I wanted to send a huge shout out the Long Island HVAC especial Ray and his installation crew. I contacted Ray last year for a quote and just wasn’t Ready to pull the trigger. So last week I contacted Ray again for a new quote and we agreed on a price. (Very reasonable) The very next day Ray and his crew went to work installing our new daiken 35,000btu mini split in our 4 bedroom home. The did the work efficiently and quickly and had us up and running the same day. Again a big thanks to Ray and his crew a Long Island Hvac I will be using them again soon.

Reached out to Raymond about my HVAC needs and with the summer approaching my family really needed an AC. We got a 36,000 BTU unit that cools and heat the top floor of my house ~1,200sqft quit fast about 10 min. It was not cheep but with the quality of work and the speed they did it in was amazing they have 5 guys come to my house at 8am and Raymond himself came by the check on the project. Which I respect. We’ve had this unit for 5 months and no issues yet. Good work and good service cost a little more but it’s worth it.

I've used Long Island HVAC for both minor and major problems at our house from installing a new furnace & water heater to fixing a cracked heat exchange. They've always been quick to respond and very detail-oriented when it comes to repairs, sending photos and as much info as possible before I had to make a decision. Pat is very pleasant to work with, we've also had James come out to do some work. Highest recommendation for fast, competent and fairly-priced service.

We had a really awesome experience with Long Island HVAC. Our Furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. I called the next morning and they had someone out to the house within about 3 hours. The person on the phone was extremely friendly, let us know up front the initial diagnostic costs and gave us an ETA update when our guy was on the way to the house. Pat was great - he identified the problem quickly, was very knowledgeable and also gave us some recommendations for long term preventive maintenance for our system. He also let us know what the final cost would be before we agreed to the service. The overall cost was very reasonable. Now our house is toasty and warm! Will 100% use Long Island HVAC again!

They were very responsive to all my questions and then did the entire system replacement in one day. I am very happy with my new system and the work that was done. I was referred to LI HVAC by Jay from Green Team. I am so happy for the reference, They came right away, found the problem and fixed it, They were very professional and kind and also Nicole was so sweet. I am thrilled and will be using them from now on. I had my new air conditioner installed three years ago by Sun Ray Systems, a total nightmare. I had so many problems and even though there is an ten year warranty on the unit, it's only two years with Sun Ray and I would have get a service contract with them and I won't. I highly recommend LI HVAC, you won't be sorry.
