Loved this little ice cream shop! They have a good selection of hand scooped ice creams- including Vegan! They also have cookies, brownies and pop. Variety of cones to choose from. I got the Vegan Cake Batter ice cream and it was very creamy and delicious! I recommend trying Stella’s!

Great tasting ice cream but it's extremely annoying that they don't label any of their ice cream! Everybody ends up standing at the counter asking "What's that flavor? What's the flavor? What's that one? What's that one?" Owner if you're reading this please add labels to the ice cream so we can pick out a flavor easier.

So happy that Stella’s Ice cream has decided to bless Eagle Idaho with their presence. I will say it is my favorite ice cream shop around!!! Seriously so dang good. Their ice cream is so creamy and just plain delicious. I got their salted caramel with a chocolate chip cookie and my hubby got the vanilla ice cream with a milk chocolate brownie. I like how they don’t have salted caramel ribbons and it’s just really mixed in throughout the ice cream and the vanilla was a really good vanilla ice cream. Their brownie and cookie were also really tasty. One thing that I felt that was also nice was that it wasn’t overly freezing inside while we enjoyed our ice cream! Some places have it so cold inside because it’s hot outside but it was perfect, I am definitely coming back for more! This is my go to spot for ice cream now.

The place was nice and the customer service was good but there were some things that definitely weren't my preference. I got a rocky road milkshake. The milkshake was thin, as another reviewer mentioned. The chocolate taste was mild instead of rich. And I think they use marshmallow cream instead of marshmallows - it tasted odd. I'd go here again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Great ice cream with plenty of different options to eat there or take home. They do have gluten free and vegan options as well, though not as many plant based options as I'd typically see at their downtown location. Service is always friendly, and it's usually pretty busy.

Lots of options for types of ice cream: vegan, non-dairy, non- gluten, etc. Pretty amazing flavours you may not have ever had in ice cream before. The only issue I saw was that they need to stuff a marshmallow down in the waffle cones to keep them from dripping.

Cute place. Smells amazing when you walk in! Lemon did not taste like even a hint of lemon, there was no cookie dough in our cookie dough ice cream - just chocolate chips. Cute place, will probably try it again.

Fun and different flavors, my grandson's favorite is cake batter. A bit pricey, $3.75 for one scoop in a cup or sugar/cake cone. But for a special day out, kids love it! So does grandma, lemon/blackberry hit the spot!

Modern classic ice cream parlor in the heart of Eagle. Sampled several different flavors and ultimately got a Chocolate brownie shake with pieces of oreo and it was delicious. My wife got a scoop of the Blue Raspberry and a brownie and she loved both of them. We'll definitely come back

My wife and I have been to Stella's about 20 times. We've tried a few of the "exotic" flavors, but come back for the mint chip, chocolate, and chocolate/banana. The ice cream is creamy and delicious. The staff are essentially high schoolers in the evening and they are friendly and engaging... Good hires folks! ps. I'd go more often, but would need to buy a new belt.

My family of 4 enjoyed a random stop-in to this location. The staff was nice. The store was clean. The ice cream was stocked. The flavors we chose were scrumptious. The prices are a bit high but I try to look beyond that as they make their own goods, Eagle is expensive to do business in, and I certainly want the staff to be paid well & for this business to succeed. I was most appreciative of their policy to NOT discriminate against my family that doesn't wear masks.

We love Stella's it is one of the best places to grab some great craft ice cream. The flavors are expensive and delicious. They also offer dairy options that ny wife and daughter love. They also will make a Waffle cone, Waffle tacos and ice cream on cookies and brownies.

First of all, it’s super cute. Some of the ice cream flavors were not labeled correctly but that didn’t make them any less delicious! The ice cream is rich and creamy with the perfect amount of flavors. Best of all, fresh cookies and brownies can turn any flavor into an ice cream sandwich. They also have push pops available in the to-go freezer, along with pints and quarts. Also, if you’re up for a food eating challenge, you can attempt the Bulldog challenge with 16 scoops! I feel like all the things were the best part, but it was very reasonably priced.

Stella’s Ice Cream has STELLAR ice cream! I am so glad I finally tried this place and forced my husband to go. You can tell the ice cream is homemade, creamy, rich, exactly what ice cream should be. The cookie underneath the ice cream was fresh and the perfect compliment to the cold ice cream. The service was friendly and attentive. If I could find one negative I would say the line was pretty long and the menu is a little overwhelming at first trying to figure out what all you can create and not knowing the toppings choice until the very end was slightly throwing me off my ordering game. But other than that was very very happy with everything! And my two year old approved of course!

I have been here twice since they have opened the Eagle location. Modern and clean. Smells like an old fashioned ice cream shop. Staff are friendly and keep the line moving. They also allow you to sample flavors. They sell baked goods as well although we did not try them. Ice cream was on point! My group has tried, cookies n cream, mint chip, strawberry, watermelon and the non dairy selections of lemon lime and strawberry. Watermelon blew my mind! Amazing. I saw some reviews state that the non dairy options tasted different..well it will, as it's not made from traditional cows milk. However compared to the other non dairy options out there..it's good and so happy that they offer it!! This will be our family treat place for sure! Try it, you will love it!

11/30/19 First time at the Eagle location. The place and customer service people are nice but my ice cream was not. I ordered the huckleberry ice cream. It was not good, definitely not worth the calories. The flavor was just blah and ended up throwing most of it away and eating the sugar cone. It seemed like there wasn't enough sugar or berry flavor in it.

Near 100 degree day and Stella's Ice Cream hit the spot for two weary out-of-state travellers. Choose from a variety of the 10+ homemade flavors that you can taste before buying. Flavor choices come in regular and vegan. Purchase in 3 cup sizes, cones, shakes, or takeout pint containers. The store also has fresh made brownies and cookies as well as milk, water, and other cold drinks. We found the service to be excellent!

Stella's is great! Reminds me of Salt & Straw in Portland. Classic ice cream flavors and some really unique flavors as well. The shop is fun and really cute. The service is great. We love it.

Though the gals behind the counter were very sweet, the ice cream was disappointing. First, they won't split a single scoop. I really don't want a full two scoops, but I do like to have a mix of vanilla and chocolate. I would even pay a split scoop fee to get two flavors, but the only option is to buy two full scoops. That aside the ice cream is just Okay. The flavor was good, but nothing special, and my vanilla scoop had ice crystals in it as well as a hint of freezer burn in the taste. I'll stick with Reed's Dairy or Scoops in Downtown Eagle . Both have ice cream that is always top notch and Scoops will split a single serving into two flavors for me.

Stella's is my family's favorite! My husband loves both their cookie and donut ice cream sandwiches, my kids love the brownies and cones, especially the waffle. And the most interesting ice cream flavors. Stella's chocolate ice cream is the best to me! Make it a shake and I'm sold!

This was my first time here, and I was extremely pleased with the quality of what I had. The staff was very pleasant (and they all had masks on), and the portion size was good. understandably, we weren't able to get tastes of anything so you kind of had to take a gamble though my choice, Banana Cream, ended up being a great pick.

Excellent, tasty product. Though not on menu or viewable, they do offer toppings. There were new employees being trained by caring staff which made service slow. Staff wore masks and gloves. It is a small space and staff does not enforce social distancing of patrons (take responsibility for yourself).
