Cold Stone ice cream is one of my all time favorite ice cream that I try whenever I get a time. Love strawberry flavor with coconut toppings. Was a little bit disappointed though this time - coconut flakes were kinda hard - typically they are not like to hard to bite, and I asked pistachio but they gave me mint flavored ice cream. By the time I realized, we already left the place so didn’t go back to change it.

Cold stone is a good staple for ice cream. No matter where I eat it, New York, Colorado, South Carolina, Californian, it all taste the same. Consistent. I always get the strawberry Blondie ice cream and it's good. My husband got the area shake and it did taste like it's namesake. Didn't taste artificial.

My wife surprised me for birthday. Love cheesecake with strawberries. Delicious! Service was excellent. My only complaint is getting to the place. Not familiar with the area.

We love coming to Coldstone they don’t have one where we live so it’s a nice treat when we come to Albuquerque. Our family fav is the Strawberry Blonde. Make sure to sign up for the rewards program so you can get your 5. Off rewards

Tonight one of your Male employees (the one without his hair tied up)... definitely needs to work on his attitude about your shop being busy at night! He needs to save his breath with all his complaining and take care of the line! The line in the shop pays his check! I would forsure sit him down and talk to him! Great ice cream... but he dims the outing with the family!

Expensive. Not worth it. Rude and unhappy employees. However the ice cream is delicious, very good, with many varieties. Lots to choose from and their cakes are fantastic, but you are going to pay. Lately the girls play dumb here, and rolled their eyes with no greetings or pleasantries and act like you have all day. Blonde girl is the only one who knows what's going on. You can buy 3 half gallon ice cream at the store for the price of one of these treats.

We tried the COLD STONE ice cream cupcakes 6-pack!!!! 😳 OMG! YOU CAN EAT THE ENTIRE THING!😲 Many different sensational flavors of ice cream, cake and dark chocolate. This is a true gem of a treat.... it all tastes great (you.ll savor every bite) and at the end the dark chocolate of the cup will leave you amazed after your last bite is gone.😢😒 This is a must try! 👍

Amazing quality ice cream as usual but this visit... omg there were flies ALL over everything inside which is gross! The dipped cones and such had flies all over them. Employees seemed to ignore them as if it's completely normal.

Of course this place is a little pricey, but what can you expect. You get what you pay for. Of course they pile on the toppings on most of the choices and in my honest opinion, it's way too much. I prefer just an ice cream without all the extras. But everyone has their preferences. But this is a nice location with great options.

Ice cream place with a variety of flavors to select from. Seating limited to just 3 at this point. In a choice area filled with multiple food variety. Nice place to have that desert after a good meal or just hang out at the patio outside.

I love the flavors and the signature creations. Plus the rewards system is pretty good. Only thing I always have a problem with is the amount of ice cream you get,it all depends on WHO is making it. They "free hand" or "guesstimate " the portions so most of the time you get cheated when you order a larger size cup and they barely fill the cup! So might as well just order the small Like It size and save you some money. And they dont fix it when they know they barely filled the cup,they just try to fluff it up smh.

Unlimited number of ice cream creations you can customize yourself! A friend brought me here one time and since then, I am a regular customer! The staff is so friendly and the ice cream soooo delicious. My son and I come here frequently for our "mother/son" date.

I'm giving this place 5 stars and not necessary for the business, but for the customer service of one amazing young women Meghan. She has amazing customer service, very friendly and always has a genuine smile on her face. A lot of the other workers look like the hate there job and our very annoyed that they have to deal with customers at all. Megan is always very social with my two young daughters, being very patient with them. She is the star of that location and that's why my family continues to go there. That girl deserves a raise.

Pretty good service and ice cream. I was surprised when I asked for a bag for my order they just handed me the bag instead of putting it in the bag I was just left there in the counter to bag it my self. I though that was rude.
