Usually this location is awesome. The employee was actually very nice. I just have a little issue when I spend 16 dollars on 2 quarts of ice cream and they are not packed down. I got home and 1 was less than 3/4 full after I packed it just to see what I got and the other 1 was, I suppose passable.

No other ice cream compares to Baskin-Robbins. Great service from staff to owner, plenty of flavors to choose from, good turn over of flavors all year round, good location, easy to see, limited parking but always accommodates the large crowds. Can't be beat for ice cream indulgences.

It has been a while since we have seen a Baskin-Robbins so we had to go. The young man there was awesome in going into the back to get some gold metal ribbon ice cream and took the time to serve the very hard ice cream. Love customer service like that.

Usually a well run business. School aged kids running the business now and it shows. More interested in flirting with the young female customers, having non value added conversations, and moving with such small regard for any urgency or even pace, meanwhile there's a line wrapped around, yet no movement in nearly 10 minutes with 4+ employees working. Won't be back until after the kids are back in school, if I think of it by then. Dairy Queen doing great still.

Delicious ice cream. Absolutely delicious. Its not the cheapest but getting good and paying less are not in conjunction usually. I will Absolutely recommend this place. The staff at this location do a good job as well, but aren't the most social with customers. So it would be best to get the icecream and cone as efficiently as you could

Everytime we go here there is excellent service. Nice employees. Great ice cream. The facility could use a bit of updating because it's been like that since I was a kid but it's still in good condition. I guess if i were to complain about anything is that the parking quarters get cramped sometimes.

The service was great. They were nice, patient and informative. They let you taste the ice cream on a little pink spoon before you buy it. The ice cream is wonderful and surprisingly affordable. We took advantage of the Halloween deal $1.50 per scoop. We got 4 scoops in cones for $8. Their Rocky road was sooooo rich! I loved it.

They seem to always have the most friendly, charismatic, and easygoing staff employed at this shop! Every time I visit I receive prompt and attentive service with many smiles. My most common purchase is handpacked quarts of my favourite Sherbets and Sorbets. I always receive a well packed container that has been cleaned of any residual stickiness so that I'm not transferring sticky throughout my vehicle and home. I would highly recommend this shop!

This is the only reasonably priced ice cream shop in Cheyenne. Quality is reasonable and service is usually good. At half the price of Cold Stone, the only advantage Cold Stone has over this place is location and that they mix various corn-syrup products into their ice cream (if you're into that). And I actually think the ice cream here is just as good, if not better.

Best ice cream in town, they have chocolate chip ice cream. Not chocolate chunk, not chocolate chip cookie dough, but actual chocolate chip. Delicious. Will give you a good number of tests spoonfuls before deciding.

Went to Baskin Robbins last night. And tonight. The most polite people I've ever met. Greeting me as I walked in. One girl in particular, Cheyenne, was very nice to everyone who walked in; greeting everyone even though it was busy. I believe the other girl, Shannon, did the same. They asked me how my day was and didn't make me feel like I was asking them to help me. They just did, which is a hard aspect for teenagers in the world community. I would most definitely recommend going here. And if you happen to run into these wonderfully polite girls, be sure to say hello, you won't regret it. Thank you very much girls for showing me good customer service still exists

Home of the 31 Flavors. This Baskin-Robbins is well kept up and always has some sort of sale going on. I personally will go for the world class chocolate so that I can get my chocolate fixing taken care of. The employees are always cheerful and happy to help.

Not the same Baskin Robin's that I remembered as a kid, but whose going to say no to ice cream. It's cheaper to buy the pint of ice cream then a cone or anything. Almost 4 or 5 dollars for a cone to me is expensive. Everyone was friendly, but there are NO restrooms.

Baskin Robbins is the best ice cream place I could think of. It feels like home every time you walk in there! My 23 year old sister worked there as her first job, my 16 year old worked there as her first job, and I hope to work there as my first job! My favorite ice cream is cotton candy😊 Cheyenne and shannon were so extremely helpful and was smiling the entire time I was in there. I'm so happy that cheyenne Wyoming has at least one shop that's suitable for any ages😊😊😊😊
