New owners, similar vibe and offerings. Competitive price and fun animal designs. Poster says soon serving hot drinks. Customer had a spill in front of the counter and when staff were informed, they quickly came out to clean up. Not overly busy and service was pretty fast.

Absolutely love this place. One of the best ice cream in town. They have other delicious things they serve. A must try. Cutest animal ice cream creations. Great flavors. Wonderful service. Overall, recommend this place with your kids or friends, partner etc. You won't be disappointed!

This was a most delicious stop. First time going and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Tons of patience with our kiddos too. Super cute treats and will be a new must stop when we are around Fargo. The snickers flavor was very much like a snickers but more nutty I loved it.

I can't speak to the Asian-inspired comments that some have made, but I do love gelato and can tell you that you won't be disappointed with their gelato. There are some unique animal-faced cone options for the kids, but just a scoop of Snickers gelato, a scoop of coffee gelato and a drizzle caramel topping (see picture) was perfect for me. Kones is a really unique and interesting Asian inspired ice cream & dessert place. But I like that, it’s definitely a good thing. There’s just so much fun to be had here, from the animal themed ice creams to bubble waffle cones, to sticky bun sandwiches and boba teas. You can’t find a ton of that in Fargo, let alone the Midwest, so it’s cool that Kones took it on. The ice cream is actually quite good. The boba is alright- definitely be careful on the flavor you get. I’d stick with one of the milk teas, but those can also be achingly sweet. But all in all, I like everything. I’ve gone quite a bit in the short time I’ve been there, which usually speaks for itself. You can also sit and play some bird games if you choose to dine in, and there’s some fun foreign candies and snacks for sale as well. Definitely a rare find in Fargo.

Nice little cute tea and ice cream place. I liked the delicious boba tea and the ice cream for what it was. Because the store is small, options are a little limited compared to the ones I like to go to downtown. I do like that they don't skimp on the boba. They we're definitely generous in that regard. It's also nice when they're a little closer to where I live compared to downtown and open on Sunday. Cons are, the tea is a little pricier compared to other places but I think we can say that's due to the convenience of the store's location for some. As for the ice cream, you'd be better off buying some ice cream from Costco. The quality is much better and so is the price. In comparison, the ice cream quality at Kones isn't worth the price you pay for with how small the portion are. As for the flavors, they are limited and "okay". Nothing like I anticipated it to be like the price would suggest. Staff were very nice. Update: always difficult to order on door dash with Kones. Often it's listed unavailable or they cancel my order. Very frustrating.

This place is so fun. Great vibe, staff are always so nice and helpful, and the food is awesome. I highly recommend the Royal Milk Tea bubble tea, the S'mores Bubble Waffle, and the chocolate gelato! I do want to note, a lot of people say the "ice cream" is bland or not as creamy as they expected. This is because it is gelato, not ice cream. Ice cream uses cream, while gelato uses whole milk. This makes gelato a lot lighter and more refreshing than ice cream. I've tried multiple flavors and they have plenty of flavor. I think the issue is people expecting ice cream out of gelato. Just be aware and enjoy!!

Fabulous place with fun desserts. My kids had a blast with the character shaped ice cream. They also have board games to play. Everyone that works here is very nice. The gelato is great and tastes very good! Qe will come back again.

This place is small but awesome so many different options. I got the milk tea with tapioca pearls it was a little strong for me, but I think many people would enjoy I added a little cream and it was amazing!

One of the best bubble waffles that I tried and they also had a lot of milk tea selections; I got the royal milk tea and it was bomb. We had so much fun ordering the animal ice creams. Staff were very friendly and patient too! Planning to come back next time to try their specialty drinks.

They serve delicious gelato with an Asian twist. On of my favorite options is the warm sweet bun stuffed with your choice of ice cream! They are also child friendly with ice cream cones dressed up like animals. They have friendly staff and are also one of the few places in town that I know of that serve milk tea.

The cutest little gelato shop! I ordered the potted plant, just for the size. I didn’t realize how festive it out be! The gelato was sooo tasty!! My only regret is not trying a tea with Boba!

Very busy and makes sense because what they offer is delicious. I love their milk tea and boba and go often for it. I also love all the photo back drops that they offer. I like their descriptions by the register of each worker. I only rate 4 stars due to long wait and the fact owner says their cat is "bipolar". I would rather see the word "moody" used if thats what they mean. I hate seeing the word "bipolar" used as an adjective...

I got the Royal tea with tapioca pearls and it was AMAZING!! My little sister got the animal icecream as a pig and it was so cute and she said it tasted really good too! The workers were super nice!!! Will definitely go again!

I came it when it was super busy, the wait was long but well worth. The staff handled the big family in front quick and efficient. The lady who helped me was very polite, she helped me with my questions I had and gave me great recommendations. I was even offered help carrying my items too my car when I asked for a drink carrier it’s hard too find service that well . I will definitely be coming back when i get my next sweet tooth craving.

My definite go-to place for bobba drinks in the FM area. This place is seriously addictive! I had all the milk teas and I am 1 drink away from checking off all fresh teas. They have something for everyone; you just have to experiment with the options.

When I came to this store it had a great atmosphere. The ice cream flavors tasted like they were actually real and not artificial! Now let’s get to the animals, when I got mine done the girl did it with chocolate. There was many animals to choose from! I recommend you going here! This place is very underrated.

Always have a good experience here. I don't eat the Gelato, so I can't comment on that, but the drinks are always good. I typically stick to the Royal Milk Tea or the blended Java Chip coffee, which are always tasty. The staff are super nice and work very fast to make your drinks! They also offer unique dry food items, like packaged spicy Ramen, candies, mochi and Kinder. Great place for a sweet treat!

This place is amazing. Fresh made gelato every day with regular updates to flavors to add to an ever changing variety. I've been here 3 different times and I've never been disappointed. They have waffle cones, bubble waffle cones, tea, specialty drinks, and coffee. You can even make a scoop into an animal character for a small extra charge!

I got Kones Kreamery for the first time, I normally go to a nearby competitor, and I got the Cookies and Creme and the Snickers gelato. The store was very nice and well kept with very polite workers. There was a good number of choices, roughly 8-10, and it definitely tasted good! The only causes for 4 stars versus 5 would be the price relative to options. If you know they have what you want, it's an excellent choice though. I would go again, but it hasn't claimed my top spot.

This place is a mix of several types of frozen desserts and sweets. They serve more than a dozen types of gelato. I had their orange dream sicle which was amazing. They also do bubble waffles served warm wrapped around different gelatos and fruits. My partner got one of the bubble waffles which was great to try as well! They also have mangonadas and bubble tea!

Stopped by there last night and again today. Staff was awesome, friendly and great at explaining the differences in the items served. I would highly recommend going here. So far I've tried the Mango Tango and the Thai Tea, both were excellent.

First time here. Greeted immediately with a friendly smile and "Welcome". A little on the steep side price wise, but in my opinion very worth it. Mint chip and waffle cone was amazing! Will be returning!!

The gelato and tea game at this place are on point. They take the time to craft all the teas with the right amount of popping bubbles and fresh fruit. All of the gelatos can be topped with swirls of chocolate and caramel and they even take the time to add faces and ears and stuff on the gelato for kids. The prices are pretty fair as well. Only tip, avoid the chocolate mint gelato....tastes like toothpaste...
