Eco Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning came out to clean my duct & my vents. The job was done professionally and it looks brand new again and they also sprayed some fresh air which smells amazing. Thank you very much and I would definitely recommend using them if you need your ducts cleaned. Just a wonderful experience with a very knowledgeable technician and a great company.

Can I give 6 stars?!! This has been THE BEST HVAC service I've ever had in all of the years of home ownership! I was absolutely floored at my repair service today. I wasn't getting hot air and my house was sitting at 16 degrees, in the middle of nov, on Sunday, with freezing rain. I expected extremely pricey emergency calls to fix my heating issues. I did a quick Google search and found ECO Plumbing Heating who happened to be located on the same street and that was the smartest thing I ever did. The owner was extremely polite and explained the pricing and services and provided a service call that was only a few hours later. If my technician is a testament to the quality and care that ECO delivers then there's no need to look further for an HVAC company. Mark came on time, immediately took off his boots without being asked and had everything he needed to work on the problem immediately. He was extremely friendly, polite and highly technical and not only addressed my existing issues but made note of other issues I had while resolving another small issue which was unrelated to my service call. We checked temperatures of the receivers and return air (never had anyone do that before) and gave me some statistics on what I could expect given my high velocity system, physically checked water running from faucets, pipes and inspected the furnace setup. Mark went so far as to teach me how to take better care of my furnace and highlighted potential problems that I should keep an eye out for in the future. Technicians don't typically take the time to provide invaluable lessons like these. At the end of the service, I paid Mark exactly what I was quoted in the morning when I first called the office (of which was extremely reasonable and so much better than what another company would charge for an emergency call given a Sunday service), with NO additional or hidden fees and was given a paper and digital receipt. My heat is on, I'm better educated about my home and furnace and I have to say that service call was worth every cent! I will be eager to refer my friends and family to this company!!! *** EDIT *** I had another issue with my tankless this past weekend, ON THANKSGIVING DAY, and Mark and Moe were very quick to schedule the service call, was very informative and helped me with a plan to ensure this matter does not happen again. This is truly a great company and will continue to use them for all of my tankless/HVAC needs

My tenants complained about the HVAC unit acting up. I immediately called this company because they popped up on top of Google with a lot of good testimonials. Mark was very polite and professional on the phone. Got me the next day's appointment. My tenants were also happy with the technicians. I will surely call them again.

Our gas boiler died during at night and we had another company come out first and were told that our boiler was "condemned" and would need to be fully replaced. We called this company for a second opinion, and they came out the following day. After an initial assessment, their plumber told us that he believed the problem to be with two sensors and that he thought the boiler probably didn't need to be replaced. The heat was working within minutes of him replacing the sensors. He was very professional, punctual, and honest about what he thought the issue was. We will definitely be calling them again if we encounter any issues and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My pool storm drains were very backed up. This was a home that I recently purchased and had little knowledge about which way or where the drains ran. Their plumber was able to troubleshoot, detect and remedy the drain issues -- among others. He was easy to work with and focused on achieving the desired outcome utilizing his knowledge, skills and tools.

Fast, efficient, reasonably priced AND conscientious. Main sewer backed up. 2 plumbers showed up and went straight to work on a Sunday. Assessed the problem and jumped in. They were Professional and extremely aware they're working in another man's home. Tackled the sewer, sanitized the work area and then tackled the toilet (needed to be reset with a new wax ring). Without reservation- I would recommend them- Will put them in my contacts as my go-to for plumbing
