Reviews of Louisville Cream
Wow! I absolutely loved this cute little ice cream shop. The flavor choices were unique, but not intimidating. The options were familiar flavors that it didn’t seem risky to try something new. I got the bourbon butter cake ice cream (and I really wish I’d gotten the toasted marshmallow topping), but I guess that means I’ll have to come back. The ice cream was flavorful, but not overpowering. One scoop was plenty to enjoy without overindulgence. Definitely plan on coming back to try more flavors and combinations!
I had then red velvet swiss roll ice cream and WOW it was so good!! My husband had Oreo ding dong and he said it was very good too. The teen had a birthday cake cookies and cream milk shake. Three thumbs up 👍👍👍 …
Came in on a Tuesday night after a couple drinks. Went with the whiskey cookies and cream with a chocolate chip cookie. Both were okay, it was creamy with good flavor but nothing too memorable in my honest opinion. I'd still be willing to come back and try their other flavors.
An awesome local treat! So many varieties of ice cream, and it is so SMOOOOTH.
My wife and 3 year old were up a bit late in our hotel room on our way north, and we weren't quite full from our dinner. So my wife said "if the first place I look at with ice cream is open, we're going!" Thinking there's no way a ice cream shop would be open at 8:45p at night....but were we delightfully wrong!
If you're looking for a great, local place to grab a late night snack, Louisville Cream is the place.
Pictured is the Haute Sundae, which my chocoholic wife loved. I had the malted Oreo on a waffle cone. Delicious!
They didn’t have all of the special flavors that I was hoping for - like the Lavendar Honey Vanilla, or the East Atlantic Cookie Dough. I ended up getting the Pistachio honeycomb and the Banana pudding with the toasted marshmallow on top, they were both great. 5$ for 2 scoops which is comparable to greaters / other ice cream shops around the city. 🍦
I have only tried a few flavors so far, I’ll be back to try more. Hopefully they will have the special flavors that are always advertised on IG !!! (Instagram)
Stopped by on a visit in town. Staff was super nice and quick. The ice cream was good but not super flavorful. They have several serving options including ice cream sandwiches and mini cakes. The ice cream sandwiches are customizable which is cool. Try it out if you're looking for dessert!
The Strawberry and Cream was excellent. My wife had Brown Sugar Carmel and really enjoyed it. Plus, the hand roll their waffle cones on-site, and I am a big fan. I would 100% recommend Louisville Cream.
Cute small creamery, wished they have their ice cream displayed so I can determine which flavor I want to try better! I ended up getting a scoop of the Crème Brûlée flavor, wished I had gotten the toasted marshmallows topping, but totally forgot! Boyfriend got two scoops, one was the Birthday Cake Cookies & Cream and the other was Vegan Peach(?) I believe! The crème brûlée was amazing! Must try that flavor!
A great, friendly establishment for ice cream after a walk thru Nulu. The small batch ice cream was delicious -- we tried chocolate, salted caramel, peach, and blue moon. All were great but the peach flavor was next level. There are vegan options available too. Good sized servings good price. Loved it.
Amazing ice cream!! I’ve never had a pretzel cone or bruleed marshmallow on top of ice cream! We got the red velvet Swiss roll and the marshmallow flavors, which were both awesome. Two big scoops we were able to split between two people. Would definitely come again!!
My wife and I were out on a hot afternoon and decided ice cream may help handle the heat! The ice cream was amazing!!!! We each had a cone and took a couple of the amazing homemade dingdongs home with us. On our next adventure downtown we will be visiting this place again!!!!
Awesome sauce!!
Took kids here after school . Slot of options . All the ice cream was good. They had flavors I’ve never seen before personally. Kinda expensive for a ice cream place if you’re taking the family . I enjoyed the treats and so did the kids so it’s worth a visit
So Delicious! Unique Flavor combinations & "out of the Box" add ins. Pretzel Cones.. so many points I can talk about. Also supporting small, local businesses is something I am eager to be a part of.
If you haven't been here yet, you definitely need to try this place out!
Good ice cream with several flavors from which to choose. This was our first visit--try the salted caramel or the bourbon which we thought were very good. They also had a dairy-free peach option if you're lactose intolerant. The drawback was this NuLu downtown location had only 2 tables for indoor seating; otherwise, you have to stand outside on the sidewalk, and things can get quite crowded!
Creamy, delicious concoction! Great service. Friendly staff. Able to taste before buying.
Excellent ice cream with about a dozen flavors. I tried the banana pudding and it was excellent. Creamy, smooth, with pieces of vanilla wafer that weren't crazy hard, but still had crunch. Would visit again.
Some of the best ice cream EVER! I got the 🥨 Cone. Some epic flavors! Can't wait to go back! …
Cute little shop with good ice cream; nothing spectacular. It was busy when we went and there isn't a lot of seating so we walked to the museum on the corner. I don't remember which flavors we got but they were mild in taste.
Delicious ice cream in NuLu! Go with the recommendations that everyone is giving and definitely get the Red Velvet Swiss Roll - it’s soo good! Me and my friend got a series of kiddie sized cups so we could try a few, we also got the Honey Cornbread flavour and the Cookies n cream + birthday flavour. Both were very good but if the three I still recommend the red velvet, so if you have to choose one that’s it!
Easy online ordering for pickup made it easy!
Follow me on ig @ sophiaeaaats for more recs!
Limited flavor selection but what we had was great. We also liked that there were options besides ice cream (brownies, cookies, and more). Service was great.
Have never had anything here that I didn’t love. Amazing ice cream flavors and great pastries. Love the pretzel cones and cookie sandwiches. Best ice cream in town!
When they were first founded, and only sold their pints at special location, this place blew my mind. It was legitimately one of the best ice creams I had in the world. But over the past 5 years, and especially since they opened the store, I've come back to Louisville during holidays just to see the ice cream quality go down every year.
What used to taste like high butterfat/milkfat ice cream that had been frozen and churned perfectly to prevent icicle formation and smoothness, with nice chunks of yummy stuff, has turned into the exact opposite. Last night I had the Bourbon Butter Cake and bought two pints of other ice cream to go home. The bourbon was purely icicles and it felt like it had barely any butterfat. There were barely any chunks in the ice cream. Today I am trying the pint of Strawberry and mascarpone I got and it's the same experience.
Idk if my standards have changed, or they changed something, but this is not the Louisville Cream of 5 years ago :(
The most unique ice cream flavors you've never had! I never get the same flavor when I go since the flavors rotate and there's always multiple great ones to choose from.
Not your average ice cream parlour... this BOB is nestled in the heart of the NULU area. Lots of creative cream options. Local faves include anything bourbon flavored. I mean we are in KY right. Lots of made to order treats including ice cream sandwiches and anything they put in the salted pretzel waffle cone. Might I mention it smells like heaven as you walk in the door. You won't be disappointed. Thank me later!!!
Everyone said this was the best ice-cream in the whole city. Finally tried it. They weren't lying. The banana pudding ice cream was some of the best I've had in my life.
Cute little creamery! Busy but the staff was super quick. Very delicious. Would definitely go back.
This is definitely one of the best places to grab some ice cream in Louisville! They offer some very unique flavors, but everything is delicious! Two of my favorites are the honeycomb pistachio and the vegan chocolate cookies and cream. Overall, it's a really great place, the atmosphere is nice, they staff is helpful, and you will not be disappointed with the ice cream!
I've been several times now. Their ice cream is delicious and the marshmallow topping is to die for. Well worth the price for a special treat.
I am thrilled to have stumbled upon this place when googling "best desserts near me". The pictures are what convinced my husband and I to check it out! We walked in and immediately commented on the incredible smell! It smells divine inside! We were overwhelmed by all of the options on the menu because it all sounds scrumptious! We decided to split the buttered brioche sundae with the torched marshmallow cream on top. Oh. My!!! We were in awe of how beautiful and delicious this dessert was. All of the flavors just blend together in the most perfect way for a salty and sweet treat. We can't wait to go back and try something else! Highly recommend!!
Best ice cream I’ve ever had. Flavors change somewhat regularly and are pretty unique. Cookies are amazing too. Custom ice cream sandwich is amazing. Never disappointed. I have to force myself NOT to come here daily. And the Concretes are like Blizzards taken to the next level.
Amazing, local ice cream. A wide variety of flavors to choose from, and they are happy to let you try as many as you want until you find what you like. DO NOT PASS UP ON THE TOASTED MARSHMALLOW TOPPING. It is to die for, seriously the best marshmallow I've ever had.
The Carmel Brioche Sundea almost put me in a sugar comma it was so sweet (my sweet tooth couldn't hardly handle it). My wife's Chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich was phenomenal! I would definitely order that again when we return!
I've been looking forward to trying this place for a months, so my expectations were pretty high. Its actually the main reason we drove to Louisville in the first place. The service was nice, but the pictures of the ice cream looked way better than it actually tasted. Do not get the cinnamon brioche, it tastes just like burnt cinnamon croutons, the ice cream was okay, if you are trying this place definitely try their famous toasted marshmallow. Also try getting a shake instead of a sundae. My husband got a banana pudding shake and he loved it. There is street parking
Everything is fine. Friendly staff. Not bad ice cream. Just one thing - the smell, some slightly strange smell there. Smells like a car repair shops , not ice cream store . By the way they have clean restrooms, But the water is very cold!
We love Louisville Cream! This cute place had great ice cream, creamy and sweet. We had a ice cream cookie sandwich with a chocolate chip cookie and a cookies n’ cream cookie with vanilla, maybe French vanilla, ice cream in between. We devoured the ice cream sandwich it was so good. I split the sandwich with my significant other and it was a perfect portion size for both of us. Grab a scoop and walk around the beautiful Nulu district.
Whoever said you can't buy happiness is a liar, because you definitely can and it comes in the form of an ice cream sandwich from Louisville Cream.
This fantastic spot down in NuLu takes the neighborhood ice cream shop and injects it with a modern vibe that I can really only describe as "pure NuLu".
The staff were exceptionally friendly, offering samples of flavors such as "Whiskey Cookies & Cream" and "Vanilla - 2 Ways". There are options, so many options. I had a Concrete (basically, ice cream mixed with toppings) made of the Whiskey Cookies and Cream, hot fudge, caramel, and Oreo cookies. 12/10 recommend. It was FANTASTIC.
The highlight of the evening was a friend's carmelized banana split. I've shared a picture, but it truly doesn't do justice. The thing is an ATTENTION GETTER. We sat at the counter along the front picture window, and to a person, everyone that walked past turned and made a face of awe at the size of this prodigious Banana Split.
I loves the flavors and the taste. I got pistachio honeycomb and bourbon cherry and we loved both the flavors. I loved the pistachio flavor so much compared to the bourbon cherry flavor. They were friendly and I even noticed them changing glove every-time they serve a customer.
Nice experience with good desserts well prepared and presented. Decent pricing for what you are getting. My son loved it.
Nice little ice cream shop. Not a lot of seating. The staff was friendly, ice cream was pretty good, and the pastries were delicious.
Some one found a way to mix a bit of heaven in the ice cream. I'm pretty sure they use unicorn milk for the ice cream because this stuff is magical. It's simply ridiculous how good this stuff taste. Even their vanilla isn't just Vanilla. Look quit reading just get there and get in line.
The great debate in Louisville: Graeter's vs. Comfy Cow. The real winner = Louisville Cream. They have THE BEST flavors and THE BEST texture. Not to mention their bakery treats which are also delightful. This is the kind of ice cream that I make a special trip into downtown for, just to buy a pint, hide it in my freezer and eat it without my husband ever knowing. It's that good. Keep it creamy 🍧
Just left Louisville Cream with my family, I had the coffee with bourbon cream topped with the cinnamon brioche crunch. I was a little hesitant to add the cinnamon brioche crunch but when the owner suggested I try it for free, how could I pass it up?! It was great!!! The waffle cones are so good, they don’t taste like regular waffle cones, definitely have a unique touch there. I will be visiting again!
We stopped here while we were walking, the line was out the door. The space is pretty small so there wasnt room to sit down and not a lot of space to move around. The ice cream was really yummy. I got a concrete that was really good, it was 6$ though. The butter pecan ice cream was super good. It is a cute shop and we could walk to the baseball place afterwards.
OMG!!! This place is awesome the Ice Cream and Shake"s are to die for seriously it is that Delicious...This was my first visit but it won't be my last..The staff is very friendly and explained any questions you may have about the ice cream products I ordered the Banana Spilt and a Banana Pudding Milkshake for my son Delicious can't wait to go again..I would Definitely Recommend this place
Best ice cream in Louisville. Innovative flavors and hand made waffle cones are insane. Also don’t sleep on the cookies 🍪 …
This is by far my favorite place to get ice cream in Louisville! The flavors are all so deliciously unique (and constantly changing so there’s always something new!). A couple of my stand outs are ANY of the cookies and cream combinations and pistachio honeycomb! I take every out of state guest here to show them how truly wonderful it is! They homemaker everything - even the chocolate shell that you can put on your ice cream! The cookies are all wonderful- try a cookie sandwich for something extra special - homemade cookie and ice cream!
We got the bourbon vanilla pound cake ice cream with hot fudge. The ice cream was so good and there were so many flavors
Went here with my family and felt a lot in a rush there. Additionally there is only a very limited seating area. We only got a spot in front of the window after a small wait with having your ice cream melting. The ice cream was tasty but you also felt in a rush by eating it - because there already other people waiting for a free spot. Would only recommend for grab and go.
This place is busy for a reason. It's a bit pricey but it's worth the splurge for some awesome, small-batch ice cream in a cool setting. Their whim and seasonal flavors are always fun. I especially liked their Krampus Chip ice cream at Christmas time.
The pistachio ice cream with real honeycomb is a standout. You also will want to try the toasted marshmallow topping. It's delicious and it's the only time you'll ever want a blowtorch near your ice cream!
I was disappointed by the pretzel cone if you're tempted by that. I LOVE pretzels but I thought it was very dry and salty with no real pretzel flavor. Their waffle cones are delicious though.
Not only is the ice cream delicious but it is also relatively affordable. All of the desserts looked amazing so be sure to come hungry!
Had been hearing about this place for a while & finally made my way here. Definitely a place you want to put on your list; great unique flavors, creations & menu items. The staff is super friendly & they get you in & out quickly.
Excellent place to go for a great milkshake they have different flavor specials on different occasions. A little pricey but worth the price you get what you pay for.
Crème Brûlée was phenomenal. Our banana split was amazing as well. Will definitely go back.
Yesterday I visited Louisville cream for the first time at the recommendation of a good friend. I ordered the "buttered brioche sundae" with the "toasted marshmallow topping" and I'm not sure if they misheard me or if I got someone else's order because I ended up with "balsamic strawberry sundae" and was already two bites in before I realized the mistake. Taking the error in stride I continued with my treat because balsamic strawberry sundae had been a consideration in ordering. It was good though I'm not sure about the little toasted Crouton things that came with it, the toasted marshmallow topping was great and the whipped cream was delicious and it came with a high-quality cherry on top which I loved- I could just eat a cup of those cherries. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu and I'll be bringing friends with me.
Lives up to the name! Super creamy with a unique, rotating menu of seasonal options. Pretzel, waffle, and regular cone options as well as cups, or you can make ice cream sandwiches with your choice of cookies.
I got the cinnamon chip and the gingerbread custard with torched marshmallow topping and it was the best ice cream treat I've had in the city.
Great balls of Fire this is really good ice cream! We liked the variety of flavors that they had which are not your typical ice cream combinations. Will definitely be going back.
Cool location, lovely icecreams. We ordered the Maple Caramel, Vanilla, Bourbon Smoked Pecans, and Banana. Great flavours, smooth creamy, not overly sweet. The salted pretzel cones were delicious! Keep up the good work!
Malted Oreo cookie dough.
It’s rich, creamy, and delicious.
Great date spot in nulu! Their ice cream is really really good and they have fun flavors and combinations and house made marshmallow.
Cute, interesting experience and everyone is super nice.
We had the banana pudding and classic fresh strawberry ice cream. Both were amazing! Very creamy and fresh. Not much seating, but we found a bench close by.
Probably the best ice cream available in the state. The flavors are always unique and interesting, not to mention absolutely delicious! Had the Ricotta Blood Orange on a waffle cone. I will definitely be back to try some of the others or pick up a couple pints!
I loved the ambience of this place, and I had a really good experience. However, I was mildly disappointed by the drinks we ordered. The hot chocolate was rather thin, and the Nutella cookies+cream milkshake didn't taste like Nutella. However, the drinks weren't bad, just not as great as I had hoped. Great Instagram fodder, though!
The coconut milk chocolate ice cream was amazing, creamy, and really good!
Had tiramisu with marshmallow on top, this time. Quite good.
Quaint place! Eclectic atmosphere that is perfect for short gatherings of groups of 4 or less. Cramped when more are involved. Great pricing!
The most delicious craft ice cream in the history of ice cream. I had the banana pudding with a torched marshmallow topper and haven't been the same since. This is the hooch. Go. To. There.
The creamiest, tastiest, ice cream in Louisville. Their flavors are wonderful and the workers are all friendly. Prices are a little steep for ice cream but the quality honestly make super for it. The pistachio honey was amazing!
I'd advise you to get one scoop if it's your first time. The ice cream is so creamy and rich that it's worth the $8 price tag. I got a scoop of the creme Brule and birthday cake cookies and cream. Delicious!!
Best ice cream in Louisville! The menu changes regularly, so there's always something new to try.
The smell that hits you when you come through the door is absolutely heavenly. The smell of their freshly cooked waffle comes is amazing. I ordered a brownie a la mode and it was good but would have been better if the brownie was warm and it had nuts in it but that's just my preference. Free water and napkins were a plus.
New local ice cream in the city! Different flavors and toppings! Cinnamon brioche crunch was amazing! L.C. Concrete will be the def go-to next time I go!
Parking is slightly difficult bc of location but may be a nice walk. Set-up is nice and clean, simple decorations which makes it nice and open!
4.5 stars. I highly would recommend Louisville Cream to my friends. Staff was polite and quick! I got the bday cake cookies and cream ice cream and cookie with the strawberry shortcake ding dong..sooo good!!
So amazing! As a vegan I don't get to enjoy ice cream too often so the pistachio honeycomb vegan was just yum! Others tried the Bourbon pecan and loved it. They take your order outside or order online and they serve curbside. Worth a visit for sure!
AMAZING local ice cream shop in the heart of Nulu. They make all their own ice cream in house and always have at least one vegan option in their rotating flavor lineup. The staff is super friendly, too! We’ve been here twice and it’s quickly becoming our go to spot to bring friends from out of town.
WOW!!! A must to check out when in the Nulu neighborhood. Lots of options from locally sourced ingredients. Fresh made cones and cookies. The cookie sandwich was a rockstar! Do yourself a favor and stop in.
This was our first visit, but we'll be back. The ice cream was really good. I had the banana pudding, and the flavor was spot on. I don't know how they keep the vanilla wafers from just disintegrating, but they were firm.
Hubs had bourbon smoked pecan. It was tasty, but not nearly smoky or bourbony enough.
The staff was friendly and handled the crowd well. There wasn't a lot of seating, but NuLu on a Saturday night is fun enough that walking while eating wasn't a problem. Parking, however, was hard to come by as it's all street/meter parking. That would vary depending on when you went, though.
Don't understand the hype, the ice cream feels gummy, not creamy like a haagen dazs or coldstone, and they are not cheap.
The cookies were very tasty. Ice cream for me was mediocre. The price was a bit steep however I'm extremely frugal. Me and my wife split an ice cream sandwich with cookies and cream cookies, it was delicious I can't lie. I'll have to go back and try something else before I leave it and go back to my usual spot.
First time here. I got the birthday cake cookies n cream, my nephew got the red velvet, mom got the homemade French vanilla. I thought my flavor tasted like milk and sugar, my nephew loved the red velvet, my mom thought the French vanilla was bland. The ice cream didn’t melt fast which we loved. Overall the location is clean and the staff was friendly, just perhaps hoping for new flavors with a little more taste.
Their ice cream and cookies were delicious.
The best part is their pricing is so cheap.
Very small but a staple in Louisville.
The staff were helpful and let me try flavors as well.
The lavender honey vanilla ice cream with marshmallow topping was the BEST ice cream I’ve ever eaten! Wish I could have taken a pint or two home with me. 🍦 …
I had the torched banana split with strawberry cookies n cream, salted caramel, and banana pudding ice cream with balsamic strawberry, hot fudge and caramel sauce with a torched marshmallow on top. It was so good
A good concise menu. Plenty of different seating options. Friendly service. Clean and organized. Good quality ice cream with generous portions.
Great pastry section. Cool people. I left half my order in the store and a man ran it out to me a block down the street.
Absolutely wonderful icecream! Quick service, friendly staff. Will be going back!
Our group ordered the Millionaire Shortbread, Bourbon Baklava, Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Off White Cookies and Creme, and the Creme Brulee. Also a Cookies and Cream Cookie which was amazing. The Cookies and Creem and Creme Brulee were great. The other flavors ranged from just ok to unenjoyable to be honest. Great presentation and everything but just unfortunately flavors just weren't great.
Awesome ice cream I've had by far! Little shop but well worth it.
The brownie sundae was great! The ice cream was not super fatty and creamy but still delicious. Next time the pistachio honey comb is what I’m going for
Such a cool place. The staff was really friendly and they have enough items to try something different everyday of the week. The Key Lime Cheesecake is my favorite so far.
The ice cream(salted caramel) was so good! The waffle cone was fresh and delicious too.
Crème brûlée ice cream 😍😍😍Also the red velvet ding dong thing - soooo good. …
MUST TRY ICE CREAM!!! Local and unique! Great options to choose from and in the heart of the NULU district! Seating options inside & out. Parking can be troubling.
Best fudgey brownie I’ve ever had!!! Boyfriend loved the ding dong too lol. Pretty sure everything here is great. Think we’ll stop back in on our way to the airport. I’ll be getting the brownie again if it’s there!
One of our favorite ice cream shops in Louisville. A guaranteed delight.
I always love Louisville Cream! Toasted marshmallow is always a good addition to your favorite ice cream flavor!
This place has almost no sitting. Is kind of annoying that you don't have where to sit if one wants to just sit in and enjoy their ice cream.
OMG - My wife and I stayed at an Airbnb around the corner and we could not stay away - the simplicity and greatness of this little creamery were a match made in heaven.
Must go!
Well designed store and fun flavors, found them through social media but to be honest found the ice cream a bit too sweet for my liking. But I might go back.
Wow so many different kinds of flavors. Creme Brulee was amazing!
Lowkey the best ice cream place in the city!! I’m not a big sweets or ice cream person but if it’s Louisville cream then i have a major sweet tooth! Their ice cream is always so packed with flavor and very creamy and smooth! I love how many options they always have and they’re always catering to their customers :)
My husband and I were in town from Michigan and I am an ice cream connoisseur so we had to stop. I had the lemon cookie which was absolutely succulent! Perfect flavor and creaminess. The lemon was the perfect amount. I also had to try the smoked pecan which was also very good, but I’d definitely get the lemon again if I’m ever in town. My husband had the chocolate peanut butter ding dong and it lasted about a second he said it was so good!!! He also had the salted caramel ice cream and regretted only getting a single scoop.
Great place for some unique ice cream.
The ice cream was definitely creamy but the flavors I got were so disappointing. My blackberry cobbler had huge chunks of cake but almost no blackberry. And my bourbon butter cake was buttery like butter pecan but had very little cake. For $9/pint it wasn’t worth it.
Unique and delicious flavors. I tried the pretzel cone and it complemented my ice cream well (blueberry lemon chess pie). Hard to beat a waffle cone though. Will be coming back to try their ice cream sandwiches.
Yummmm 😋 great local place! Def recommend the peach brûlée 🤌🏼 …
Great icecream! The wait is sometimes a little long, but overall the ice cream and service are great! I'm in love with the pretzel cone, and they have new and creative flavors every time I stop in! They have to go ice cream pints as well. I highly recommend getting the toasted marshmallow topping, and they have AMAZING vegan options as well. It's so rich and creamy. It's well worth the 6-7 dollar price tag.
This little ice cream shop has the most delicious creations. They always have vegan options available, and they are marvelous as well. The shop smells delicious, they are always making fresh waffle cones. The brioche sundae is my absolute favorite, the hot fudge sundae is phenomenal as well. You genuinely can not go wrong here.
The only negative things I can think to mention are the following:
1) It is always busy. There is almost always a line, and often that line is out the door. The wait time isn't bad, it goes by fast. Finding a place to sit inside is tricky though.
2) If you are driving here, parking is normally horrible. Sunday afternoons are the only times we have been able to park near the shop. We don't mind walking a bit, so it doesn't bother us.
3) The prices are a little higher than a chain ice cream place, but it is so much better here. It is local, and made by the owner in shop. Paying the extra dollar or two is well worth it for us.
After reading all the reviews it did not meet my high expectations. Ice cream was good, not great but the pretzel Cone was a unique twist on the traditional Cone. I deducted a star for excessive use of plastic (cups for ice cream and sleeves for cones); they could be more environmentally conscious.
What a fun place! Their ice cream flavors are so creative! I got the smoked honey ricotta & spiced nuts. It was rich and delicious. So many unique flavors, it was too hard to pick one. I think the price is a little steep but totally worth it. The staff were friendly and quick service.
Being Canadian, that didn't stop us from ordering from Louisville Cream while it was snowing. Walking into the space, the two guys working were both very friendly. I ordered the smoked bourbon pecan. It was so creamy and the pecans were nice and toasty. It wasn't overly boozy. A must do, is get your frozen treat topped with marshmallow cream. They then torch it, very impressive and it was so good!!
First time visiting! Got two flavors! Banna Pudding and Honey Bourbon Cornbread! The Banana Pudding is where it is at! The other flavor was good but not like the Banana pudding icecream, that is the real ROCKSTAR! Staff were super friendly and very happy to help! We will be back!
Hands down the best ice cream I've ever had. The flavors are so unique and powerful! Also the friendliest staff. They were so helpful and I'm pretty sure I tried like every flavor before I made my decision. Words cannot describe this ice cream. You have to taste for yourself!
I took my Husband and Daddy here for Father's Day! We loved it so much. The curbside pickup was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and the icecream was delicious! We also ordered cookies which my children love! Currently eating my leftover bourbon smoked pecan ice cream for breakfast!
Not enough seating.... product was good but a little bit overpriced...
I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Always friendly, lets you try all the flavors, makes suggestions. The flavors are ever changing so there is always something new to try. Also vegan options! I've never been disappointed. Laid back environment! Another great part is, they have a fridge you can get a pint of each of the different flavors to purchase and take home, or you can find their ice cream at whole foods 👌🏻
Ice cream was good. Odd flavors. They only had pretzel cones and cups. You still aren't allowed to see the ice cream to make your choice either. No where to sit outside and the lady was not friendly. I was able to walk in next door and buy a glass of wine so we could occupy his seating.
THE BEST Ice Cream I’ve ever had!
Came highly recommended by others so decided to try it.
Will absolutely be back. Had the Honey Bourbon Cornbread. So delicious!!!
kind of pricey but thats to be expected when youre local and have such amazing products! Pistachio Honeycomb ice cream is my favorite!!
SO SO GOOD!
I love ice cream shops with funky flavors and this place does it well.
Check out their photos on their social media accounts. They look delicious, and they taste just as good. Seriously, I don't even love ice cream and this place is amazing. I'd give 'em 10 stars if that was a thing.
Awesome ice cream place and the pastries looked amazing
Contender for best ice cream in Louisville! The best part of my experience was the house-made toasted marshmallow topping, which they pipe and torch in front of you. They have plenty of unique flavors. As I was walking out, three people I passed asked me what I was eating and where they could find it. Prices are a little steep but totally worth it for an occasional treat.
Best local ice cream! Every flavor is so good - favorites include pistachio honeycomb, chocolate city, and banana cookies and cream. So original and delicious! One time they had a charred pineapple flavor in the shop that I've never stopped thinking about. Plus - they stock a good selection at Valu Market on Bardstown, and even have some flavors available at Old Town Liquors! A+++
This is hands down the consistently best ice cream I have had! They have some of the best flavors and a wide variety of options to choose from. The only downside isn't really a downside, but in their smaller space, constantly being busy creates a cramped and packed environment at times. Otherwise, check them out! They even have vegan options.
So good. Get the toasted marshmallow topper or the instant shell . . . Or anything!! It's all delicious!
All their pictures looked delectable and I kept hearing about their gluten and dairy free options. I finally got to go but honestly, the allergen free options were very limited and you have to read the ingredients of each flavor. There's not a separate list. I had the vegan pistachio honey comb. I was hoping for some actual hunks of pistachio but it was honestly TOO sweet. I just like a lot of texture. My husband throughly enjoyed his Strawberry Marscepone and the kids liked theirs. I may give them another try down the road.
There’s a reason there’s always a line out the door... locally-sourced dairy, black-owned excellence, this ice cream will give you all the good feels. They have vegan options + cookies, mini-pies, and ding-dong desserts.
Rest assured, there is no topping needed to fall in love with their flavors, but their torched toasted marshmallow topping is STRAIGHT out of your dreams. Louisville, this is a GEM— treasure these creators.
Decent ice cream joint with some cool unique flavors. My fiance and I both got the cement option which is kind of like a blizzard. Obviously ice cream is supposed to be sweet but I felt like both of our concoctions were too sweet. I generally prefer things to be half as sweet as they are so I'm guessing most people won't have an issue with that fact! I'd like to go back and have a milkshake at some point but am unsure if that will be an option as I'm just visiting this area!
Outside of serving delicious ice cream, the owners and employees treat their customers with love. My father is about to be tested for a serious medical condition and we stopped in to get his favorite treat to comfort him during these difficult times. The store was out of Togo pints and about to discontinue the flavor for the season. Once they were informed about the situation they went and made him togo containers of his favorite flavor. This is not their usual policy for togo containers. The father had the biggest smile to be surprised with his favorite ice cream. Thank you louisville cream! And if anyone hasn’t tried it please support this wonderful restaurant.
Rich, decadent flavors. Nice place to grab a non-alcoholic treat for walking around a trendy, artsy area of town. Cool.
My wife and I live close by so Louisville Cream is a regular dessert stop for us. Even when the line is out the door the service is always fast and friendly. To help them out, please do not sample every freaking flavor! They are all delicious and you will not be disappointed!
You can’t go wrong here I love ice cream and this is my favorite spot to get my fix.
This place is very original with a wide array of flavors. You can taste test as well! I got a marshmallow cookie and creme single scoop with toasted marshmallow on the top. Would recommend this stop if you get a hankering for sugar while visiting the city.
Best Ice Cream in Louisville now.
Rich and delicious. Crazy cool flavor combinations, that are always changing. Wish they opened a little earlier during the week than they currently do, but thats really my only complaint!
Mmmmmmmmm....
Louisville Cream needs to become your personal favorite. Such a small shoppe with an abundance of quality and enjoyment.
The staff have always been kind and ready to share about the many pairings available.
The ice cream is phenomenal. The taste is sufficient to demonstrate the richness of ingredients.
Though often busy, the staff gently serve each customer swiftly
The BEST ice cream I have ever had. There are everyone's favorites & also unusual flavors that rotate & are crazy delicious! Sundaes, shakes & scoops - or get it on a waffle cone they make or between 2 giant cookies for an ice cream sandwich. BIG flavor everywhere! Quaint shop with nice people. Free tastes. Pints & treats to go 🍧 …
The ice cream here is good and if you're looking for local and interesting flavors look no further. The staff could be a bit friendlier though, it was my boyfriend's first time and he's not the fastest decision maker and there was a line out the door when we finally got to the register. The man behind the counter gave a monotone "what do you want?" and my boyfriend and I were a little thrown by his standoffishness. Despite this the ice cream was yummy and we'd probably go back.
Love this little shop! Great customer service and most importantly the best original ice cream flavors. They even make homemade waffle cones. Me and my wife enjoyed the ice cream sandwich and definitely will be back.
Their flavors are incredible and they're always coming up with new and unique flavors. A scoop of ice cream in their pretzel cone is the perfect combo of sweet and salty. The staff is always friendly and they will let you try any flavor before buying. I wish there was a location closer to the East end.
DELICIOUS! Along with nice staff. I've been there a few times, great ice cream.
I won’t have ice cream anywhere else. These guys really know how to make unique and intricate flavors. The pappy bourbon ball ice cream tastes exactly like a bourbon ball. They also have vegan options and great cookies if you’re not into dairy. Add that all to a good location and friendly staff - they can’t be beat.
By far the best ice cream I’ve had in Louisville. They have the most interesting and delicious flavors, and none of them have disappointed. The ice cream is high quality, thick, luscious, and extra creamy, and does not melt! Yum!
Favorite new ice cream place! If you’re downtown you have to try. Also: look at the Facebook page to get great recommendations for what kind of ice cream creations you should get. The page showcases seasonal items that may not be there the next time you go back. They have many options and different combinations of things to get, and they all sound great, so it can be difficult to choose!
Banana pudding is an all time favorite whenever I visit! Always great new flavors and service.
One of the best ice cream cones I've ever had, period.
Absolutely worth the world. Gourmet ice cream hand crafted with love by the owner. All of the flavors are fantastic no matter what you choose. Even the vanilla isn't "plain" and is a delicacy.
The Vegan dark chocolate ice cream was actually better than most regular chocolate ice creams and was about to order one until I saw they use Luxardo (the original) maraschino cherries for their cherry limeade. Best. Cherry. Limeade. EVER! These cherries are by far superior for their flavor and you won't want to miss out!
There is always a wide range of flavors to choose from. The first time I went I got the cookies and cream cookie and the nutter butter chip ice cream which were both amazing. My only suggestion is to stick with what you know: if you don’t like chocolate don’t get a chocolate based ice cream.
This place is soooo good. The ice cream is just so original and the way they do things is so different. I love that it's not you usual ice cream parlor. They are really thinking outside the box. They are always changing their menu also, so there is always something new to try. The location is amazing right in the heart of nulu which just sets the happy mood. The only not so fun part was waiting in line as the place has become quite popular as more people are falling in love with their unique style!
Louisville Cream isn't exactly new anymore but the town is still buzzing about them like they just opened. The reason for this is simple: They are amazing. From the friendly and efficient people working the counter to the flavor wizards in the back making the ice cream, this place is worthy of praise. The ice cream here has a rich lusciousness to it that is unparalleled by any other creamery in town that I know of. Also, they have the best pretzel cone around. Just go there, and try for yourselves and you'll see why people get excited when someone mentions the name Louisville Cream.
I love this place... Homenade ice cream many unusual flavors & torched marshmallow.yummy
Got in right before closing. I've been anticipating this visit since before leaving home. I felt rushed n ice cream a lil soft, it 🔥 Hot in Louisville. One bite takes you to a Heavenly place! They need longer hours. I would go again if more time. Unique variety of flavors. …
It's so dang good. Like it's odd to think how good ice cream could be. But whatever you think that is it's not good enough. Go try anything that they have you will not be disappointed.
The best ice cream in Louisville! They make small batches and they are so creamy! You can tell it’s REAL ice cream. So many fun different flavors! My favorite by far is the bourbon butter cake.
Louisville cream is a neet new ice cream restaurant on East market. They have many flavors with a lot of options for toppings as well as two different vegan flavors. They also have options for milkshakes and other things. I got the krampus cookies and cream which came out bright orange-red but tasted just as I liked it. Will go back if I'm in the area
Lots of menu options, great flavor combos that are unique and fun. Try the malt Oreo cookie dough shake!
i always mean to take a pic, but by the time i remember, i’ve already eaten half of my ice cream. pistachio and honeycomb is by far my personal fave, but their vegan flavors are also a good choice. hefty scoops. you can make any flavor a sammie with two chocolate chip cookies; cones are delicious if you’re wanting a more traditional experience. a lil pricey, but worth it for shopping local and supporting small business.
Definitely one of my favorite ice cream places. I love the unique flavor combinations they have and it never disappoints.
Outstanding! Wish they were in Chicago. The ice cream is so creamy and the flavor is good to the last drop. I had the salted butter carmel, definely worth the calories. You can always taste the richness when good ingredients are used.
.
Just tried Peanut Butter Fudge Cookies and Cream ice cream in a freshly made waffle cone. Completely worth the $5, love everything I've tried here. New flavors all the time, usually there is a line but it moves quickly.
Ice cream with the family on a hot day. This was a great choice. Highly recommend.
Who needs another cookies-n-cream or cookie dough ice cream? That's why I was excited to enjoy the Atlanta peach cookie dough and their twisted take on a creamsicle! Louisville Cream is a great neighborhood gem and great for families, large groups and outdoor/sidewalk people watching.
Absolutely the best ice I have had, very well worth the trip to Louisville. A must go place for everyone who loves ice and great atmosphere and the best customer service.
I liked the banana pudding ice cream (why I went), but it was kinda pricey for me (with tip spent $14 for a vanilla shake and a small 1 scoop cup of ice cream).
The flavors of ice cream here are awesome and constantly rotating. My favorite was Pappys bourbon ball. The customer service and presentation are also top notch. Pricing is high for ice cream but this is a case where you get what you pay for
The texture was perfect and the flavor was out of this world. My son stated that he could not believe that he was eating ice cream because it tasted just like homemade banana pudding. Delicious!!
I have seen alot about this creamery on Facebook. I decided to try it out and i am glad that I did. It has a vast, amount of interesting combinations that you cannot get elsewhere. It is ice cream with a,twist of creative art. I enjoyed it and i would go back again. The prices are within normal range for premium ice cream.
I am a die hard chocolate fan!
Unfortunately this chocolate ice cream did not measure up.
The staff was no-smiles but did check me out in a timely manner. I would say $3.50 for a kids single scoop with a free cake cone is a little pricey... Am i right?
Best ice cream I’ve ever had. Try the pretzel cones
Look. I need to be clear. I take ice cream seriously. Not the "oh my god like pay attention to me this is serious" your girlfriend says level of serious, but more like "you've been selected for a special mission and this message will self destruct" serious. You might think I'm joking, but I'm not, and this isn't the life I chose, this is the life that chose me.
Now that that's out of the way you know you can believe me when I say that Louisville Cream is the best udder by-product I have put between my luscious lips since discovering Lucky Charms with chocolate milk when I was 7.
Their seasonal flavors are exceptional and unique, kind of like casting Tyrese Gibson in the Fast and the Furious franchise. We can't explain why Tyrese did a good job in the same way we can't explain why Pistachio Honeycomb or East Atlanta Cookie Dough just makes you feel like nothing else matters. It's heavenly and brings you back to earth at the same time.
I know what you're thinking, ice cream this good, located in Nulu, it has to be expensive. It's delicious, it's mildly fancy, and there must be the Louisville standard 18% hipster tax if you sell anything within 100 yards of a brewery (which is everywhere). But the truth is about $6 gets you enough ice cream to hate yourself for about 35 minutes after you're finished. But chances are you're getting out for less.
Take your kids, take your girlfriend, or even your wife on the side. It's a good first date spot, or just a casual Tuesday with friends.
You owe it to yourself to eat here.
Incredibly busy, so watch for the best time to go there using Google or be ready to wait. This ice cream is worth the wait, though! You have to get the toasted marshmallow, which they allow on anything for a small upcharge.
Great ice cream! Awesome workers!
Great ice cream! Pricey, but for a splurge it's excellent!
Some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Wish we lived in Louisville so we could come more regularly! Definitely try the banana pudding flavor.
I don’t even like banana pudding that much, but Louisville creme has me CRAVING their banana pudding ice cream everyday since I tried it. Everything they make is amazing.
The staff was kinda rude but the ice cream and cookies were fantastic!
Awesome staff, amazing ice cream, always a fun way to end a good night out.
Very delicious flavor was bold and exactly what I expected per flavor picked is very rich very creamy definitely would suggest it to others and will be coming back soon!
Love all of their flavors. Our new favorite ice cream place. They let you try so many samples! Waffle cone is a must. Very friendly staff
We were so excited when Louisville Cream opened a storefront. We looked forward to any event where they would be set up, and can't get enough of their rotating flavors. We try to treat ourselves any time we're in the area.
Super delicious ice cream. I wish there was more space for people to sit down.
Absolutely fabulous! A great place to take guests from out of town!
This was the best chocolate ice cream I’ve had!
Local ice cream shop dishing up its own unique take on traditional favorites. Their sundaes and banana split are out of this world. A must try for anyone visiting!
I HAD THE BOURBON BUTTER CAKE WITH TOASTED MARSHMALLOWS ON THE TOP! OMG! DID I MENTION THAT THE WAFFLE CONE WAS HOMEMADE. I WAS DELICIOUS. GOING BACK THIS WEEKEND!
This place is amazing!! There are so many choices and the ice cream is delicious and very creamy. I will have to make a second trip to try something new!
Amazing ice cream. The frosted animal cracker should be worldwide. My wife had the red velvet Swiss roll, and as always, it was perfect. Keep it up!
Little pricey but the ice does taste good at least. Ice cream sandwich is pretty good too.
Absolutely delicious ice cream in a charming vintage parlor style setting. I had the ice cream cookie sandwich and it did not disappoint. If you are a foodie like me, give this place a try!
Great service, love the atmosphere and the ice cream is very, very good.
Amazing ice cream. Highly reconmend this place. Also they have a pic in the shape of an ice cream cone that has all the names of the towns in ky. Very cool place.
Marshmellow!! Ice cream! Cheesecake! Waffle cones! We were in Louisville for 2 days and came here twice.
Salted Butter Caramel and pistachio honeycomb are divine!!!
Good ice cream, lots of very fun and unique flavors. If you don't like very milky tasting ice cream, find a different place because it is very fresh!
Flavors are interesting... cool vibe.. near garage bar and the whole NuLU Scene.. but it can be a long wait when its busy and it feels very rushed and uninviting towards questions to new guests..
I am hoping for the continued success of this place because it is far and away my favorite spot for ice cream. Such a great concept, one of the places that makes Louisville such a unique food city.
The raving about this place is wildly deserved. I absolutely love the milk shakes but they really need fat straws for them.
Good ice cream and friendly staff
Graeter's is still the undisputed champion of ice cream. These seemed like a contender with the line out the door but like many others before it isn't as creamy, flavorful or even close to the mouth feel of Graeter's. Plus it is much more expensive.
Buttered Brioche Sunday was seriously one of the best things I have ever eaten. This place has a refreshing take on ice cream that will make you want to try everything in one sitting.
All the flavors are top notch. The service is great and everyone is so friendly. Definitely my favorite ice cream.
First time here, won't be my last. Mad my own ice cream sandwich. One chocolate chip cookie and one funfetti with strawberry cream cheese cookies and cream on the inside. Wonderful.
Yummm
Delicious and inventive (honey butter orange cornbread? But it works!) The house-made marshmallow cream topping, toasted with a culinary torch right on the ice cream, is not to be missed.
It tasted even better than it looked!
Amazing ice cream with yummy vegan options too!!
Great milkshakes but kinda pricey I paid 8 dollars for a standard size shake but very delicious.
Hands down the best ice cream in Louisville, possibly the world. Other ice creams just don't come close in comparison. The Cream Team makes ice cream dreams come true.
Ice cream was AMAZING. The fudge brownie was a gooey, chocolatey, heavenly mess!!! Great service, and public safety being practiced!
Amazing ice cream with the best vanilla I've ever had. Only issue is the lack of variety. Otherwise it's amazing.
Very creamy wonderful ice cream...my first time there today. Around $7.50 + tip for a waffle cone and big scoop.
Very good ice cream, I had the creme brulee
Best ice cream ever!!!
Great place to explode ice cream stereotypes! Tasty natural flavors abound. Make it a must visit site while in Louisville.
The most incredible ice cream I've ever had! So rich and creamy and so many amazing flavors to choose from!
They do gluten free. Anazing, rich, incredible flavors. I can't choose between the shakes and the sundays. Both are excellent. Expensive, and worth it.
Best ice cream in Louisville hands down. I can't recommend enough the banana split. They use a blow torch to caramelize the inside of the banana!
The ice cream was quite yummy! I got the bourbon pecan, and the chocolate city. The staff was very friendly and prompt.
Excellent place, I like their ice cream a lot. The only place that has dairy free ice cream that is amazingly creamy (not store bought).
Incredible cream!! Really so very good. Super chill employees too... but that may be because the freezer was open..
It was ok. The vegan wasn't very tasty. Felt kinda ignored when we were trying to order.
Always a great stop for my wife and I. Great ice cream, and the waffle cones are perfect.
Cute little ice cream shop. The kids loved their ice cream lunch.
Delicious homemade ice cream and pastries. NULU is a cool area.
This is the smoothest silkiest ice cream I've ever had. There's always a new and interesting favour to try and the pretzel cones are the best.
Great I've cream didn't like the cone
A little expensive, but I had a vegan coconut chocolate ice cream just out of curiosity and I instantly like it better than regular ice cream. And I'm meh on coconut.
Hands down best ice cream in Louisville. Highly recommend adding housemade magic shell and toasted marshmallow to whatever you get
First time going and I can honestly say it was wonderful, ice cream was delicious, the owners were really nice
The Nutter Butter I've cream on a pretzel cone was everything I had hoped. Grains of salt baked in that punch up the sweetness. Perfection.
3 words: Toasted Marshmallow Topping.
2 words: Life Changing.
1 word: Go.
I'm so glad I finally got to visit one of the stores. So many options!
Banana pudding ice cream and waffle cone was amazing. Also appreciate the hours / closing at 10pm.
Great ice cream and waffle cones. Employees are super friendly. Overall great experience!!!
The honey Pistachio was great!
Really good small batch ice cream
Fantastic ice cream with unique Sunday options !
The ale-8 blackberry float is the best!!!!
The mascarpone and strawberry ice cream is incredible! Employees are always fast and awesome with their customer service too!!
That vegan ice cream is something else, you can't go wrong with this place. It is the perfect dessert or even lunch substitute.
Delicious ice cream in a cool atmosphere. We really enjoyed the marshmallow topping, too.
I LOVEEEE LOUISVILLE CREAM LIKE I REALLY DOES 😂😍😍😍!!!!!!!!!! IMMA ICE CREAM FREAK SO TAKE IT 4RM ME WHEN I SAY IT'S WORTH IT 💯. ALL LOCAL & HOMEMADE! IF YOU HAVEN'T TRIED IT YET YOU NEED TOO 👀 PLUS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT EVERYTIME PLUS THEY'LL LET YOU SAMPLE 😍😍😍😍 …

The banana pudding ice cream is a must
We had the caramelized banana split and it was delicious.
The best local ice cream place! I love the rotating seasonal flavors.
Yes!! Absolutely delicious! Perfect in every way! You must splurge and add toasted marshmallow to anything you may get.
Awesome bourbon butter cake milkshake keep up the good work first time visit great impressions great location decent pricing not overpriced like Royals or the other places on Market Street this place is down-to-earth and great for a quick bite to eat nice dessert options or a quick date night treat.
Best Banana Pudding Ice cream ever!!
I got the chocolate ice cream with fudge brownie pieces and it was soooooo good ! Would definitely recommend ❤
Best ice cream I've had with the most imaginative flavors. Highly recommend!
Ice cream was good but I didn't like the salted chocolate chip cookie
The guys scooping are super friendly and they actually WANT you to sample their ice cream. Can't wait o go back!
Very good! I would go back!
Ice cream is great and I would give it five stars but they're kind of pricey here.
Was ok, pricey, based on $ probably won't be back but to be fair I don't usually go out for ice cream, had some one in from out of town and I hadn't been there so figured I'd try it
Great unique ice cream.
There is something special about it
Holy sweet Jesus. It’s so good. Be prepared to loosen the belt, unbutton the top button, and sink into the bliss of a sweet sugar high. You will thank me later. Try it out.
Great ice cream! My wife actually likes the waffle cones here (she usually doesn't like waffle cones)
Amazing ice cream! Super helpful staff and attentive even during a very busy hot afternoon.
Friendly service. I was encouraged to sample the different flavors. Ice cream was delicious but the brownies tho...😍💖💗 …
I got a scoop of the (vegan) chocolate pistachio honeycomb 😍😍😍🙏🏾
Staff was friendly & helpful.
Prices were fair. …
Who doesn't love ice cream with toasted marshmallow!?
Good customer service. Great ice cream. The toasted marshmallow topping is amazing.
Love that they offer so many unique flavors, and pretzel cones!!!! Next time I'm going for an icecream sandwich.

Beat ice cream ever. Staff is amazing. Everything is delicious, lots of unique and creative flavors.
Probably the best ice cream in the city! So many changing flavors that you could never get tired of them!
Fabulous ice cream other unique flavors and reasonably priced.
Very good ice cream, well-prepared and served by a courteous and friendly staff. Enthusiastically recommend.
This was some of the best ice cream. The men scooping it weren't too bad to look at either. I'd for sure come back 😜 …
Ive been several times, ice cream was great but customer service couldve been alot better!
Was recommended this place while at a visit at a hospital nearby, this place did not disappoint. Fast friendly service and very tasty ice cream, banana was amazing
Amazing flavors. If you have to make a decision from Google to try Louisville Cream it's a must try.
Wonderful ice cream. Huge chunks of cookie dough in the cookie dough ice cream...just the way it should be. Kids loved it!
Staff were super sweet and friendly! Flavors were awesome. And building was clean. Would definitely go back!
I'm told I should be very enthusiastic about this place, It's good, I'm just not that into ice cream!
I never in a million years would have expected vegan ice cream to be so good! Best ever!
Nice big scoops and great flavor. A great accidental find!
Yum. Loved the salted caramel. My friend had banana pudding ice cream and raved about it.
Best ice cream in the Midwest! Purr! And it's black-owned! 🤎✊🏾🖤 …
Every flavor our family tried was astounding! If you are in Louisville you need to go here!
Great local ice cream! Their holiday special Krampus is fun
Great flavors of ice cream. ( And even a vegan option)
This place is heaven on Earth. I think about it constantly.
The service was very quick, and the ice cream was amazing! Very clean and comfortable, I’ll definitely return
Amazing, unique local ice cream, and they have dairy free ice cream too!
Stop in for a shake and got the banana split, which was amazing!
Pricey for what it is. Personally I'd choose DQ. The amount of homeless people in this area who ask, beg and demand you give them money is astounding.
Very hip place with original flavor combinations!!!
The absolute best Ice cream in the city
Delicious ice cream, and they always have at least one vegan flavor!
The Hot Tin Roof was my favorite!
Very affordable a great small business that should be supported!
Service was on point & the ice cream fantastic. Definitely worth a stop over to visit.
All the flavor and Topping options were amazing I can't wait to go back!
The place was clean and people were inside. The ice cream was nothing special but it wasn't bad. Not worth the price unless you wear skinny jeans.
Good pastry’s as well as exceptional ice cream.
Excellent ice cream. Try the pretzel cone - a great invention. I loved the banana cream ice cream.
Great local ice cream spot with interesting flavors all year round.
Ice Cream, is the best in This God given country... Amazingly amazing (ps. Better than Bluebell)
Our favorite ice cream shop for unique flavor combinations.
So good! Shared the banana split with my son. The bruleed bananas are spectacular.
I’ve cream was so good
New favorite ice cream! Definitely worth a trip
Everyone in my group thought this was the best icecream they've ever had.
Like nothing else in this world. I'd give it a 6th star if I could. Definitely worth a detour if passing through Louisville.
Unique delicious flavors. They will let you taste if you aren't sure it you'd like the flavor.
This place is so awesome!!! I had a scoop of pistachio honeycomb, and a scoop of smoked bourbon pecan 😋😋😋 …
