All Out HVAC has been my go to for my heating and cooling needs for a number of years now. From fixing problems on my old equipment, to service and even installation - they do it all. The owner is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything he needs to do and why. When they installed my new ductless system, the work was done very neatly and in a timely manner. I contacted Drew for a quote to have my AC serviced. He schedule a time, and stopped by to review my system. Safety was his first priority. He came with face mask gloves and booties for his shoes. This make my family and I very comfortable. He gave me a quote to perform the job two days later. I approved of his price which was reasonable and scheduled a date to have the work done. The day came and he showed up on time, with all his tools and safety garments to service the units. He completed his job in a timely manner and was very thorough. Once completed he cleaned up which was a breeze because he was clean and neat. Now my units are working as brand new. I will be using Allout HVAC Solutions for all my Heating and AC needs. Had a great recent experience with AllOut. During a recent heat wave, my central air unit gave out, I called around a number of shops in the Westchester area, and a few got back to me. Most ask about the jobs before they were willing to come out, and were asking for a Sunday premium, which amounted to 300-400 for a service call. Seems pricey just for someone to swing by. Then I found AllOut, and I spoke to someone, who later turned out to the owner, and he said he will drop by after his last service call, and at the regular service charge rate. He stopped by, and walked me through the issue, which turned out to be a defective control switch, in a very down to earth and honest way. Very thorough and personable, and did not try to sell me a repair more than what was necessary. He quoted a very reasonable price, and fixed the issue the very next day. Very satisfy with the experience. He is straight shooter and my guy for any AC related issues. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

It was a dream working with Andrew. For the past two years we have been dealing with the repercussions of a botched mini-split installation and a botched combi-boiler installation. Our electrician recommended Andrew to repair the installations, and we couldn't be more grateful. He diagnosed all the issues and carefully explained to us what was wrong and how he would fix it. He then made all the repairs on time and without going over budget. I never thought I would be so thrilled to have everything working the way it's supposed to. I met Andrew through a neighbor because my boiler stopped working but unfortunately they informed me that it was not worth fixing. Andrew with a lot of patience and wisdom began to look for what kind of boiler was good for my apt because there was not much space to install a new boiler. Thank God they managed to install the boiler and a water heater. They disconnected the old boiler and installed the new one in the estimated time with a clean and quality job.
