Drove by and saw their cute little Ben & Jerry’s truck and had to make a quick stop! The staff was so kind and friendly. The establishment was very well kept. They had many flavors and items to chose from in their fridge. They had so many flavors to chose from too for the cones and shakes. I ended up getting a small Oreo dipped cone with Milk & Cookies ice cream. It was about $10 but it comes with 2 scoops. (I only did one scoop and still paid the same price because I knew I wouldn’t finish the 2 scoops) I had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back to try one of their shakes!

Ben & Jerry's is always good no matter where you go but the manager and employees running this store are just awesome! They show they care a lot about the people coming in. They offered samples and suggestions to me since I honestly had no idea which flavors to get. They also accidentally charged me for something I hadn't ordered but fixed it immediately and even comped me with a free cookie! Talk about awesome customer service! I'll definitely be back to this store soon and they also play some pretty dope music! Prices are what you'd expect from B&J but i got a small ice cream cup and it was about 6 bucks with tax.

So I actually had a Sundae with marshmallows sky ice cream with a cookie at the bottom and my kids had 2coops a piece. Extremely expensive, but you get fresh waffle cones, as many samples as you want and generous portion. A small is two big scoops. Staff super friendly and fun. A nice treat occasionally.

I have a nut allergy and brooke went out of the way to make sure that the ice cream would be safe for me to eat! She got a new box of ice cream so i would not eat anything that is contaminated. She also made sure everything was sanitized .She was so kind and understanding l.I did not feel like i was bothering her at all. Overall 10/10 experience i can’t wait to go again!!

I went in late one night while working to get some ice cream. Butter pecan Though it wasn't my 1st choice, I did however hit the spot for me. I was happy because I was in and out. This Ben and Jerry’s has good quality ice cream and a lot of great flavors. It also has some great cones with chocolate, sprinkles and nuts. Plus you can top off any ice cream with several topping choices.

Discovery new Ice cream place at my working area! The ice cream is so smooth, soft and not that crazy sweet like other brands. Vanilla and chocolate chip are the best!!! They made the ice cream cone whenever you are placing order, it’s very crispy! Almond topping is the best choice. Surely will come back very often.

I like the variety of ice cream flavors offered, dipped cones, brownies and cookies! I had a scoop of the “whiskey biz” and it was delicious. The staff did wear masks and gloves. The shop is small and gets busy! The staff seemed a bit disoriented like they didn’t have a good process for serving customers versus checking guests out. It should not be the same person doing we everything when there is a line. Staff could do a better job cleaning! The counter tops, tables, chairs and floors were all sticky. They could also have more sanitizer locations available to guests.

Very clean & welcoming place! One of the larger ice cream places I have been to, and I have been to a lot of them. The servers were super nice and wished me as soon as I walked in. I tried the Coffee ice cream with fudge flakes on a waffle cone. It was Amazing!! Can't wait to go back!

Wow this was my first time in a Ben and Jerry’s and it was truly amazing. The employee named Natalie was so welcoming and sweet! She was patient with me as I asked to try a few different flavors and even pointed out which were dairy free. She made my friend a waffle cone bowl on the spot and handled us with grace. Def try the strawberry cheesecake and leave your neighborhood scoopers a big tip!

This is a great ice cream shop because it has a good variety of flavors. The coconut seven layer bar ice cream is amazing. It's a very unique flavor that I haven't seen in other places. There's also a good variety in the different kinds of cones that you can get. The atmosphere is super relaxed so it's easy to come in and just chill with your friends on a hot day.

I ordered a cake online and accidentally put the wrong date (a week later than I actually needed the cake). Totally my fault. Natalie was an absolute star and in no time helped us select a super yummy replacement cake from the freezer, added the words I had previously requested, and saved my day. Their icecream is pretty decent nothing out of the ordinary, the place was dirty floor and tables, and it was extremely hot inside, I get that in Houston sumer heat that's inevitable, but if you have shades why not roll them down???🤷‍♀️🤔 and why there were no bananas??? Siriah and Paul were simply amazing! From the moment anyone walked in, they were greeted with the sweetest smiles. They knew so much about each flavor and recommended which flavors tasted the best when mixed. This was the first time my boyfriend had tasted Ben & Jerry’s, and he was highly impressed. The ice cream was so fresh, you could tell it had been made that morning. We sat down to enjoy our treat and ended up staying a few minutes past closing time. Not once did they make us feel rushed or like we had to leave. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

Was there on 3/23. Dudes behind the counter were busting their butts, dealing with a line and people asking lots of questions, all sorts of different dishes, and still moving the line swiftly. Really did a nice job. I ordered two bowls of multiple scoops, and for lids. Lids were put on gently as to not squish the ice cream but they stayed on the whole car ride home. Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz is as good as I remembered, might be the best coffee ice cream anywhere.

I went in to a Ben and Jerry’s for the first time today and I was amazed at the performance of the employees, I believe her name to be Natalie correct me if I’m wrong, but she had really colorful hair that matched perfectly with the esthetic I feel Ben and Jerry’s is going for and the service she provided was amazing she help me test different flavors until I found the one I wanted and she was very kind to me I did not feel pressured at all to order and I felt so satisfied with the flavor I got, probably one of the nicest and sweetest employees I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with, thank you.

Aghhh, so good that they ask you which scoop you want first and last. I mean, no one does that and now all of a sudden you need to make a choice you weren't prepared for and didn't think was that important to start with. Anyhow, the employees were very nice and I guess it's a place for people to come let their kids sit on the floor and have a mini birthday party at. The I've cream is as good as it is from the pint. You can get scoops in waffle cone or cups. I strongly suggest cups during the summer and you want to try to eat it while waiting at red lights on the way back home because it's melting so fast because F Texas summers.

Great flavors as most know, but they are also pretty good with dietary restrictions. I’m both gluten and lactose intolerant. They have a list of their gluten free ice creams if you ask, and most* of the sorbets and some ice creams are labeled as dairy free. For this location, it’s right off of Kirby which is extremely busy a lot of the time, so hard to pull into and get out of their parking lot at times, especially during rush hour. Taking off a star because they don’t have gluten free cones.

Went to B&J on Kirby while visiting in Houston from San Antonio. Ja’Micheal was very warm and asked if there were any flavors we wanted to try and had no problems when the 3 of us wanted to taste multiple items. I did pay attention that there were 4 non-lactose options and sorbet options for the lactose intolerant ppl. Josiah said he is the 1st B&J Franchise in Houston, but I think there are plans for more to come here. Plz come here and not only get some great customer service, dessert, but also help support a local businessman build his business. It is BOB if that matters to you. I personally think that you should support local businesses instead of big chains, but that is just my opinion. Do me a favor.. every time you stop by this location can you let the guys know that you are visiting as a recommendation from me. Coming from the northeast it is incredible to have Ben & Jerry's near home too! Staff is great and the ice cream is phenomenal as always. Everytime I'm in the area it's hard to not stop by, but everytime I do I know it's going to be a great experience.

Everyone here praises Blue Bell and I wonder, WHY? It's not that good! B&J's it's the best by far! I've been a long time fan and enjoy the pints as much as visiting the shop too. And they have dairy free options, which is good, because my gf hates when I'm gassy.

My best find in the Bayou City!! My dad was at M.D. Anderson and he asked me for a Chocolate Milk Shake. I wanted the best for him and stopped at Ben & Jerry's. The server asked me who the shake was for. I told him it was for my dad who was in the hospital. He said he knew exactly what to do. I took the shake back to my dad who was ecstatic. He said this is the best Chocolate shake he has had in a long time - he was referring to his younger days. I wonder what it was that the server did but I have a good mind to ask him next time I go back. And that would be pretty soon.

Ben & Jerry's is my favourite ice cream, so I love to go there. Especially because they have more sorts than you normally get in a supermarket. If you like, you can also sit and eat your ice cream served in a waffle or a cup there. But the price is very high compared to supermarket.
