Arrived early as we requested and completed work efficiently to accommodate our schedule. Crew was courteous, respectful, efficient, and looked out to protect our property and home during their work. Everything was explained adequately and followed up to check that everything was working and to our satisfaction. Great service and we highly recommend McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning.

I arrived home after a trip to an air conditioning failure. My usual repair company could not come out for 8 days. I contacted McCrae. The person answering the phones was efficient, kind and professional. They were able to fit me in for a same day repair. The technician they sent out diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He wore a mask for safety and was careful to wear shoe coverings and other measures to keep my home clean. The pricing was very fair. They’ve earned a new long term customer.

My experience with McCrea was excellent. The representative who visited to explain to me the details of having a new HVAC system installed was thorough and answered all of my questions. He was courteous and wore a mask. The installers did an excellent job!! They were respectful of my home by laying drop clothes to protect floors and carpets and cleaned up carefully before leaving. After completing the job, they showed me how the new system and new thermostat worked and answered questions.

Price seemed high for the work but because the company would not break out labor verses material costs it is difficult to evaluate or make comparison with other companies. Also, found the paperwork confusing and monumental. I think paper work should have been shown prior to the job not after completing the work! Still waiting for copies of what I signed. I had a complete Heat pump system installed which included new return ducting to help reduce noise from the main fan coming on line. I am still in the evaluation mode

I had called McCrea since that's who installed the HVAC system in my home for the builder. I wanted to have a humidifier installed, the initial technician (Trent) did a really good job. Very professional, my issue isn't with the initial installation. My review is for the following... 1). I purchased a maintenance plan and wasn't told that the humidifier wouldn't be covered. I would have to pay for it separately, POOR service and communication. 2). And this is really what this 2 stars is for, I was hearing a ticking sound at my humidifier, I called and scheduled a technician to come out to look at it. The initial tech during installation set it to within the recommended range (40%), well the technician was late (I understand some jobs run longer than usual), I was the last appointment of the day for him. He said it was set too high and turned it down, ALL THE WAY DOWN TO 1 (10%). That's basically OFF!! You have 10% or alittle more in your home without a humidifier!!! Then told me he turned it down so I shouldn't hear the ticking anymore. I checked it out a few days later to see what the humidity was and was SHOCKED and ENRAGED that he would try to pass off what he did as fixing my issue. The Temple Hills location of McCrea is a DISGRACE!! ————————————————————————————— UPDATE: After my previous experience I was contacted within 24hrs by the company, Rachel asked how they could resolve my issue and address my previous service. She made every effort to see that my issue was fixed, Trent came back out and fixed the issue and addressed how my previous appointment would be handled as well. Great effort to fix the issue and address the service I received. This was the experience and customer service you expect, great reset!

I had an entirely new furnace installed. Unfortunately I encountered a number of shady operations throughout my research. However McCrea Heating and Cooling was different. Beginning with the sales contact who was quite knowledgeable and professional, to the technicians who were on time, attentive to detail, and highly skilled, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Their 80 years of experience is definitely reflected in the quality of their work.

Patrick and Ray were wonderful! They arrived promptly at 8 a.m. They took great care to protect my hardwood flooring and my home was spotless when they left. They were very polite and I enjoyed hearing them banter and laugh amongst themselves during the installation. McCrea was fabulous from consultation to the proposal through to installation. I would definitely recommend them-I already have! Thank you for making such a costly endeavor pleasant.

McCrea was thorough in their approach from the very beginning. The salesman asked pointed questions, took measurements went into the attic and made an assessment of the proper capacity needed as well as improvements they could make for the system to run more efficiently. But this was not where their work ended. The men who came to replace the unit were respectful, kind, thorough and patient. They were not in a rush to leave. They wanted to make sure we understood the new system and were satisfied with their work. I highly recommend this company

I would definitely recommend McCrea. My new heating/air system was installed a few weeks ago and I was very impressed with all aspects of the entire process. Shane did an excellent job with his assessment of what needed to be done and worked alongside his team to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. I received constant emails and text messages throughout the process. On the day of my installation, I received a text that included a photo of the technician to expect. Very professional. My installers Mike & Trevor did an amazing job with removing the old and installing the new system. In the COVID environment, they took the necessary precautions, wore masks & gloves and got the job done in a timely manner. They covered my floors and stairs to protect them as they brought equipment in and out of the house. The clean-up was superb and I now have an awesome new heating and air system that is performing perfectly. My experience with McCrea Heating & Air was GREAT!!!

We've had generally positive experiences with McCrea. In July we had an issue with our secondary A/C unit - a minisplit that was leaking into the room. $109 for the technician to come out. When they came, the repair was small - clearing a drainage line. Called back within 30 days because the leak did not resolve, McCrea said they would send someone back out, no charge. We had some challenges and rescheduling, leading to a misunderstanding that we would be charged for a technician having to return. On that basis, I left some negative reviews online - to which McCrea responded, reaching out via phone to set an appointment for a technician to come out. Two technicians came today and spent a good deal of time fixing our initial issue. They went above an beyond in fixing the unit, remounting, and appropriately sealing the unit to the wall. On the basis of this, I'm changing my review of working with McCrea to a 5-star experience. Some miscommunication happened on both ends - we're all human - but their willingness to make things right really shows a business that values integrity. Would use again.

I've been a McCrea customer for 10 years. I am extremely satisfied with the service, consistently prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. My technician, Vincent, arrived today right on time, having called me 15 minutes prior to alert me that he was on his way. As always, he demonstrated all the positive characteristics which I have come to expect from McCrea. He gave me some helpful information about my system to assure it would run properly, and questioned me to be sure that I was satisfied with how it runs. I had a wonderful experience with McCrea. It all started with the Salesman, Carl. He explained thoroughly our options and was not pushy at all. Out of the three contractors we reviewed, McCrea was the best. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to the others but most of all, we felt more comfortable allowing McCrea, who installed all of the units in our community with the job. My husband was home when the installers arrived and he said they were professional and went to work right away. They did not stop until the work was completed and they cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

I have a maintenance contract with McCrea for my A/C, furnace, and home humidifier. It is up to the customer to remember to call and make the twice-a-year appointments. I called in April for my summer maintenance appointment, and their first available opening was not until June. The day before my appointment, I received reminders by email and text with a 3-hour time window. The next morning I received a text, email and personal call from Carlos telling me that he was on his way. The text and email even had a picture of him. He was polite and thorough as he tested out the various components of the equipment. He explained to me what he was doing at every step and asked if I had any questions. He was here for about 45 minutes total. I think McCrea has a good combination of electronic record keeping, automated communication, personal interaction, and skilled technicians that make the maintenance contract work efficiently. We have been satisfied enough to renew our contract for another year.

They did a superior job on two major installs, cinching every loose wire, making my tiny closet work, and they left the area cleaner than how I gave it to them. My AC problems began 14 years ago when a company named Jiffy came to replace my heat pump on the top floor of my home. Long and short of that is an absolute nightmarish hell experience. Worst service experience to date!!!! Fast forward to now I’ve had nothing but the best service from the technicians at McCrea. Mike & Kern are masterful, meticulous and absolutely professional at their jobs. They installed my new 16 seer Carrier AC in less than two days. Took the time to clean up. My system so far is working wonderfully. Wanna to say thanks to Mike, Kern, and John the sales rep for getting my home all nice and warm for the winter. Called McCrea for an estimate and John P. came out to my place a couple days later for no cost/no obligation estimate for a new heat pump. He spent a lot of time figuring out what I needed and giving me options. We came up with a good solution for my situation and I was expecting an install later next week. Well, he emailed me that evening to say he thought he could get a team out in the morning if they had the equipment. Next morning, sure enough, I got an email saying they could do the install if I could meet them. I raced home and they beat me there. The level of detail the team put into the install was exceptional. They did the best quality work I've seen, and I've seen a lot of AC installations. On top of that, the price ended up being better than any of the other quotes I could get out of other companies. Really happy I chose McCrea, and I think their high ratings and reviews are earned.

McCrea responded right away when they found out I had an issue at my house. They adjusted their schedule to fit me in. The technician Carlos was awesome! He took the time to explain everything to me and taught me how to maintain my HVAC unit. He made sure to wear masks and gloves. Great service!

Trevor was very professional, thorough, and experienced. McCrea had installed my brand new furnace and air conditioner 4 years earlier and hooked it up to my existing humidifier for winter months. I always have McCrea come out in the fall and spring to do the maintenance check on the systems. But this particular, experienced individual, Trevor Bedford, checked and verified that my humidifier had never been hooked up properly since the furnace was first installed 4 years earlier and narrowed it down to a single wire and changed it so that it worked properly. It was an easy fix that took 5 minutes. Thank you, Trevor for being so sharp in spotting the problem and resolving it.

McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning technicians Trevor and Brian installed my new HVAC system on May 14, 2020 -- in the middle of a pandemic that makes me nervous about allowing anyone into my home. But the work needed to be done, and after checking the McCrea website for their COVID-19 precautions, I felt more comfortable about their approach. Both technicians wore masks the entire time they were inside my home, and gloves when appropriate (such as when showing me how to work the touch-screen thermostat). They communicated before arriving, to let me know when to expect them. They communicated during the process, making sure they were getting everything right for me. They left the areas of my home where they had to work immaculate and took all the old equipment away with them. I highly recommend McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning for any new installations and/or repairs you need. Thank you McCrea Team, my new system feels so comfortable, just in time for a little Maryland heat wave! I appreciate the care you all took of me and my house.

They sent a tech, Carlos, out and he was phenomenal. Great customer service from start to finishing the job. I had to replace my heat pump so I asked for quotes from a few places. The sales manager from McCrea who came for an estimate took a look at my old unit thoroughly and pointed out problems with not being up to code, which the other companies didn't even mention. He was able to offer me the most reasonable price for the job for the most comprehensive work. They didn't try to sell me the more expensive options or play the numbers game they are very honest with the work they do. The sales manager was very responsive with a bunch of questions I had over the few days leading up to installation, and was accommodating with all of my requests. Overall the experience was great, and I would highly recommend them.

The McCrea service technician who serviced my AC system after a tech from another company provided mediocre service, was thorough, smart, polite, and professional. It was necessary for him to make a second trip because several parts had to be replaced, which he ordered on the spot, to get my AC up and running. (My unit had not been on this year; but last winter when it was serviced I mentioned to that tech that the fan sounded inconsistent , i.e., not running smoothly. He said it was OK.) This was 2 days before the holiday weekend, so I gave McCrea a few days before calling since I had not heard from them. I was told the parts were on order and would not be in until the "next week." I made a call to the manufacturer of the unit about the delay in getting the parts. They acted quickly and got the parts expedited to the dealer last Friday. Installation was scheduled for Monday afternoon because I had a meeting that could not be rescheduled. However, I arrived home 30 min. before the technician was supposed to show. Vincent, the McCrea tech, was waiting for me and had finished the job. Amazing! He came in the house turned on the unit and Yea! I had AC! This guy was fantastic! McCrea, I hope you have more technicians half as good. Thank you,

I hired this firm to do my annual HVAC inspection and service. Mike was the technician and he was great. He was very thorough and explained to me what and why he was checking and what the values were. He advised that I have my unit checked twice a year with a filter change once a year, which I plan to do here on out.I will certainly l hire McCrea again to do this work. The company's coupon for $69.95 saved me a bunch too.

Haven’t been home to see that the work was actually completed. But for the past 2 Days I’ve been in a bind and was not able to be present for the worker to do his initial check on day 1 and follow up on the second day.. on blind trust I disarmed the alarm system and lifted my garage allowing for the worker to perform his duties. This happened 2 days in a row. On day 1 upon my arrival home everything was in order- Carlos communicated with me the entire time he was in my home alone. Mr. Carlos Lopez represented your company well and showed how much he could be trusted as an individual, for that I thank him and the company. Now let’s just hope the system is fixed now... over the summer a worker had to come out because one side of the house was not receiving cold air. (System not fully charged) this time the issue was the system was not working at all (bad inducer).. this is a brand new home (March 2019). Carlos is an excellent technician! I have an older unit and the tendency is usually to say, “time to replace it”. Not with Carlos – he was very professional. He took the time to diagnose the problem, he was thorough, and then told me exactly what would be needed to fix the issue. He was patient and explained things to me in terms that a non-HVAC specialist would understand. He wanted to ensure that I understood what was needed and that I had the information to make an informed decision. A new blower motor had to be ordered. When the motor came in, I waited until Carlos was available to come back out and do the installation. I am glad that I waited for him to be available! He did an excellent job replacing the motor and completing the repair. He even requested a broom and dustpan to clean up behind himself. I highly recommend Carlos for any air conditioning repair/maintenance/installation work – he is a true professional that is dedicated to getting the job done right.

Purchase home in April 2020 and was informed I had a year to obtain a free home filter. Texted the automated number and left messages to obtain my filter. On my last attempt to obtain my filter the customer service rep told me I passed the deadline. However she can see where I called in January trying to obtain my filter and didn’t get a return call. Her response was, you no longer qualify. I ask for a manager name and only received a first name and no additional information. It’s clear the no call back was intentional to avoid service. Customer service is the face of the company and clearly it’s a poor representation of the company. ++Update Follow up comments in reference to McCrea Heating and Air Conditional services. Spoke to new company rep Lashawn who took her time to explain the warranty program, services provided by her company with patience, understanding, knowledge, professionalism and superior customer service. She demonstrated her commitment to the customer and was able to remediate my issue. Thank you again!

I had been having concerns about my HVAC system -- particularly with respect to humidity when the system was set to cool. Trevor, the field service supervisor, and his associate Jeff, did a tremendous job. They took the time to discuss all of my concerns to get a good understanding of the issue. Then they looked over the system carefully and helped address several factors that were contributing to my humidity problem. They were kind, courteous, and professional, and they took the time needed to address every issue they saw. I am confident that what they did will resolve my concerns. UPDATE: McCrea called me back and were very kind, courteous and helpful , as they usually are. The situation was resolved. They are very responsive to their customers. That kind of customer care cannot be beat. I'm upgrading my review from 1 starto 4⭐⭐⭐ MCCrea I've been with him a long time and they provide excellent service. However this last time was a different story. I called and used the website to book an appointment. Confirmation was immediately texted to me with the date and times. Shortly thereafter somebody called me to cancel my appointment. I asked for another date and time frame. She said I can't provide you with the time frame. I said I work too so I need a Time frame. She said I'm telling you I can't give you a time frame. I said I can't wait around all day because I work. I said I don't know what to do. And she replied why don't you just cancel. Chill for no solution. She didn't say anything else. She was very rude. And the call just ended. Never in all my years of using McCrea did I come across a person so rude. Normally I would rate the cray five stars. But as for their customer service on the phone I wish I could give it zero Stars. One last thing. I called to complain and they were very courteous and they said they lost my complaint and somebody will call me asap. I've been waiting for over half an hour and it's past 5:00 now and they are closed and I'm not getting a call today. So much for getting in ASAP response. What's happened to this company? They're definitely going down the tubes.

I woke up feeling the house was colder than usual and looked at the thermostat to see the temperature and the thermostat was flashing on and off and asking to set the time. When I tried to set the time it was not responding to my input and the display went blank. I checked the batteries even though I knew the batteries were for when the house lost electric power. I replaced the old batteries even though I had power in the house. The thermostat went blank and then started flashing on and off again. I called McCrea and they said since I had a maintenance contract with them they would send someone as soon as they could. By early afternoon Trevor from McCrea came and replaced the thermostat with a new one. He demonstrated very clearly and patiently how to program the new one and made sure I knew how to program it. Thank you McCrea and Trevor for your fine, professional and responsive service.

Just had McCrea H&AC take care of the Spring tune-up of our AC unit. Vincent the technician arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional. As our unit is an older whole house unit he advised us on the possibilities of needing to replace the system in the near future. Rob arrived exactly when he said he would. He was so knowledgeable about installing a mini-split heat pump system that he knew the correct lengths to cut for every wire, hose, cable or pipe. He left the place spotless and went over carefully every aspect of the operation of the thermostat, the fan and cleaning the filter. Will call McCrae again for any HVAC work if Rob is involved. The entire McRea team from start to finish did an amazing job. Our AC unit stopped working at absolutely the worst time with an oncoming heat wave this week. McRea prioritized someone coming to look at the unit the next day, and when it was quickly determined that we required a new unit, McRea was able to prioritize a replacement installed just a few days later. Vincent from McCrea was thorough, obviously competent and detailed as he made a "routine" but comprehensive check of the air conditioning system. He was friendly and more than willing to share his knowledge--had no problem with my looking over his shoulder! Could not be happier. Denise has wonderful communication skills with her bright and cheerful personality. Within moments on my first phone call I felt like I was talking with a dear friend. She got right to my problem and scheduled an appointment quickly and cheerfully, letting me know that McCrea would take care of me. George turned out to be not only an expert in his field, but also an excellent teacher. He guided Emmanuel through the repair procedure on my furnace with the skill and patience of a caring father passing knowledge to his son. I was quite impressed. Our Technician, Trevor Bedford, was amazing. He took his time to analyze the issues with our HVAC unit (which turned out to be a main condensation pipe clog on the outside of our Condo unit). So, the issue was not even with our unit. He was called to our house twice and helped us so much. He was super professional and patient with all my questions and took time to help me understand "HVAC" units. We seriously could not have been happier with Trevor and his service. Called two weeks ago for service on our new home. Booked for 12/29 and was told that they would not be able to give a service time until the day of (which is completely unprofessional and does not allow for the homeowner to plan ahead). Called this morning and was told that they were too busy to provide an estimated time and that I could get a call back later (they told me they couldn't provide me with an ETA for the call back). Called again about 30 minutes later and was told that I was last on the tech's list (6/6) and that we could expect him between 12-5PM. At 4:17PM, I called to find out a status update, as I had not yet heard from the tech. Was told that they cannot guarantee that he would arrive before 5PM as he was busy. Manager told me the same thing. I requested a call from someone in Executive management and the manager told me that they would only call if they felt like it. It is now 5PM and the tech still has yet to arrive (and hasn't called). Will say that if the builder wasn't paying for this service, I'd be looking elsewhere. Am going to try to get the builder to transfer the service to another company, as McCrea is terrible with their customer service. ***UPDATE*** I received a call yesterday from McCrea management as a follow up to last week’s experience. The individual I spoke with was very professional, apologized for the situation and informed me that she has spoken with the individuals involved with my experience. She committed to additional training for the reps involved and stated that it should have been handled better. I am very pleased with her customer service, including the steps she took to win back my business. Her efforts showed me a commitment to outstanding service that I look for in a company. Added three stars for the excellent follow up and follow through by management.

I would like to give the highest review above to the technician who came to repair my "no heat" call, he called ahead of time, got here on time and fixed the problem. However I had a very disappointing interaction with your office staff who schedules appointments. I was in business for many years and I strongly advise you to correct this problem. I assure you it will have your clients looking for other service providers. I called on Thursday morning to report I had no heat, I was placed on hold for about 10 before I spoke to a representative, during that time there was a lengthy dialog on how good your services are. I explained to the operator that I had to leave for out of town by noon (on Thursday) and would not return until late on Friday, therefore I needed to have service on Saturday, she was not helpful, telling me that should could not schedule for Saturday because her supervisor was not available, she quoted several prices for weekend service, and stated the technician would not be one of the regular service technicians. She indicated her supervisor would be in shortly and she would call me with an appointment schedule, I stressed to her I would really appreciate a response before I left at noon, and I would be in a meeting on Friday and unable to respond to phone calls. I received a phone call on Friday while I was in the meeting, when we took a quick break, I called the number back, the operator indicated she would forward the call, there was another 10 minute on hold time, and when the individual replied she said the call had been directed to the wrong site, and she would forward it, there was another long wait while again heard how good your services were, but before I was connected, I had to return to the meeting. Late Friday afternoon, while I was in the car returning from my meeting I was finally able to reach someone who was able to to give me a time for the technician to arrive on Saturday, again her main point rather than providing the service, was a lengthy discussion on the cost of the call on the weekend. The temperature when I arrived at my home was 36 degrees, thus I had a rather uncomfortable night. I am qy

Showing me around my new system, they had used some existing brick in my backyard to build up the ground base to level the heat pump. That was great. It looked so good, and it was so quiet. For the 2nd year in a row the office personnel failed to order the humidifier canister that I requested for my fall inspection. I've had this system for 8 years and each time I make the appointment I request that the canister be ordered. Last year I spoke with the service manager to discuss this issue and thought it was taken care of. On Monday I left a voicemail for him and here it is 4 days later and he still has not called me. While I give the folks that come to service my unit 5 stars, the office personnel and service manager are lacking.

When scheduling for a service on mu Apilare Humidfier the representative was able to schedule a service technician within two days time. The only issue was that they could not give me a specific timeframe and that the technician woud call in advance, which he did with 30 minute notice. When he arrived he did a terrific job. He was thorough and took the time to make the adjustments properly, correcting installment errors intially made by the builder. Technician was courteous, skilled, and made certain that all of his adjustments were working properly. The cost was more than I had antiscipated but reasonable considering the work done. I would deffinitely recommend them.

I was researching and looking into a new HVAC (air conditioning and gas heat) to replace my 19 year old system. Got a good deal on a Lennox through one of the member warehouse stores. Carl Ward was my sales rep and he was very informative and thorough in explaining what to expect in the work to be performed. I was able to schedule the date and tie I wanted and the my technicians John and Mike arrived on time and did a great job removing the old equipment and installing the new Lennox system. Both John and Mike answered my questions and did a great job cleaning up and explaining the new Lennox system to me. McCrea's follow up was great as I ran into a small problem with the County inspection that needed to be addressed. Everyone from the back office staff who contacted the County inspector, Jason the technician who came out and made the necessary adjustments, and Carl who followed up with me and the County to get the work inspection passed. I'm really satisfied and would recommend McCrea if you either need a new heating and cooling system or just a repair.

My experience w/McCrea started w/ their sales person, Shane McCreer. He arrived for our appointment on time, was appropriately dressed, very presentable, and professionally looked me in the eye and shook my hand. (I had interviewed 2 other companies and both their reps arrived late for our appointment. One had a rip at the knee in his pants and the other had 2 buttons missing on his dirty work shirt. One never looked me in the eye and neither offered their hand.) Shane answered my questions and provided information that confirmed what I had previously read about my type of heating system on the internet. (One guy from another company gave me suspicious information which I found out later was NOT the best or preferred way to efficiently approach getting the job done.) Shane refused to answer his cell phone while we talked about my concerns and the job at hand, even tho I told him he could answer his phone. I liked his undivided attention. He asked if he could sit at my dining table to use his computer. He had all necessary paperwork almost completely filled out prior to our appointment which made finalizing the proposal a quick process. (The other two guys didn’t have paperwork filled out, both opened their computer on my dining table, assuming it was ok, and one had to call his office to get pricing information and model specifics to complete the proposal.) I immediately felt comfortable that Shane knew his business and his company would do a great job. When I had follow-up questions after the initial appointment, Shane responded promptly by text, email or phone. He even showed up when the installers came to make sure the installers understood the specifics of my job that were not typical of the usual installation. On the day of installation, the two installers that came (on time) promptly made sure I knew their names, shook my hand, and put on shoe covers before coming into my home. They immediately laid down drop cloths (with non-skid undersides) across the hard wood floors and carpeting. They asked if they could move small furniture away from their work area, carefully did so, and got to work. They asked me several times if I had any concerns or questions. When the job was done (within the timeframe that Shane had estimated the job would take), they showed me the new system and pointed out some things about the system. They made sure I knew a separate crew would be back to seal around the new AC unit on the outside (I live on the 4th floor), and someone would be back to spackle and seal around the inside of the AC unit (winter temperatures prevented the installers from keeping spackle in their truck). They cleaned up after themselves and quickly had final paperwork ready for me to sign, pointing out the final inspection that my county requires and information for me to get that inspection scheduled. Lastly, Shane arranged for a crew to seal outside and inside within 4 days of installation. Very timely! Bottom line: I have given McCrea information (and especially Shane’s name) to 3 of my friends who are seriously thinking of replacing their HVAC systems. McCrea is the ONLY way to go!!!

I've used McCrea for almost 10 years now, since they replaced my entire system. Not much negative I can say about them. Whether it was the original install by Ray, pre- and post-sales support from Jeanine, even dispatch is always pleasant and friendly; even when this hot, angry SOB is demanding service...lol. I had an issue about 10 months after the original installed, Ray came out and did WAAAAY more than I expected in trying to find a leak. If you do have a leak, ask about their leak search service...EXTREMELY thorough, invested a couple of days worth of their time to nail down where the leak was located. Amazing thoroughness, cutting the copper pipes into segments to locate the EXACT spot of the leak. Then they honored their warranty without so much as a peep in the way of hassle...parts ordered, replaced, done. 8 years later and my AC started struggling to cool. One call and the NEW Ray was here the next day...thank you Trevor, congrats on the promotion Ray! With Trevor, I received identical level of professionalism and service I've come to expect from McCrae. You always get the same service
