This place is the gold standard! I love this place! The ice cream Is delicious, the score cards for the different flavors of our flight of 4 flavors was adorable. The spoons had the brand name on them! Each flavor is beautifully decorated! Like this place was amazing! Don't just go here, RUN!

Really good ice cream with a delightfully subtle hint of booze. A large collection of flavors including vegan options which you can enjoy as scoops, toppings of your choice, make your sundae or their trademark sundaes. Final alcohol content is 5%. They also have a happy hour from 4-5 pm Monday to Thursday. They also allow you to sample 2 flavors. For dairy, I had the spiked pumpkin and the dark chocolate whiskey caramel flavors and both were pretty good. The texture was smooth and creamy for both and the addition of whiskey really gave a boost to the chocolate ice cream. For vegan, I had the mango margarita, which was very good. The mango flavor was strong but not overpowering and the margarita lifted it from up from a good mango sorbet. They also have pints in store.

Soooo tasty. A must stop for dessert lovers. Be outgoing with the flavors you choose because I ended up liking flavors I thought I wouldn't more than the flavor I was most excited for. The sorbets are perfection after being outside on a hot day. The sundaes are so cute and yummy and the people who work there are very sweet.

A sweet moment of perfection. The place is cute, the ice cream is refreshing and flavorful and the staff loves what they do. Turning an ice cream barlour into a full experience. My favorites were the strawberry limoncello and the chocolate tequila!

I saw tipsy scoop all over social media and needed to try it out. Overall the ice cream was tasty and the flavors are creative. Their flavors are pretty spot on and the presentation is beautiful. Service was great and we enjoyed our experience Overall, the ice cream was good but I think boozy ice cream is somewhat gimmicky. Definitely worth a try for the experience!

I love this place. Discovered them on IG and made it my business to pay them a visit. They have a few locations I chose this one because I was in the city already. My first order was for a limited edition flavor “sour patch watermelon Henny Sorbet” mmmmhh it was delicious. The raspberry mimosa was bomb as well. They offer various liquor Infused sorbets and ice creams. Sizes are pints and samplers shots as well. If you buy over a certain amount you can get an insulated bag for free. Pints are under reasonably priced. If I remember correctly it was less then $15 a pint. They also offer delivery which is cool. I had them deliver to my job as well. Did I mention they offer classes? Yes you can have a class with friends and make your very own pint (each guest gets one) talk about a new experience 🥰😎 I can’t wait for summer to come so I can visit more often.

First time visit. I went for the free tasting of banana rum but was too late. Still bought a small cup. I didn't taste the banana or the rum. Taste more like vanilla with chocolate swirl still a decent cup of ice cream on a summer day.

Tried out the Boozy Breakfast Sundae (substituted an ice cream sandwich for the donut) and it was delicious! The alcohol taste was noticeable but went very well with the ice cream, the cookies were a little stale but didn't subtract from the overall flavor, would definitely hit this place up in the summer! I also got to keep the cup that they cleaned for me

Stephanie was super sweet and patient! She gave her own recommendations on flavors and made our experience so much more pleasant! we got the boozy flight and all of the flavors were very good in their own way! My favorite was the raspberry limoncello :) the atmosphere was nice and they had a nice playlist

Very small and cozy store with only 3 bar stool seats. Variety of flavors from ice cream to sorbet that comes in a cup or cone. You can ask for samples too if you're not sure which flavor! Didn't get the name of the person who took my order (she basically ran the whole shop) but she was so nice and friendly! She was patient with the customer in front of me by explaining and recommending the flavors. I didn't want whipped cream on mine so instead she substituted with candies! I am giving 4 stars because of the customer service otherwise it would've been a 3. I forgot the name of what I ordered (it's raspberry limoncello and choc mint ice cream) but it was preset on the menu. I should've chosen my own flavors; the sorbet wasn't icy enough and the ice cream wasn't creamy enough for me. I might return to try another flavor if I'm in the area. I don't think this is worth going out of my way for, unfortunately.

Really cool shop for a boozy summer treat. I love how creative the menu is with infusion of tequillas, whiskeys, vodkas and rums with various chocolate candy and fruity flavors! This shop is nice to take home pints of ice cream off the menu 😃 they also let you try samples before ordering. The parlor is small but you can still find seating in a pinch. The sales rep prepared a vanilla old fashioned bourbon sundae with poprocks and orange slices, the sundae was large to share and done fast. I like that the ice cream was creamy and did not melt fast, it didn’t even taste like a generic vanilla bean you can tell its real cream made on premises. I love the presentation and the sundae cup , you get it rinsed and you can take it home for free! I love the boozy lemon and raspberry sorbets as well, they arent as strong in alcohol but its a nice touch to beat the heat. Ps they also deliver on goldbelly with more options!

Delicious icecream and an incredibly friendly staff. They have a large veriety of ice cream in addition to seasonal items. They also have cakes, and jarred icecr3am that you could take home and in addition they also sell insulated bags that will help you from having melted icecream.

A great find we came across on a recent trip. Stopped in to find a super helpful staff to explain the options available. I tried a sugar cookie martini which was sweet and subtle. My other selection has a more rich alcohol flavor (caramel turtle with whiskey). We even grabbed the cook book to take home to replicate!

Delicious flavors mixed with booze. Can’t go wrong? The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I went with the flight option. Vanilla bean bourbon, dark chocolate whiskey caramel, jameson orange sorbet, and jackson morgan butterpecan. Clearly went for the dark liquor theme - it packs a punch but combines so well with the flavors that you barely notice it. Cute pit stop before heading to the movies. Now I'm on a mission to try them all.

This ice cream has so little to no alcohol that it can be given to kids and pregos (DON'T, but you can't taste it or feel ANY alcohol). The flavor and presentation are great, but feels like false advertising since it tastes and feels like regular ice cream and sorbets. The 3 stars are for flavor, presentation, and service. I was seriously considering returning and/or ordering an ice cream cake, but will likely buy my own ice cream and add my own alcohol. Enjoy...or not.

We walked in not knowing that it was a bar like place but Stephanie definitely makes it a bar atmosphere her customers service was excellent when we walked in she got a little bit of a rush and still handled it well getting everybody what they needed and normally people do bad reviews but when you have this much fun at a “Barlour” you have to give recognition and I got a sign :) will definitely recommend and come back 5 stars isn’t enough

Love ice cream and love booze! I knew id love this place before i even arrived... staff were very friendly and let us try some ice cream before buying! love their whiskey infused one and also the seasonal spiked pumpkin one was delicious! You can also buy some candy in the shop as well, i just wish i could have taken the ice cream home without it melting on the plane!! I will definitely be back here on my next trip! Even better to visit during happy hour !

Ice cream is good, but what’s better than ice cream? Boozy ice creams!!! We went to try some delicious boozy ice creams here before the St. Patrick's Day. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a welcoming smile. The manager was on duty, and she checked our ID. The inside was a nice size, not large, but not too small either. They had one small section near the entrance, reserved for Sundae Making Class with lots of toppings and such on the counter. How fun! We got Tipsy Pot of Gold Sundae, They certainly knows what pot of gold should look like…amazing!!! Our favorite was Irish Coffee, it was so delicious! The other two flavors were great too, and they were all strong! And the portion size was quite HUGE! Not really made for one person… It is perfect for three or four people, really. The manager was really nice, friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the company, and passionate about working there. They do have other sundaes there at Tipsy Scoop, and you can even make your own sundae too. I would definitely recommend this spot, and we shall return in a near future for more!!!

Good location to get a nice ice cream with a hint of alcohol. You get 2 examples, after your staff check your ID. You can get ice cream sandwich, cake, if you want to try more than 2 get a flight of 4 different flavor and so much more! Staff is friendly, location is clean. Non-Dairy options! I really liked the raspberry limoncello and the mango margarita.

They have a good alcohol infused ice cream selections with toppings. The scoops are of a good size but I think they need a tad bit bigger cups for two scoops of ice cream. In overall if you enjoy ice cream as much as I do, then you simply have to stop by this nice little ice cream parlor. Tipsy has great service, great atmosphere and great ice cream! Went with some friends and loved the "vanilla bean bourbon" & "hot buttered rum".

Boozy Icecream!!! They are just awesome. The flavors are really tempting so tried 4 different flavors bundle and as it’s my first time, I took the best decision of trying 4 of them. First off let me start by saying the ice cream here is great, the flight is the best deal you get four different flavors. Jessica was so helpful and friendly she helped us out with pointing us in the direction of what type of flavor our taste buds might like. The only downside is that you can only sample two flavors.They do not have a rest room, but you can get your ice cream to go. After finishing all four of my flavors I must admit I was the perfect amount of tipsy. I can’t wait to go back to try more flavors.

During Halloween weekend, I got a chance to try Tipsy Scoop for the first time. I got their Halloween edition ice cream with vodka mixed. When I took my first bite, I was amazed! I could immediately taste the vodka. But after the first bite, it started to taste like vanilla ice cream with KitKat. I was a little worried about getting this flavor because it included Reeses which I'm not a fan. Luckily I hardly tasted the Reeses. Just the delicious KitKat, vanilla flavored vodka ice cream. I was impressed. I like that they sell large containers in addition to pint size. Tipsy Scoop would be an awesome treat during a summer hangout with friends. Even for get-together during the winter holidays (post-covid of course), Tipsy Scoop would definitely impress your guests.

Awesome experience, this place is very small with not much seating but the lady behind the counter was very helpful in explaining what I was about to journey into. The ice cream is delicious and 2 scoops is equivalent to roughly a light beer. Still very cool spot and I recommend everyone give it a shot. They also offer an option to buy pints to go and have classes where you can learn to make boozy Ice cream.

Is a great and incredibly idea if you want to have some fun. Their icecream is delicious and flight of 4 flavors is my recommendation. The staff is very helpful and courteous and their list of flavor include flavors from bourbon all the the way to margaritas for tipsy effect. They also have alcohol free flavors

Our group arrived around 2pm to a very crowded building. We were very excited to try the Ice Cream and it did not disappoint. Even though the line was long the wait was not and the staff was extremely polite and thanked us for waiting. I got the Strawberry with White Sangria, and it was delicious. One of the best sherbets I have ever had. The only issue I have with this please is the seating is basically non-existent (Maybe 10-15 chairs). This is fine but I am pretty sure walking around the city with Alcohol Ice Cream is illegal, so you don't have many options. Overall I really enjoyed this place and 100% will be back! Quick Tips - Each person who enters the store will be carded. - You get 2 samples per person - Ice Cream is very reasonably priced (Cost less than other shops right down the street)

The boozy ice cream isn’t all that boozy (I could taste the alcohol if I searched for the flavor, but don’t expect to be getting an ice cream cocktail). The ice cream is nice, and you can get a flight of 4 different flavors to try. The cookie sandwich is also quite yummy. It’s a cozy cafe and not too crowded.

Not much tipsy, but u ll feel food ;) My wife found this and though we live in NJ (like 50 miles far), she made sure next time we visit NYC, we come here. It's your neighborhood ice cream parlor, not big, kind of small and cute. What makes it different than others, they serve Liquor ice cream. YESS..!! IMP: you must be over 21 Years old and they do check IDs. Sorry kids :P We ordered a scoop of mango margarita which comes with tequila and orange liquor, spiked hazelnut coffee-hazelnut liquor, dark choc whiskey salted caramel and tasted hot buttered rum - cinnamon whiskey. Was that good? YES.. with every spoon, you can feel the taste of different liquors. I liked it very much. Décor is cute, its ‘Barlour ‘. Long stools are there to sit on the wall side. It can be crowded at times. Price is also not heavy on pocket. $5 for a single scoop. Definitely, I would come again.

I don’t know why but I didn’t expect that much from the location itself but I found it very cozy and instagram friendly. Could of sets and the best alcho ice cream I ever tried. If you're looking for a different kind of ice cream and are willing to pay the $12 per pint price... then you can definitely give this place a try. No prices on the board/menu can always make one nervous because this presents the opportunity to adjust the price to match the demand. A flight sampler is 4 sprinkle rimmed shot glasses on a little tray (that they take your licence for in hopes of getting it back) and it's more than an entire pint of the ice cream itself. Make sure you bring your license with you because they do actually check all party members' IDs whether you're partaking in it or not. If you buy 4 pints you do get a cute little cooler tote to carry them around in. Most flavors were very good, some were very similar to others (like the chocolate pretzel and the salted caramel), and others were surprisingly strong (raspberry limoncello and Mango Margarita). Overall a positive experience. If you can stomach the city during their happy hour, you can get some good enjoyment out of what they have to offer

A delicious and unique a treat, this place was worth the drive and the stress of trying to find parking. The vanilla bean bourbon and bacon was an amazing combination, I would highly recommend it. They have a great menu and expect to wait in line, be patient it will be well worth the wait.

OMG! This place is amazing. Was looking around for some dessert and this peaked my interest. I'm not a huge fan of alchohol, so I was a bit skeptical in terms of the taste. Upon arrival we were welcome by a marvelously friendly staff. She gave is recommendations and we were able to sample two flavors. The TASTE was amazing! The flavors blended well together so of course I had to get a sundae. Highly recommend this place and loved everything about it.

Worth the hype! If it’s your first time in NY, this is a fun place to get some boozy ice cream that you probably won’t find at home. You get two free samples. Small space but very funky vibes. I recommend the flight because you get 4 different flavors and the presentation is quite creative. It’s a bit pricey but worth it for a unique ice cream experience. Just fantastic, I found this place through Instagram and I am glad to say that is really nice, the ice-cream is actually pretty good, chocolate bourbon was my favorite but the watermelon sangria was delicious as well. Need to know that this is a small place, so be patient if it feels a little bit packed.

You could really taste the bourbon in the vanilla bean bourbon. My favorite was the cake batter vodka martini. I will definitely go back and try other flavors. The place was really cool. I came to tipsy scoop to get the ultimate St patricks day treat. A cauldron full of ice cream, named the boozy pot of gold sundae. It had dark chocolate whiskey, spiked mint chocolate chip, and Irish coffee. This is definitely something you want to share with someone lol thankfully I went with my friend. Many customers came in during my visit so I believe it is a pretty popular location. Who doesn’t want alcohol infused ice cream?! The shop is decorated nicely, gives off “instagramable” vibes. The staff was attentive and nice. I had a great time here :)

I’ve been wanting to visit here since spotting them on instagram. I like ice cream and alcohol so surely the two combined will be a winning combination?! Well, yes! The alcohol is not overpowering but the flavours are yummy. I went for the tasting flight to try as many flavours as I could. The dark chocolate whisky salted caramel was my personal favourite.

Last time I came to NY in 2018 I missed an opportunity to try Tipsy scoop. Now that I am back I tried it and let me tell you liquor and ice cream 🤯 it was amazing!! As soon as I went inside I was greeted by the manager really nice person he talked me through on what flavors they had we talked a bit and he made feel very welcomed. I tried the wiskey choco as pictured give it a 10 of 10. I went one last time before heading back to Cali and tried the mango margarita and strawberry snagria (not pictured) and it did not dissapoint. If you're ever around town and by (3rd Ave and E 26th St a close walk from the flatiron bldg I suggest a quick visit. Did I mention the have ice cream flights!!! 😋

I called to inquire about purchasing requirements for what I thought was a large order. The customer service over the phone was great! Made me excited to get there and actually place my order. Not much seating but icecream is always so delicious! Don’t forget your 21+ ID-and anyone else eating the icecream with you MUST have one too-or you won’t be able to get icecream at all! All flavors contain alcohol!!

A must visit if you are in Manhattan and if you love ice-cream and cocktails. Strictly for people aged 21 and over as they do check IDs. The red velvet and maple bacon bourbon I highly recommend. They also sell branded merchandise such as an ice-cream scoop (which I bought) which is very reasonably priced. Their website tells you what flavours they have available and you can also pre-order in bulk. You must visit.

I had the Oktoberfest pretzel and beer ice cream sandwich - what an exciting fun treat! it made me so giddy and fuzzy inside the moment it was served. Loved the icecreams, the pretzel bun was a bit too dry and filling for my liking, but all in all felt like one happy statisfied kid again

This is an amazing find in New York City. Their ice cream flavors are inventive and delicious. I have yet to try them all but I can assure you they are all worth it. My favorites so far are the “Hot” buttered rum and the Maple bacon bourbon. The service is always fast and helpful. If it’s not too busy they will let you try as many flavors as you want before making your decision. Just make sure to have your ID handy because they do check.

When I first heard of Tipsy Scoop one or two years ago I bookmarked the address vowing to make a visit. When I finally visited I was blown away. I liked all of the flavors that I tried, especially the Cake Batter Vodka Martini and the Strawberry Rhubarb Bourbon! They were both so delicious and I had trouble putting them down. I have eaten a lot of ice cream from a lot of different places around the world, and Tipsy Scoop definitely now falls within my five favorite.

Such a funny experience, the ice cream flavors are so unique. The line was a bit long but definitely worth the wait, they had an employee outside as well offering suggestions and letting you view the menu beforehand to help make an easy decision. Try to get there early as they can run out of the popular flavors, and if you find one you love you can purchase it in a pint. 10/10 love coming here.

We didn’t know exactly what to expect from this place. There was a line and very responsible they checked ID fro every customer. Ice cream was really good. Alcohol in the ice cream is not strong enough to give to a kick but you still can feel it and taste it. I would 100% go back!

Took my best friend here to surprise her for her b-day. It is totally awesome sauce. You can't go wrong with liquor flavored ice cream, sorbet, and sandwiches. First up... You need an ID for age verification. Its a small place very limited space for seating. But the ice creams are delicious. They have happy hours as well. 2 scoops for the price of 1. My fav was the dark chocolate whiskey one.

You can enjoy some delicious ice cream with interesting flavors and a hint of alcohol— how exciting! The line is a little long and starts outside the store on the sidewalk behind a few of those stanchions with elastic tape for crowd control. Once you get inside the store, there is a smaller line but thankfully the staff try to keep it moving so the wait is not impossible. When you finally reach the counter, you’re order is ready in no time! Many people go after a boozy brunch or in between happy hour for a little dessert with an edge. 😏I would definitely go again but Why isn’t there Rum Raisin? Too obvious?🤷‍♀️

We had the sangria sorbet, it was ok. Also had the maple bacon bourbon, that was really good. Service was excellent. After watching the Insider video, we were really excited but it was disappointing. Nothing to come from far for as the desserts aren't even that boozy. If youre in the neighborhood, give it a try but if youre far, you'll be just fine with a rum raisin from Haagen Dazs

Very tasty and Instagrammable ice cream with about the same ABV as a standard beer. Definitely did not get tipsy off it it but it was very good ice cream with a boozy taste to it. I definitely plan on going back when it is warmer. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Booze and ice cream, what’s not to love? I couldn’t decide on which flavor to get so I ended up getting a flight with bananas foster, red velvet martini, cake batter vodka martini, and mango margarita. They were all delicious! You can ask for samples if you’re having trouble deciding. Definitely not enough to actually get you tipsy but either way it’s a fun ice cream shop for adults. The shop itself is very small with limited seating, so just a warning. Hopefully they open other locations around (or outside) the city. I’d love one of these in Boston!

I always get the Strawberry Rhubarb Bourbon - it never disappoints and is the tipsiest of all in my opinion. Mango Margarita Sorbet is less tipsy but good. You can sample before you commit to your fix. The food porn accessories are cute. The space is small and usually crowded so I wouldn't recommend planning to stay.

Cool, small spot. Ice cream is delicious. I tried a flight of 4 flavors for $11. The whiskey salted caramel and raspberry limoncello were my favorites. They hold your ID until you give the paddle board back. Not many seats so unless you go at the right time you may not be able to sit and enjoy there.

Mint chip was nice and you could taste the alcohol surprisingly. Ice cream had a slightly chewy texture but it wasnt bad. $5.17 for one scoop... personally, I'd prefer spending that money on an actual drink or good ice cream like davey's. But if you must try tipsy scoop, you might prefer the happy hour specials at 4-6pm on weekdays. They have flights so you can sample a bunch of flavors which is a cute idea. I'd give 4 stars because i think tipsy scoop is good at what they do, but the service and atmosphere wasnt great for a friday night and plenty of customers.

Very good alcoholic ice cream flavors! I really liked their texture; similar to Turkish ice cream. Loved the color changing spoons! The portions were very good and the prices were fair. The service was fast but okay; one employee was very nice and the other one was tired (it was a late Sunday night.) The shop was a bit small but there's some seating available indoors. It's worth checking out if you like spirits (liquor) and have a sweet tooth!

If you're looking for a place to get a fun treat that will have you a little buzzed, PLEASE go to Tipsy Scoop. It's usually packed, but the line moves quickly. Sampling is allowed and the customer service is BOSS! The music is too, by the way. The stools are usually occupied, but it's way more fun to enjoy your alcohol infused ice cream walking through city anyway. 😛

Awesome, fun, and delicious flavors. Ordered a double scoop, with strawberry sangria sorbet, and strawberry orange tequila ice cream (seasonal flavor). Both were outstanding. Sorbet was definitely more refreshing, but the ice cream packed a bigger punch. Even took a pint of a different flavor home because I was so impressed and wanted to try everything. This place is a must do when you're in the city for sure!

I tried the churros ice cream and it was delicious - deep toasted cinnamon, rich dulce de leche and creamy vanilla all mixed into one delicious scoop of ice cream The staff is super friendly and enthusiastic. She explained all of the flavors and was very helpful with helping me pick. So happy to have been able to try it - next time I'm in the mood for a drink and craving something sweet I know where to go :)

This place is amazing for anytime of year. They always have a crazy custom seasonal sundae that satisfies every single time. The place is small but has some stools to eat on. The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable about everything on the menu however there might be a need for a second person working there because at peak hours it can take a little to get your order. They sell icecream sandwiches, cakes and even by the pint. If you're looking for an instagramable icecream place that will also give you a buzz you just found goldmine.

This place is fantastic. I have been here 3 or 4 times now and I just love it. The ice cream tastes just like the booze that it is infused with. I would definitely recommend the bourbon or the coffee ice cream. The coffee tastes like Bailey's and they make a mean cookie sandwich. The staff is always so nice and friendly! And way to be responsible - they actually check IDs. It's just refreshing to see that in this day and age. One of my favorite spots to date!

Alcohol and ice cream, just did not sound good to me. Boy was I wrong! This place has great ice cream. It has the perfect mix of alcohol and ice cream. I had a flight of their most popular flavors and there was not one bad flavor. The guy helping behind the counter was super helpful and friendly. She provided personal experience on flavors, toppings mixing flavors and was happy to provide a sample to help us make our selection. Of the many flavors I tried that day they were all fantastic. The liquor flavors we're just potent enough to make the dish unique but not too strong to make it unpleasant in the least. I had the bourbon bacon. Highly highly recommend stopping in here when in NY!

We went on a Saturday and although it was busy, the line moved fast and we were assisted quickly. My one complaint is that there is very limited seating on the inside and none outside, so I had to take the ice cream on the go. But I would definitely visit them again :)

Its overpriced. $5.75 per scoop. There's no discernable amount of alcohol in the ice cream. Only after you buy multiple scoops may you POSSIBLY feel a buzz. This affect was in the hazelnut but not in the mint chocolate chip. But the ice cream overall is better than baskin Robbins

I've ordered online before and enjoyed my ice cream and sorbet. This time I visited the shop and was charged for dry ice to keep my sorbet cold and it wasn't even packaged properly. I ordered the cake and drink to dine in 🤔 disappointed the cake was so dry and where is the booze. So glad I didn't buy the whole cake, what a disappointment. The birthday girl didn't even eat hers. What a waste. It looked cute though...expensive for cute and no booze. Sticking to the sorbets. Hope the pints are better than what was in the cup. Not how I remember. Went in during Happy Hour (4 pm - 6 pm weeknights only) and it wasn't crowded at all, at the time. The place is very small so I can imagine how packed it gets during the summer months. I got the flight of 4 to try different flavors and all were really good and creamy. I couldn't taste any alcohol on one of them and on the others the alcohol stood out. Service was great and they give you 2 free samples. I'll definitely be back to try bigger scoops of ice cream. Don't expect to get tipsy.

Come for happy hour from 4-6pm for 2 for 1 scoops or discount on flights. Tried the hazelnut coffee and strawberry white sangria sorbet. The coffee had a distinct alcohol taste that was a good pairing with coffee however I did not taste any of the sangria in the strawberry although it was still delicious. I sampled vanilla bean bourbon which paired well together. For the happy hour prices I would come again and try the other flavors. Make sure you bring an ID as they check when the place gets busy.

Super friendly, welcoming and attentive staff, the woman who opened the store immediately tailored the experience to us, allowed us to try a few flavors and allowed us to mix and match our scoops for a truly unique and diversified experience. This location often has promo's for new ice creams which could land you with a free scoop or two, keep an eye out for their Instagram. This is definitely going to become a go to anytime I have any dessert cravings! The sorbets especially are so good and really capture the flavor perfectly!

Live it up and get the flight. I shared it with my significant other, but if you truly love ice cream you might be able to take it solo since the cups are rather small. It was definitely enough for him and I to be satisfied. Presentation is cute very instagramable. Very tasty on a hot day. We had to stand and eat as the very small location was packed. No outdoor seating. Only a few seats along the walls inside. They also sell booze infused chocolate.

You can literally taste the liquor in the icecream, yet it still tastes great. You won't get drunk from it but, it will definitely give you a little buzz depending on the size. If its your first time, I'd recommend you get the sampler. I can't remember what it's called, but you get to choose 4 different flavors for 10 bucks.(They're about a shot & a half big) Its awesome, and you're allowed up to 2 samples before choosing your flavors.

The Tipsy Scoop is a small but eccentric shop that manages to blend ice cream and liquor amazingly well. The ice cream on its own is well made, but with the alcoholic infusion it turns into a wonderful treat. The staff is also very friendly and happy to help. Would recommend if you're in the area.

They were sold out of a lot of flavors so be ready to have a back up and a back up for your back up. They let you sample before you buy. I believe I got the bourbon vanilla to go. I didn't taste the liqour to much, the flavors really compliment each other well. It is very small and also very busy. I recomend you get what you want and go. I just wish they had a bigger scoop and more locations. It is a perfect summer treat.

Let's get real: the product does not match the photos. They sell each pint of ice cream premade with a lid... like a grocery store. There's no upside down shot of booze (as the Instagram and social media photos suggest). The ice cream is good and is 5% alcohol (which is LOW compared to a glass of wine). But besides the fake social media images and punchline -- it's just overpriced ice cream from a freezer.

Been here twice and have been pleased each time! It is a small spot a bit out of the way but definitely worth a try if you are in the area. First time going, a friend and I wanted to get the flight but it sold out which I think is ridiculous because how can you sell out of the flight? Odd but whatever. 2nd time around, they had the flight and I got it for a cheaper price since we came during happy hour! Boy, was I happy alright! Make sure you also have your ID ready for them to check at the door! Best flavors that I have tried so far: strawberry rhubarb bourbon, raspberry limoncello, spiked hazelnut coffee. Both the strawberry and the hazelnut have strong traces of alcohol while the limoncello I hardly tasted any alcohol -- that's for the lightweights ;) The only thing I would say is that the place was there was trash everywhere! The garbage can was completely full and then there was used tissues, spoons, cups where you eat. People need to clean up after themselves! Tip: Get here prior 6pm to avoid the crowds + happy hour from 4-6pm for a discount on the flight + 2 scoops of ice cream!

Stopped here on April 30th with my husband. The woman (the owner, maybe) was patient while we questioned her and so sweet and lovely. We promised to come back, but sadly didn't make it. The ice cream was delicious, we got the hazelnut one and the rum raisin in a waffle bowl. All of it was so good. One of my highlights of visiting NY.

Went with low expectations given the gimmicky-ness of booze infused ice cream but was pleasantly surprised with the sorbet options. They were refreshing on a sweltering day and more importantly boozy enough to feel. Having tried the three options (raspberry, strawberry sangria and mango) in one go, I can say I was pretty satisfied with what I got for the price. The actual store is pretty small and there's a flight option if you want to share boozy ice cream shots with a friend. It's perfect Instagram bait!

Had seen photos of the special, presentation was decadent, although the flamingos were sold out by early afternoon, so they just serve the ice cream scooped. Overall, the sorbets were weak and a little icey (likely due to the alcohol content). Sampled the bourbon vanilla flavour which was great. Would go back and try other flavours.

Delicious! My sister and I got four pints (Tequila Mexican Chocolate, Mango Margarita, Rose and raspberry lemoncello) or favorite was definitely the chocolate ice cream. We bought four pints, so got to skip the line and bring it home in a cooler bag (which you get if you buy four pints). I'm god we took it home because the place is tiny! There's barely standing room and they give you ice cream on shot glasses and use a paper plate as a tray. Definitely better to enjoy the experience from the comfort of some couches and/or chairs!

When I went, half the flavors were already sold out. Samples are limited to 2 per person. The vanilla bourbon was pretty good but we opted for the seasonal - citrus sorbet with wine hibiscus sorbet over a churro bowl. It didn't go well together and the churro was so stale. The sorbet flavor was good but there wasn't much liquor flavor. I was disappointed with the special. Will I be back? Probably not. It's a bit too east and there's limited seating.

Cool gimmick! I've had some boozy ice cream shakes before but this is my first time with just ice cream. The alcohol flavor was there, but pretty minor. I'm not sure you're going to get a buzz off this but maybe if you've already had a few. One issue, the ice cream melts way faster than regular ice cream bc of the alcohol. If you're a slow eater, you will have a puddle to contend with. The place is small and the AC doesnt work well, so if it's hot outside you're not going to finish your ice cream before it melts. Otherwise, friendly service and a cool concept. Definitely worth a try (if you're over 21).

My day in NYC ended at the fabulous Tipsy Scoop "barlour" they like to call it. The ice cream and sorbet tasted excellent although I did wish you were able to taste the alcohol more (I understand why that can't be done) the only gripes I have are 1. When walking past from across the street it's hard to see where it is as the name and any signage is on the glass window in the front of the store. And NOT above the store 2. The restock system should be better and the fact that they "don't necessarily stock so much every day" means to me they stock as much as they want to each day. Which made my selection limited as there were 5 flavors that were sold out by time I got there. I understand that they can't have endless supplies like a regular ice cream store but they should be able to tell us that the stock a certain amount every day and once it's gone then you can get that flavor tomorrow. 3. Seating was very limited I wished there was outside seating or benches or something. Inside the store is very small(which is expected for NYC) with a few stools for customers. All in all this place is a unique way to cool off this summer with mouth watering flavors like mango margarita, and raspberry limoncello. Wish it was closer to me!!!!!!

This location is listed online with a 1pm opening so I planned accordingly. But as I arrived I noticed the store hours posted on the door is 2pm. So I called the NYC location where a very nice woman helped me out by calling the people who work in Brooklyn to see if they were going to be here soon. Love Tipsy Scoop ice cream so couldn't wait to try it out in their new "barlour". We went on a Friday afternoon (before happy hour) and there was only one other couple in front of us. It started getting busier by the time we left but the wait didn't seem to be long. Some were purchasing pints to go, some were standing outside eating and there were still stools left for inside seating. Lauren took our order and was very helpful to us with making our flavor choices. I already knew that the Spiked Hazelnut Coffee and the Chocolate Whiskey Salted Carmel were favorites of mine but I wanted to try something I hadn't had before. After trying my two free samples, I went with the Maple Bacon Borbon ice cream and loved it! I can take or leave bacon but the flavor of this ice cream was fantastic. As the ice cream warmed up a bit, the bourbon in the ice cream became even more prominent in taste; I was in ice cream heaven!! My husband knew what he wanted - his favorite flavor Raspberry Limoncello sorbet. He loved it and found it deliciously refreshing, as he always does. We will definitely be back when we're in NYC again. Hope our visit will be in the spring sometime so I can sample and enjoy those seasonal flavors that aren't offered online and are only available In the barlour.

The ice cream is terrific, but the parlour is small and crowded. Since the food is so instagramible, this place is swarmed with trendy millennials. There are also no benches nearby to sit down and enjoy your ice cream. There is the option to get a giant margarita glass filled with ice cream and candies, and share it with a group of friends, which I recommend. When I went, they did not check IDs.

Cute little hole in the wall for boozy sorbet and ice cream. Yes, you will get carded. Not very alcoholic, but very flavorful and you get a tiny little alcoholic kick with every bit. The Frosé is delicious, but very sweet. Would recommend the raspberry lemoncello sorbet for something less cloying but equally delicious. Only 2 samples per person, so choose wisely!

Im just going to say OMG. So freaking good lol. The best part is that it's not too sweet. It's the perfect kind of sweet, where you just don't want to stop because it's addicting Jaja jajaja. I had the EGGNOG flavor with candy cane flavor together. You can taste the alcohol, but not over powering of bitter taste. It's the perfect touch and I loved it. It's definitely worth the price and the amount of ice cream you get is pretty great. Two people can share one, but honestly why would you want to share it's so darn good and addicting lol.

Took 2 ice cream sandwiches to go..a shame no type of way to keep it from.melting..especially being.on foot by time we got back ice cream was gone..so are the cookies instead 😂

It’s a one off experience offered in New York.The ice-cream’s are amazing and the tequila infused Dark chocolate is a must try for chocolate lovers.They have the right proportions of alcohol to ice cream and nothing overpowers the other. The wait line is normally about an hour which deters me to go again although trust me it’s worth it for the first time

Small hole in the wall icecream parlour. Five to six people may be ableton sit inside. No outdoor seating available, pretty much a grab and good. Icecream tastes great, presentation is also nicely done. You can definitely taste the alcohol but not enough to give you a buzz. You will need to have you ID to make a purchase. The icecream does melt fast that was my only complaint but I guess that's what happens when you mix alcohol with icecream. But definitely A for effort. I would definitely go back.

Ok, welcome to the world of alcoholic ice cream. 5% alcoholic ice cream! I'm pretty sure that's plenty enough alcohol content to get drunk on, so whatever you do don't forget your ID!! Chocolate and whisky or mango and margarita the flavour combinations are pretty clever. plus you get free cherries and sprinkles on top. Personally I don't think the flavours were really my thing but it seems really popular and my friends all seemed to love it. A great novel idea worthh trying out.

Recently went to Tipsy Scoop in Williamsburg for a Sundae Making MeetUp and I have to say, as someone who coordinates events for a living the space was at times a little tight and chaotic, but overall the experience itself way great! We learned how to make not one, but two of the Tipsy Scoop's popular Sundae's and you're given a variety of toppings (from sprinkles, to gummy candy and sour straws, chopped nuts, cherries, etc) to work with if you feel like taking your creations rogue. The presenter and TS employee teaches you how to get the proper scoop and also a little about the company and how it came to be throughout the 2 hour event. Once you're done making and demolishing your sundaes, you THEN get to sample more flavors and make a custom sundae of your choosing - but that's not it - you then ALSO get to take a pint home! Ice cream with a twist.. ALCOHOL!!! children need not apply, strickly adults only... If you arrive and look baby faced, you will be asked for proof of age (remember the US you need to be over 21)... They also have a happy hour two scoops for the price of one! The shop is small and compact and you may be asked to wait outside if its crowded, some took this personally and walked away!! Don't walk away... Take the time and wait is well worth it believe me, the scoop sizes are bigger than your average size and it's a boozy treat...

Me & my wife love coming here. Craft icecream with alcohol count me in. The customer service is great everytime and so is the icecream. They make very nice and intricate ice cream concoctions for your girl or they can also just Sell you a scoop. The icecream melts much quicker than normal icecream.

So the ice cream is bomb dot com and it's a hole in the wall but you can post up and eat for a bit inside with friends which is nice. I had the cookie sandwich and two scoops: dark chocolate whiskey salted caramel and spiked hazelnut. Yum!! The only problem I have with the place are the pedo-porno posters inside... yes it's 21+ but do you really need ice cream goo all over a girl's mouth and cleavage to sell ice cream??? And the little flags in the ice cream had hash tag, ,"feedyourgirlfriend"... maybe it's just that I'm not from here and don't understand the local humor... but nothing seemed to fit. It was just one or two sexual posters in a clean looking ice cream parlor... they should either play up the adult theme so that it doesn't look like some teenage boy attempting to decorate OR ditch altogether. It's not necessary, isn't cohesive and could be done way better... stick to the ice cream, which is amazing by itself.

As far as ice cream goes... can it really get better? YES... Boozie ice cream is deffinetly a great way to go, especially on a nice night out with friends. The flavours that I have tried are are well made, and you will be looking at around $3 per scoop and you can either have it in a cup or waffle cup, or with a big enough group.... a BIG Martini glass that has 10 flavours for $33.... it's all fun and games, right? If you come here you'll be getting your bang for your buck, the booze deffinetly comes out in most flavours my preferred one at the moment is, Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Whiskey (give it a try) and the Hot Chocolate Tequila. The place is small so "seating" is limited and there is happy hour here as well, when you stop by DON'T FORGET YOUR ID. No ID, no boozie ice cream.

At first, I was a bit hesitant as I'm been trying to lose my excess baggage(not the wife she has been gone for 20 years lol) but I can truly say BRAVO and compliments to the mixologist or creamologists. They have regular and vegan ice cream. From looking at my friends regular ice cream and my vegan ice cream. Their ice cream melted faster then mines. You could taste that it has some alcohol in it but you are not going to get dunk from it, lol.

A novel idea and fun to try, but I found their ice cream too chewy. It's probably the addition of xanthum gum or similar to thicken the ice cream and counteract the alcohol lowering the freezing point, but after the first couple bites I found it to have a strange mouth feel and sit heavy in my stomach.
