Hi Grade Heating & Air Conditioning installed our new ducted Heat Pump, Aux Furnace, and water heater.Emmanuel and Smith spent 2 long days at our house completing all of the work required for a full new system.They were very thorough and professional and communicated very clearly throughout the install to help work around our family's schedules. Overall, They did a great job and we're very happy with our new HVAC system and water heater from Hi Grade Heating & Air Conditioning!

Had an amazing experience with this company, they went over everything that was being don to our system before and after everything was complete . They have great customer service and communication. They sent us emails with reminders of tech coming out with the date and time , they also text and call you when tech is in route to your location. Over all it was a great experience and they have an awesome program to keep your systems running smoothly.

Dan and the crew did a nice job on the installation of my new unit. He gave me a quote and installed the unit 7 days later. He responded very quickly to any questions I had. In a nut shell, they are quick, responsive, and great at what they do. Definitely would use them again. Highly recommended.

We called Hi Grade Heating & Air Conditioning first thing in the morning, and their technicians were there by 9 a.m. They discussed our air conditioning problem, presented their products, and then got to work. Our new air conditioner was installed and working perfectly within a day. On-the-job efficiency and quick service. This company has made us satisfied and happy.
