After several family member’s recommendations, I had Gladstone out to my home today for heating system maintenance. It had been over a year since the system had been looked at and I don’t believe any technician has ever been as thorough as Octavio from Gladstone was today. He thoroughly cleaned and inspected the system, and documented with before/after photos so I could understand the work he was performing and his recommendations. Octavio provided excellent service and I feel very confident using Gladstone for my HVAC needs.

They came out on a Friday morning to evaluate my AC that died on a Thursday night. They were on time and so professional. They got me a reasonable estimate immediately and were able to complete a new install the next week. I was also very pleased to see that not only did they wear booties when they came in to check my AC, but when it was install day, they lined all carpeted areas with a drop cloth to keep from ruining my carpets. I would recommend Gladstone Commercial Heating & Cooling company and will hire them again should the need arise.

Just had a water tank replaced by Carl from Gladstone. When I made an appointment, the lady on the phone explained the billing expectation and possibilities very well. No surprises. He arrived on time this morning after a heads up call from their office. Amiable, cheery guy to do business with. The removal/installation was done in a timely manner and the resulting job was a marked improvement over the existing installation. A very tidy work, on budget, on time.
