This location is nice and clean. It has a nice parking lot and the drive-thru is quick and efficient. The customer service is good as well. I take my daughter here a lot and she really likes it. The bathrooms are also clean, which I appreciate.

Walkup seems impossible at night, always close the doors early. Blizzard wasn't mixed well, pb was at the bottom. Service was friendly and Blizzard was tested correctly, no napkins.

The line might be long but the move along quickly. On another note. Sometimes they trick you because they "forget" to turn on the OPEN sign which is kind of a big deal. As an opener that's usually the 1st thing you do but I've noticed this tends to happen on Sundays.

What's not to like about DQ? The fresh pineapple sundae, the boxed treats and the excellent soft serve ice cream. Some things just never change. Been doing the Q since 1962!

I ordered a chili dog meal and was super excited... got into the meal and the hot dog was almost hard. I couldn't even cut it with the knife they provided. The rest of the meal was good. I really enjoyed my Blizzard with M&Ms. Guess I will go for a burger next time.

Very busy even at closing. Line for drive thru almost circled building. Unable to enter building even for takeout. Placed my order online and instructed to pull in for curbside service. Customer must go to door and ring bell, give name and wait for staff to return with order. In my case, my ice cream sundae had already started to melt.

Nice ladies that run this dairy queen and they are quick with friendly service. Everything is delicious. I'm just tired of Rio Rancho people ordering from here and having to take their order way our there in the boondocks for no tips or low pay. They take advantage of delivery drivers and don't appreciate nothing and don't even thank you for going 10+ miles or more out of our way. Dairy Queen gets 4 Stars while Rio Rancho people get none

Pulled into the Drive thru to DQ to get a milkshake after surgery. It was morning and was unsure I'd they were closed. Pulled forward to the window and a kind lady at the window said they were closed but asked what we needed. We said we were just looking for a milkshake. She was super kind and made me a milkshake and no charge. Amazing customer service. Thank you.

They we're busy. We got there at 8:30pm expecting it to be dead, but the line of cars was out into the street and ppl we're parking at other businesses. But....all of the workers were still greeting and serving with smiles. You could tell they we're tired and ready to quit, but they we're still going non stop and kept their smiles. Another think I noticed was employees washing there hands. Finally a group of employees who take pride in my work their work and sanitation. GREAT JOB!!! As a supervisor to another restaurant, I give each of you 5 stars for an excellent job, team work, and outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work!!!

I have to say I was highly satisfied with the assistance I received at Dairy Queen on Coors. The line was extremely long... I was advised to down load the app and try there. So, I decided to pull into a parking space leaving my spot in line and downloaded app to order. The app didn’t have the items I wanted. So I called back because now the line was twice as long as the first time I went into it. I was able to talk to a lovely lady who was able to still assist me in ordering my three large drinks and I am a very happy customer. Dairy Queen still for the win. 👌☺️

I have to admit that the dairy queen blizzard is much better than the sonic blast. I think the soft serve ice cream is just a better flavor and texture. I also had a chili dog and it had a but more spice in the chili. This is not to put down Sonic, still like them, but Dairy queen has a slight advantage in flavor, although it is just slightly higher in price. It is unfortunate that there are about 5 Sonic drive in to every one Dairy Queen, and the one I'm familiar with is very hard to get to and see from the road.

I recently ordered a cake for my daughter for her Kindergarten celebration. There was a mishap on the day it needed to be ready but Kasha immediately made it right! best dairy queen we have been too, workers here are always friendly and they do there job well. most of the workers are young which is great to see young hard working teens. during covid they have been very clean and responsible. one person takes orders and payments another makes the order another give the order to the customer. best set up ive seen from drive-throughs. over great experience always...

Excellent, except the chocolate melted the cream before I could even lick or get a bite. It still was ok. I had a large chocolate sundae without whipped cream. My friend ordered a Peanut Chocolate Buster Parfait which was melting quickly. But they were delicious.

They've come a long way in prices.. 2 small dipped cones for nearly $6? C'mon. This location is okay. Not so clean all the time. Outdoor tables need to be checked regularly for cleanliness and they should install some sort of shade structure for those tables. Employees are usually pretty nice.

I visit DQ often however, the location on Coors needs more customer training. I mean seriously if you don't know how to make it ask for help that's what training is. I asked for a butterfinger blizzard and got a cup of vanilla ice cream. Not OK.

I've always loved Dairy Queen. This location is small and does not have the large food menu but that is what I like most about it. Come here if you really want just ice cream or ice cream and a quick snack.

Made my milkshake to order although the teenager taking my order acted like I was a freak. It was very tasty, though! No attitude I would have given 5 tars.

Went there on 5/8/19 around 8:15pm to try their special 2/$4 dip cones or sundaes. I got the dreamsickle dipped cone and it was delicious. The next time I want try the hot fudge sundae. I visited the DQ on Coors and Orilla, which is smaller than other stores around the city and they don't offer any fried foods or even have a grill, which I found odd. The parking is limited and drive up backs up quite a way out to incoming vehicles. But I'll be back of course.

Ice cream is always good, but the drive thru does move relatively slow for a treat-only DQ. The lady working at the drive thru was yelling at the employees to try to get them moving faster, which was quite comical, so I'm sure it's just a batch of new employees trying to figure it out vs an actual issue.

This has to now be my favorite Dairy Queen. I live in Rio Rancho and I will drive out of my way to come to this Dairy Queen because they have the old school butterscotch dip and they are willing to do a chocolate ice cream cherry dip cone. This place also has Banana Splits which the Dairy Queen in Rio Rancho also does not have. I will be coming here very often for the rest of the summer and probably for the rest of the time that I am in New Mexico.
