytime. It has also been scarce on most of my orders. I hope they can fix this issue because my wife has changed her breakfast choice to Whataburger.

If you live in Kansas or Oklahoma, Braum's is not a new name. It is synonymous with quality dairy products and the best ice cream anywhere. I was, however, disappointed when I went to 2 stores looking for German chocolate ice cream and both were out of ut. That used to be a staple.

Braum's is always an A+ place in my book, but this location is painfully slow. It's not uncommon to have to sit at the drive-thru window for 5 minutes before they ask for your order. I think they're just painfully understaffed with a lot of turn over. It's still Braum's and it's still awesome!
