We had Love's provide ice cream and cookies for our September 2022 wedding at Downtown Market and they were amazing to work with! First, the ice cream and cookies were delicious and we received so many compliments from guests. The staff working the event was friendly and Laura was excellent with communication leading up to the event. We are so happy we chose Love's and it is one of our favorite parts of the wedding! Thank you so much.

I can’t speak for their dairy options but the vegan strawberry gelato was so good! I’m not vegan but lactose intolerant so sometimes I’ll go for the nondairy route if it’s good enough. They provided samples which was great if you’re indecisive like me. Alot of times nondairy frozen desserts have a strong aftertaste of the base that is used (like almond/coconut/cashew etc. milk) but this didn’t have that or it was hard to notice. It was nice and fruity, not too sweet, and had a great consistency like ice cream. They also had many options if you didn’t want just ice cream including alcoholic floats and milkshakes. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Great stop for something sweet at the downtown market. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. Georgia paired up two recommendations for me: cashew caramel and peanut butter. What a delicious combo! Prefect for a summer day downtown.

Love's Ice Cream is the best!!! We've been customers for years and can't say enough about their amazing flavors, organic based ingredients, and great service! The owner, Chris, truly cares about sourcing good/high quality, "clean", organic ingredients and is a master at his craft! He is so kind and accommodating; he cares about his customers and his team of workers. Yes, it's not the cheapest ice cream on the market but you get what you pay for! Real food and good ingredients cost more and taste better AND are better for our bodies. I love how much behind the scenes work Chris puts into ensuring it's the best all around! We are gluten free and mostly dairy free and love that there are fabulous vegan options to enjoy as well. The low carb and new soft serve ice cream is amazing as well. We love buying scoops at the store and taking pints home. We've also tried several of the chocolates which are fabulous as well! There seriously has not been one thing we don't love that we've tried! I also love that you can order online several days ahead and pick up later so ensure the pints we want will be available (even if I can't get there for several days). We are huge advocates of Love's organic based and amazing flavored treats! Give it a try! It's worth it!

This ice cream is the best! I have tried other gluten free, vegan options and this is the creamiest with wonderful flavor. I am hooked. There is no other ice cream for me. When I found out they had gluten free waffle cones, I almost told the scooper I loved her. It was so good and had been at least two years since I was able to have one. I love Loves❤️

So much deliciousness in one spot! I love that our family can all enjoy ice cream here, even with one of us being dairy free! All of the flavors and ingredients are natural and freshly sourced — even organic! Each flavor tastes so pure and true...what it was meant to be. They have done a fantastic job, and it’s the only kind of ice cream I crave! Also, the VEGAN GELATO will change your life! I’m not a vegan, I just love delicious ice cream, and these coconut cream based gelatos are AMAZING. The nice part about it, is that you don’t need a whole lot, because they don’t whip as much air into the ice cream as the “other guys,” so it’s a much denser, more filling ice cream. A is just plenty for me, and a whole scoop is a treat! Their waffle bowls are delicious as well! They also have a WIDE selection of chocolates & other treats, and they offer gift cards. Really fabulous vegan and non-vegan chocolate. We’ve received gift cards here for birthday presents. Great gift idea! Yippee! I scream, you scream, we all scream for LOVE’S ICE CREAM!

Absolutely the best ice cream in Grand Rapids and the vegan options are phenomenal! My spouse is dairy free and I am not, but their vegan ice cream is on par with regular ice cream and is so creamy! With unique flavors and quite a few options this is our go to! Don't miss it!

Of course, the ice cream is delicious and held to the highest quality standards. All the guests raved about it on the day and days following.
