I'm a regular customer and really like their taro milk tea with Boba. My favorite Thai rolled ice cream is the purple haze (taro ice cream)! You can pick 3 toppings and a drizzle. I usually pick coconut flakes, strawberry and mochi with condensed milk drizzle. It's the best! I finally tried a crepe and ordered the cheesecake delight. It was pretty tasty but definitely need to share because it was rather large or be eaten as a meal in itself. The place is so popular and usually bustling. They certainly work quickly to get orders out to customers. They do stamp cards for regulars to earn a free item. They offer snacks but have yet to try them.

Another great place in Fargo to stop by for desserts. I always look for a good Boba place wherever I go, and this was my choice in Fargo. They have a really diverse and delicious menu. I ordered their Tiger Boba tea and their Matcha Red Bean crepe. Both were excellent and reasonably priced. Check it out if you're in town!

I love this place! It's always nice to stop by and grab a drink, or sit down for a while and eat some icecream. The seating is a bit cramped and over used, so I prefer to take my food and eat elsewhere.

I will be dammed. I was in Malaysia last month (as of writing this review), and I was running out of Teh Tarik, and I'm not paying absurd prices on Amazon/eBay for imports... I was trying to find out how can I fill that craving, and luckily Tea & Crepe did not disappoint. The Bubble milk tea was fire!!! 🔥 Literally the exact same milk tea I had over there, so now I have a place to satisfy my craving! Btw, their おにぎり (onigiri) is good to! Does remind me of the 7-11s that I visited in Osaka. The crepes did look good, but I haven't had it yet. Assuming it's just as good, then it might be as good as the ones in France.

Stopped on our way through Fargo. My kiddo is OBSESSED with honeydew, and they have honeydew milk tea! Teenager was over the moon! Friendly service, warm atmosphere. My classic crepe and Chai milk tea were also wonderful. Will stop again!

Tea & Crepe is one of the more original new and different downtown spots, and it is still busy as ever. I think they have the best boba in town, even though there’s few options and it may not mean a whole lot, it does at least mean something. Despite their name, Tea & Crepe does not only sell bubble teas and crepes- in fact, one of their most popular offerings by far is the rolled ice cream. Though it looks much fancier than it is tasty, it’s still pretty good. I mean, they mash the ingredients right into the ice cream as they’re rolling it so you know it’s real. And it’s quite mesmerizing to watch the whole process. They do actually have real food as well- rice balls and a few other things. I’ve never tried any and they’re certainly not the main attractions here. I would also highly recommend the cappuccino smoothie, boy is that one good. Their milk teas are good and a lot less sweet than the average place, a much more herbal taste. The boba is always a tiny bit too hard, but like I said, in my experience it’s the best Fargo has to offer!

This is one of my favorite places in Fargo. Very good boba tea, delicious crepes, and a relaxed atmosphere make this a great place to stop by or hang out. It has been getting increasingly busy, and can get crowded during the after dinner rush, so just be prepared if you plan to go during that time of day. Wait times still aren't bad, even during their busiest times.

Went in today, stood around for a couple minutes. None of the three employees I saw said anything at all to us and we were the only ones in there. I was waiting for the cashier to get off her phone or take her airpods out to place my order, but after a couple minutes I just started ordering. Prices everywhere are going up and the level of service is going down. Next time I'll Door Dash since I'll get the same level of service. Food is consistently pretty good and orders are correct, props about that.

Add to my list of place new to me that I like. My wife had the panda panda rolled Thai ice cream. And I had the strawberry blond rolled Thai ice cream. They take the chosen ice cream smoothie out thinly on a chilled surface, then using a scraper they push under the ice cream rolling it onto itself. They then put 4 of those rolls into a cup and offer you or choice of 3 toppings. They were both very tasty, the ice cream was very high quality. They also had their ice cream available in hose cooked crepes, that were formed like waffle cones. Might have to try those next time. And there will be a next time. Besides the desserts they serve, there was wide selection of tea drink on the menu. I'm not a tea fan, but my wife was intrigued. Also judging by the number of people we saw getting tea drinks, they are very popular. A definite must try.

Unfortunately it was very busy when I went here. The location of the counter isn't ideal because when they have more than 2 groups of people in line then the line goes straight to the door. They have bathrooms available labeled "for customers only" but both bathrooms were locked with no one in them. When I came back from trying to use the bathroom, the person at the counter was angrily yelling my number off. The fabric chairs are full of smears and marks from dirty fingers. Not a relaxed atmosphere like most boba type shops tend to be. Food was good and the boba was delicious, but I wouldn't advise eating in the shop.

A good shop, actually has yogurt boba tea here which is pretty hard to find surprisingly. Would recommend the yogurt lemonade. Although it's a bit expensive as well. Good cleanliness and friendliness. Would recommend, a great boba shop in Fargo.

A must visit! They have bubble tea! Everything is soooo delicious!!! Crepes, rice balls, rolled ice cream too. They have a menu to satisfy any craving with lots of flavor choices that will meet the need of even the most discerning palate. Did I mention the bubble tea!? I highly recommend!!!

Loved T & Crepe! Very friendly atmosphere and awesome menu! I loved the new choices- I had the chocolate lovers crepe (which I definitely recommend) and my husband had the panda panda thai ice cream. Both were well made and beautifully displayed! Prices aren't cheap, but you pay for the experience, atmosphere, and really top notch dessert! Definitely worth it- we will be back!

Really great flavors, and absolutely mesmerizing to watch the products getting made. Overall, fantastic with a lot of variety, it's just a little difficult to eat since it crumbles and flakes off of the rolls, unless somebody has some kind of hack out there that I don't know about?

Nice selections of tea and crepes. During my visit I found it busy and noisy. However, my daughter told me she has been there before and found it not as noisy or busy during off-peak times. Prices are a little high in my opinion, but quality and quantity is reasonable.

Ok but not the best. Their boba tea is no where near the beat but it's ok. The ice cream is nice but expensive. The crepes are expensive but filling, you can rarely finish one on your own. The rice balls are ok, but the fillings aren't the best flavored.

My friend, my sister and I all got boba teas. My friend got the chai with tapioca boba, my sister got mango with yogurt boba, and I got Matcha with Tapioca Boba. We tried each other's drinks and all three were absolutely delicious!

Tried for the first time with my son. It seems pricy, but the food wad really good. Son got the banana chocolate crepe and loved it (I tried a bite it was good), I got the ultimate crepe (I think that's what it is called, it basically had all the fruit offered on it) it was super delicious and is what made me come back and try a couple other flavor crepes which were just as good. The second time we got the order to go and came with a little scoop of ice cream (I think, or whatever it was) either way that was also good. We also got the milk tea, which I never had previously and comes in different flavors, which I tried peach I beleive and it was good. 100% going to go back again sometime, either date night with the hubby or a date night with one the kids.

The bubble tea is definitely different from what I'm normally used to but, it's pretty good and refreshing. Not sure how they make the bubble tea since everytime I buy one, it foams a lot? The rice balls are really delicious! Overall it's a good experience. Will do business with them in the future!

Stopped in for a refreshing drink and a cool treat. The service was great. Polite and professional staff. We had ice cold, flavor-packed boba teas. I had a delicious cookies and creme ice cream rolls. They prepare the ice cream right in front of you. A real delight for the kiddos to watch. The last had a crepe ice-cream cone like treat. It was filled to the brim with delicious fresh fruits and chocolate pearls. We will definitely be returning next time we need a sweet treat. Located in the heart of downtown. They also have an outdoor seating area.

I LOVE Tea & Crepe every time I get something from here. Usually we order on DoorDash, but I did go in once recently and was pretty happy with the interior. Since it is downtown Fargo, it is not wheelchair accessible. There's a high table and row of bar stools facing onto the street, the rest is rows of regular height tables and stools. Here you can buy onigiri/rice balls and they are always amazing. Smoothies are never too sweet, and their milk tea is lactose free (if I remember correctly). I haven't gotten any crepes, but will recommend rolled ice cream. I have never had an incorrect order of any sort, and highly recommend going to or ordering from here

I always enjoy coming to this place and have come here many times. The staff is always friendly and nice to me and has good food and drinks. I typically will get the bubble milk tea when I visit as they have the best bubble milk tea in Fargo out of the places I have tried. If I wanted someone to try bubble milk tea or some cool desert, I would definitely bring them here. I would suggest this place to anyone who wants a snack, desert or something to drink and they want to try a different type of tea. Also has a friendly atmosphere and board games.

This little shop is one of my favorite lunch spots in town! While they are well know for their delicious Thai ice cream, they also have fantastic hot food, as well! The onigiri rice balls are my favorite. Choose from pork floss, beef, or their signature (my recommendation) which has sea food inside 🤤 Prices are on the cheap $ only $4.25-5/rice ball. The staff is really welcoming and I usually only have to wait 3-5min before my food is ready.

The food is great and the menu has pictures and is fast and appropriately priced. AND there is a little Asian baby! See, being a member of the Council of Mixed Asian Heritage, I assure you that any establishment run for a set of parents who have their child in the establishment during operation IS A FANTASTIC PLACE TO GO. It is so obvious how hard the owners (who are the employees) work to make this place as good as it is. You can come in to chill, sit down and eat, or get something to go. ☑☑☑☑☑

I wanted to try somewhere new and love Crepes of all kinds! I have to say, these were absolutely the most delicious Crepes I have ever had in ALL the traveling I've ever done! I was confused with which 1 to order and ended up ordering 3!! I had leftovers that were gladly eaten!! This is definitely a must try eats! This restaurant is a great place to stop in for lunch or for a sweet treat. They served rolled ice cream, crepes, smoothies and bubble teas. When you get a crepe have someone to share it with, there is so much to each wrapped treat. If you're not looking for sweet and want savory they do have wonderful onigiri and takoyaki! I recommend trying a kani onigiri and an orange yogurt drink with added boba.

I find myself ordering from Tea & Crepe more than I should. I absolutely love their milk teas. I have had all of them except for the strawberry (allergic). I have had the Mango Tango Crepe (w/o the chocolate) and the Cheesecake Delight Crepe (w/o the ice cream on top). I absolutely love the Takoyaki because I love octopus. The Kani Rice Ball is quite good too. It has spicy crab meat inside the rice ball (it's actually a triangle lol). I sometimes order 3 different milk teas to be delivered with different jellies or popping bubbles. ☺️ And the Tiger Milk Tea is amazing. You just have to shake it up for about a minute or two, because the brown sugar settles on the bottom. I definitely recommend giving Tea & Crepe a try, whether it's in Fargo or Grand Forks.

coming from the coast, it's been hard to find good boba here in fargo. it's awesome here, though! pearls are perfect and the flavors are solid. the rest of the menu is super fun too, and the employees are great.

This is my favorite place to eat in fargo. Honestly if you are a college student, have friends and family in town, or are looking for something for date night- this is your place. Price are very reasonable too. I just wish there was an option to tip when you do an online pickup order or tip with card.

A great little stop on a hot day if you're downtown! Downtown Fargo likes to boast a healthy night life but this is one of the nice places to take your kid or conservative family. Great quality, reasonable price, and fun. If you're in to posting pictures of your food, this place will deliver.

Rolled ice cream in Fargo! If you haven't tried it yet, you've got to go to Tea & Crepe Fargo for rolled ice cream. If you have tried it, be sure to branch out and try the green tea rolled ice cream flavors. They prepare everything to just the right flavor, and the atmosphere is fun and eclectic.

Is an amazing place to go with friends or on a date. So far have had an Orange yogurt and it was amazing. Have also had a couple mango tangos and cream cheese delights. They really should add more items to their menu,and or allpw people to customize their crepes. As i do not like blue berrys but love the cream cheese delight. And they charge you .50 cents to change the blueberry to strawberry. And in the ene it goes from about $8 to $9 with their ridiculous tax.
