So much ice cream for only $6! The Graham Central Station flavour is amazing, not overly sweet. This was a nice cheap dessert spot after splurging on dinner at Papasito’s. There was no queue on a Wednesday evening.

This place was crazy busy at least 25 people in line in front of my daughter and. However we were served with great customer service and very friendly folks, and it was done in under 10 minutes. I will be back to this location as well as recommending others to go here as well you won't regret it unless you just normally find a reason to complain we had a great experience. Only problem was not enough outdoor seating. But we figured it out. No biggie. Thanks Brewster's

I spend way too much money at this place. I usually buy the sea salt caramel toffee on a fresh cone. The have vegan options now, which is cool. (Strawberry, vanilla, and mint chocolate chip.

The main good twist about the place is the ice cream is fresh and it’s best had in a fresh state. Banana pudding ice cream with hot fudge brownie: banana ice cream is good, didn’t particularly care for the hot fudge brownie part Chocolate raspberry waffle cone: I liked it.

The best ice cream. My husband and I go here once every two weeks. Friendly staff. Quick service. Coffee break is my new favorite. I also love the chocolate raspberry truffle. It’s difficult to find parking as the shopping center overflow takes the spots.

Love this place!!! My wife and I love bringing our 2 boys here. This is our second location and have never been disappointed. Many flavors to choose from and on Thursdays you can get half off your banana split if you bring your own banana! Can't beat it!!! You have to try the Banana Pudding Ice Cream also!!!

Service was very friendly. The Chocolate Raspberry chunk truffle ice cream is the absolute favorite of mine. I can not get this flavor anywhere else. At Christmas the have had two peppermint ice cream flavors, both fantastic . I do not love the location but the ice cream quality makes up for the parking lot atmosphere. Just be careful to watch your young children and cars.

I love this place! Both the ice cream and service has been outstanding! Unfortunately, today I saw an employee making waffle cones without gloves on. I watched as she’d touch the cones, reach for her cellphone , then go right back to handling the cones with her bare hands. The most disturbing part is, even though I mentioned it to the employee helping me, she just shrugged and said she wouldn’t do anything about it. During a pandemic, you’d want to know that the company handling your food is doing so responsibly!

Lots of ice cream options with a quick service. There will a 5 mins queue always. It’s a good place to go post your meal. Grab ur favorite order and enjoy it right there with your loved once. I am specially fan or the warm chocolate brownie vanilla ice cream. Green cookie ice cream also looks very promising for the kids.

First time in a very long time having Bruster's. Great value for the amount of ice cream you get. Personally i didn't like the quality of the ice cream but they do have great flavors and they let you sample those as well. Most ice cream shops have seized giving out samples because of COVID19

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff that served me wore gloves and took Covid-19 seriously. I asked for a coffee shake, they had coffee ice cream. Lucky they had Folger instant coffee granules and put one scoop in my coffee shake. I needed a boost for the day. It was great. I'll be back for more ice cream, lots of flavors to choose.

The chocolate raspberry truffle is amazing, the service is quick. The only problem that I had is that the waffle cones are very thin and break easily, so if you are getting drive through and want a cone, I recommend asking for an empty bowl just in case.

Delicious choices: Oreo, absolotely the best! Birthday Cake, you will be back to get more. Sea Salt Caramel with Toffee, unforgettable. Not all locations are the same. The Douglasville location skimps on add-in ingredients like pecans, Oreos, etc. They also give smaller scoops than is normal at other locations. Brusters is known for it's generous scoops. I tried this location several times. I am a long time Brusters customer and have eaten their ice cream at more than 10 different locations through out the Atlanta area. The Douglasville location allowed their drive-thru to be out of order for over a year! The owner's wife would wait on you and not say a single word other than take your order and tell you the amount that you owed. No smile, no thank you, nothing. Fortunately she does not appear to work there any longer. That is good because she appeared to hate being there. My experience at all other Bruster' locations outside of the Douglasville location have been excellent. I now wait until I am on another side of town to buy Brusters ice cream. I no longer buy at the Douglasville location.
