Great location. Lots of flavors and options. Staff seems a lot friendlier than in the past. The outdoor seating area really makes it such a nice environment and pleasant for groups regardless of the weather. Great spot with creative ice creams for the adventurous and the old standbys for the less adventurous

A great place for something cold on a hot summer day in Arkansas. Specifically, West Little Rock. The young ladies behind the counter were very helpful, and I were serving up big scoops of goodness.

I picked my online order there. Got a quart of the german chocolate creation and waffle cones. I expected it to be a bitter more chocolaty and bitter but was way too sweet. The additions were delicious though (pecans, coconut, brownies)

This is my favorite place to go for ice cream. The staff is always super nice and helpful and you can pretty much mix up anything you might be craving that day. The restaurant is always clean with places to sit both inside and outside the restaurant. You should definitely give them a try if you’re craving ice cream!

Good ice cream, clean restaurant, courteous staff. Wanted to also try something new, so I ordered a frozen drink only to learn at checkout that they were out of ice because "the day shift did not tell the night shift they ran out". No shift change checklist? Hhmmm. Might be something for corporate to consider.

Cone was great, my cheesecake Ice cream with the strawberries and blueberries was good. It was 2 workers and she seemed rushed and was you using the same gloves for register and fixing ice cream.. but the experience was cool.

Their chocolate ice cream is fantastic! You can select a wide range of toppings they will smash into the ice cream. Their ice cream cakes are super tasty. Service is quick. 2 seating tables inside and 2 benches out front.

Best ice cream in central Arkansas. My son is deathly allergic to peanuts, so when I went in I let them know right out the gate. Guess what? I didn't get the usual treatment I do from most places (eye rolling and attitude.) That's right they jumped right in took complete care of my family and did not complain once about having to dirty extra dishes to make me a satisfied customer. If I had to give one downside it's that there are only two locations in Arkansas, but that's fine I would drive from Benton every time for this service.

The ice cream itself is good. We went during a down time, but it still seemed to be constant coming and going. It is pricey for ice cream, though. If you love ice cream and willing to spend more it's a great place to try.

It is a little further out from where I live but it is always worth the drive because the ice cream is so so so good. The staff is very friendly. The place is very clean. However there isn’t a lot of seating

4 stars for the ice cream...YUM. 1 star because some of the staff are not very customer friendly. Wife asked for a specific special they were advertising and when she saw they werent making it properly, they would not start over and said its too late we already started.
