I cannot explain how wonderful my experience this past week was. After finding an issue with my plumbing late Wednesday evening, we were immediately scheduled for as early as possible on Thursday. When Daniel Torres arrived, he was polite, efficient, and helpful. He quickly identified our problem, fixed it, and then provided tips to prevent the issue in the future. Afterwards, he did a brief inspection to make sure everything was working well in our home and identified a gas leak that my husband and I had tried to contact Washington Gas about previously. They had told us there was no leak but Daniel and Henry (who also works for 4 Service pros) confirmed that we were indeed smelling gas. Within 24 hours, he had ordered the parts we needed to fix the interior gas leak. When that didn't remedy the smell of gas, he and Henry waited until Washington Gas arrived to ensure that they stayed to fix the problem. He ended up having to convince them to come inside to see that the issue was not an interior issue. I am so thankful as we were brushed off about the scent of gas when we bought our home over a year ago and have been living with an exterior gas leak that would not have been found without the help of Daniel and Henry. They not only fixed the problem we initially called them about but made sure that another problem was handled professionally. I will definitely be calling them in the future!

Called at about 8:45am on a Monday & Martin came at about 11am. Diagnosed the problem. Water heater was leaking. He quickly drained and removed the old one. He offered a couple of estimates and I decided which option. He left to obtain the new one and returned in about 45 minutes or so and installed. He was very personable and went about his work efficiently. Would be happy to have him work here again, if needed.

Absolutely fantastic service. The first company that could respond in a reasonable time for a small but continuous link. Outbid the competition by hundreds of dollars and quality of work was next level. Daniel was so professional and such a craftsman. Had to cut drywall but minimized as much as possible and was very willing to walk me around and explain everything he did. The money I paid wasn’t a cost. It was an investment! I will be using 4 Service Pros for any plumbing problem going forward!

He took pictures and itemized the work to be done. He shared his knowledge base on our hot water heater system and plumbing issues and gave good advice for maintenance. Markus Gerhard (and his colleague who's name we didn't catch) both performed great work on our heat/a-c system and thermostat. Ron Jones gave outstanding customer service; he trouble-shot, assessed & fixed our problem (backstabbed outlet) promptly, even with a hovering grandpa around! Also, he explained the issue with 2 handheld helpful models; as my daughter said, Mr. Jones explained it in terms even she could understand! Also, he gave us tips for how to make the rest of our house safer. We greatly appreciate that he let us benefit from his years of electrical experiences and insights. We strongly recommend Ron Jones. For our future service calls, we will request Ron Jones.

Micheal did an excellent job and was able to identify the issue I was having with my furnace. Very knowledgeable and I was able to get a same day appointment. The company however, was trying to charge over $1000 to supply and replace the ignition module. I looked up how much the specific ignition module costs and it’s only $150. They’re overcharging customers! You can’t justify that.

As soon as I completed the search process in Angi, I received a phone call for 4 Service Pros to schedule service. The agent was able to answer all of my questions and scheduled me for service the next day. The responding technician, Brad King, kept me informed on his arrival and arrived early in the service window. He quickly diagnosed the electrical problem and thoroughly explained the repair as the work progressed. It is great when you can find a professional electrician who will educate as he works, and Brad King is the best example of a professional electrician I have encountered throughout the many states I have lived in. I was ecstatic with the electrical work Brad King did, and at a very reasonable price, and I will sleep easy tonight knowing that all four of my GFCI outlets are working and are safely installed!!

Akeem electrician, did a great and fantastic job. He was on time, he was extremely professional, he explained the problems very well to me, and he told me exactly what he was doing. He did a fantastic job fixing my outdoor photo cell light, and the other problems I was having with outlets and switches. I recommend him as electrician of choice for electric repairs and problems. He knew exactly what the problems were as soon as I told him the issues I was having.

I had a fantastic experience with 4 Service Pros! This is my second time using them to for repairs to my home. My most recent experience involved an extreme loss of water pressure throughout my house as well as brown sediment and residue in all my plumbing. I called and had a representative on the phone in minutes. I explained my situation and they had a plumber at my house the very next morning. My plumber was Zach (highly recommend him!). He thoroughly examined and tested my system and was able to identify multiple root causes of my issue soon after. He identified that not only had my pressure receiving valve (PRV) failed due to sediment build up, but also that the water softening system in my house was improperly installed (likely via DIY by the previous owners) and had not been maintained before we purchased the house this year. This was the main contributing factor to the residue and sediment build up. So essentially a giant paper weight pumping soot into the plumbing. He also ran purity tests on the water in the house confirming high levels of chlorine in the water. Something the softener we had was not designed to filter out (manufacturer confirmed). Instead of giving me the used car salesman pitch and pressuring us into buying the latest and greatest this or that, Zach carefully laid out 3 options that we can choose, from bare minimum repair to best and most cost effective repair, with calculated price estimates. He educated us on the pros and cons of each and never once persuaded which plan to go with. After telling him what we wanted done, he went straight to work, educating us on everything that he was doing as he did it and answered all our questions without hesitation. After about 9 hours of repairs, we have full pressure back in our home with a new carbon filter to get rid of the build up and sediment issues. All services came with a warranty. Extremely satisfied with the results and the professionalism/knowledge demonstrated by Zach. He will certainly be our go-to guy for any future repairs we may need. I can't speak to their other services offered (HVAC and Electrical) but if they're anything like what we experienced today, 4 Service Pros will be our first pick. Thanks again!

I had the best experience with this company. Michael S. was extremely knowledgeable and saved me from having to buy a new HVAC system which was another company's recommendations. The other company had not serviced my AC properly and had also accidentally closed the refrigerant valve which caused overheating of the compressor and popped the fuse and later melted the wires going to the compressor..... that is when I decided to get a second opinion and came across 4ServicePros. Michael S. not only fixed the wiring, he also inspected the whole system, and properly cleaned the grids of the outside unit. His work was very thorough and excellent. THANK YOU! I am a loyal customer of 4 Service Pros over the past years. They have installed HVAC to small repairs. Each and every time they always exceed expectations. I called today for a repair and they were able to complete the project the same day. Currently, I’m managing through some challenges and needed some extra assistance. I spoke to Brandon the service manager and explained my situation. He said he will get it taken care of for me. When it comes to your health having a company that cares enough to adjust is critical. John Bryant was the technician who was on-site. I can not say enough about him professional but more importantly personally just an amazing person. He took extra care while completely the repair. We used 4 Service Pros to install a 50 gallon hot water heater. Carlos M. was the plumber who completed the install. We were able to have the replacement completed the same day at the estimate, which was great. Pricing was much better compared to one of their competitors. Carlos also installed a new kitchen faucet while he was here. So far, everything seems to be working as expected. I would recommend giving 4 Service Pros a call if you want the peace of mind working with a reputable company, but competitive pricing.

This is my fourth call to 4Service Pros. I called to have a light fixture replaced. They sent Ron Jones, one of their electricians. Ron called me to say that he was on his way, was a couple of minutes early, listened to what I needed and communicated what he would do and how much it would be. We agreed on a price and Ron did the work that day. Ron is professional, did a great job and has great customer service skills. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I can’t say enough how happy we were to stumble across 4 Service Pros and Daniel Torres specifically. Our water heater stopped working over the weekend - prompting our call to 4 Service Pros. Scheduling was a breeze. Daniel gave us plenty of advance notice before he stopped by. He then quickly identified the problem and provided us with multiple recommendations. Although the water heater needed to be replaced, Daniel did everything in his power to make sure the new one was installed and up and running the same day. We really appreciate all his hard work! We wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to 4 Service Pros the next time we need help with plumbing (although, hopefully, that won’t be for a long time)!

This is my first Google review. This company is that good! I had a second flood in my basement from sewer back flow, even though I have a back flow preventer. I called and they came out same day. Ordered the part and scheduled for installation two days later. This company went above and beyond. After I realized we would get a storm the day before installation, I called at 4:50 pm and asked if they did emergency calls. They said they would come out that night and they arrived by 6 pm. They were off at 5, but went to the warehouse, got my part and came in the pouring rain. They installed it at no extra charge, though I offered to pay one. These guys are great. Definitely use them if you need backflow preventer services. They also ordered a hard to find piece very easily, as another company told us they couldn't find it.

Very professional and responsive! A fellow electrical company recommended them because they could not service us for a few weeks and 4 Service Pros lived up to the referral. They not only provided us a free in-home estimate but were willing to complete the work immediately; Sean and his colleague replaced our light fixtures, added dimmer switches, and replaced our smoke detectors. They also left our home as clean as when they arrived. We will definitely use them again!

The company has replaced the necessary parts and we couldn’t be happier. They have restored the generator and my confidence in service providers.

This was my first time using 4 Service Pros and the experience was great! The technician, William Ford, came to clean my AC unit that was outside in the yard. William was very punctual and called me before he came giving me ETA. William was very detailed, customer service oriented, knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned my unit as if it was his own and took the time to meticulously clean everything inside and out (including removing leaves and pine needles from inside the unit). The AC unit looks almost brand new after it was cleaned although it is several years old (see before and after photos attached). I couldn't have asked for a better service from William. I would definitely use 4 Service Pros again and would highly recommend them to others who are looking for excellent customer service and a job well done.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding work done by Edgardo Thillet and the 4 Service Pros team! They were immediately responsive to my request for a quote, called me 30 minutes before the technician was on his way to the appointment, showed up on time, and were able to get my job done in one afternoon! Edgardo arrived and was polite, professional, and enthusiastic. He quickly assessed what needed to be done to repair the pipe I needed fixed, acquired the parts, and finished the work all in under 4 hours. After he was done he ensure all of my gas fixtures were back on and in working condition, bubble tested to check for leaks, and cleaned everything up as if he was never there. Outstanding work done by an awesome individual, working for an excellent, customer-service oriented business. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that needs plumbing work done!

Excellent experience all around. They excavated and repaired a clogged sewer line earlier this year and we were so pleased with everything all around, looked to their service for running a gas line for a pool heater. They spent all day trenching a line today. Professional, courteous, and hard working. Prices are extremely fair. I use 4 Service Pros for all of my electrical, hvac, plumbing, and remodeling needs. I recently had Darius L come out to my new house and give my hvac a tune up. He also taught me a few things and gave me some great advice for long term care. The next day I had Byron O come out and handle some electrical issues. Byron was friendly and clearly an expert. Both men were timely, masked, and honestly just overall fantastic. Also, the front office staff is remarkable. I've never waited to get a human on the phone (huge benefit). It's such a great relief to find a great business that handles so many home owner issues. Call them and use them, you won't regret it.

There are a lot of good plumbing companies out there but you need to make sure you add this to your list. They were a bit cheaper than the other two we have used as well which was nice. We had our HVAC maintenance appointment and Amjad was extremely descriptive in explaining the issues that needed to be fixed. He not only explained what was wrong, but showed me exactly why it wasn't working and even gave advice on how to possibly avoid it from happening in the future. After his explanations, I really feel more knowledgeable about what HVAC encompasses and how it affects your home. I had a whole house repipe project for which I had done a lot of research and reading. I called 4 Service Pros based on the wonderful reviews I read on Google and Yelp. My experience with this company from the initial call with their customer service, to meeting their technicians as well as their prompt reminders and emails has been absolutely wonderful. Kenny Stone was the technician that came to our house for the estimate. He was prompt, friendly, professional, courteous, kind and patient. He explained the entire process and what it entailed as well as addressing my questions and concerns as I was very nervous about the whole project. In talking to Kenny, I was finally at ease so much so that I canceled the other contractor that I had scheduled to come out for another estimate. I knew that in hiring 4 Service Pros and Kenny to do this project, our house would be in good hands. Along with Kenny, Justin, Rick and Ray also worked on the project. They too were prompt, professional, courteous, kind, patient and friendly. I can only imagine how difficult this type of project must be. Yet Kenny as well as the other technicians made it look seamless and the work just flowed. I am very impressed with the quality of the work performed and cannot speak highly enough about Kenny, Justin, Rick and Ray and 4 Service Pros. My whole experience has just been wonderful. Kenny made sure everything was working properly after the repiping was completed and made sure that all issues were addressed. Willis Darnell and Daniel, called to let me know they could come early, if that was convenient- which it was. I flushed the toilet so they could hear the strange sucking noise...they knew immediately what the problem was. The water pressure regulator needed to be replaced. Had Chris and his team come out to take a look at our HVAC system because we weren’t getting airflow to our downstairs. After initial thoughts of putting in dampers to redirect the airflow, they were able to discover that we had a hidden fire damper that had closed that was blocking the airflow. After a lot of cutting and replacing ductwork and piping and trying to fit into a tiny closet, they were able to get everything repaired and working properly. In the end they finished everything professionally and left the system working and looking better than it did before they got here. Can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone.

Will Patterson reminded me today of what good service should be. I scheduled a free estimate for some electrical outlets in my unfinished basement and after taking a look around Will noticed that the original electrician had improperly grounded my house. The main ground clip was broken and painted over. This is a huge hazard and had Will not checked the panel I would have never known. He made sure to fix the problem on the spot and even installed an outlet that I needed upstairs while doing my estimate. I will be doing all of my electrical upgrades through 4 Service Pros going forward. Well done.

Toney (Manager - Plumbing) remains great to work with and does an excellent job operating his team - very clear about pricing, thoroughly answering questions, identifying next steps and managing expectations with reasonable options/solutions. Masks and foot coverings were worn in the home. Tyriese was very helpful and knowledgeable offering great advice and useful tips regarding current and future service. After issues with my initial service appt, Toney arrived on-site to personally make an effort to address my concerns and, more importantly, he identified the cause of the water problem. I would use this company again and am scheduled for upcoming service.

More importantly, their HVAC inspection was the most thorough inspection I've ever had, and I've had many by other service providers. Amjad Butt (HVAC Tech) did a superb job of explaining what he was doing and could do for me. He took pictures of everything he checked including temp and CO2 readings. Very thorough, and done for $39. I have a new local HVAC service provider!

Willis repaired a leak from an main floor shower/bath. When he came out to give us an estimate, he diagnosed the problem immediately and explained clearly what was going wrong and what the fix was. The quote he gave us was competitive (we shopped it around just to be diligent), and we were able to schedule the work at a time that was convenient for us. He was here on time, and he had the work done well within the window of time that he gave us. In all, the job got done quickly and conveniently at the right price, and the company was easy to communicate with. They get full marks from me.

Brad talked us through the process and gave us his sincere opinion on how to move forward. Brad installed 2 fans where old fans had been and installed a 3rd fan in the ceiling where there had been no previous fixture. He really made things easy on us because anytime you’re spending money, the process gets stressful, but Brad was relaxed, sincere and really helpful. We will be using 4 Service Pros again.

I was relieved when he told me it wasn’t a main line leak but the result of a toilet running nonstop. The two technicians, Henrii and Bryan, were excellent. I explained what was happening and they were able to evaluate the situation and provide options. They cleaned the drain (which is now working great) and also replaced a couple of valves that had slow leaks. They let me know what they were doing and why, and kept me completely informed. Office staff was very friendly and efficient and the electrician assigned to do the work at my home was beyond knowledgeable, did footwork to pull the necessary paperwork to replace my circuit box and made arrangements to ensure that every angle was covered so that the work was up to code. He gave me good recommendations, alternatives, explanations about the work he was doing, and did a variety of additional repairs and upgrades all at one time as per request, and did them in a fast, efficient, and skillful manner. He went through and checked all the circuit breakers to verify every breaker was back up and running and let me know he was available to come back at any hour to do an emergency repair if anything happened to be out of whack. The best measure of the quality of a company is not that they are flawless--it's how they handle their mistakes, and no one is better than that than 4 Service Pros. They tried to fix a small plumbing leak in the basement. About a week later, we turned on the outside faucet, we wound up with Niagara falls--on the walls and on a brand-new rug. I called them at 7 p.m. and they had a plumber here within a half-hour. A few minutes later, the plumbing supervisor showed up. They were incredible. Fixed the leak, pulled up the carpeting and brought in industrial-strength blowers to dry the carpet, reinstalled the carpet, fixed the ceiling, and repainted. And they were always willing to fix a few little problems on their dime. I've never dealt with such a decent, friendly, group of people. I've already hired their electricians for another job. They are, quite simply, a model for all companies that deal with the public. Update June 18: I've called on 4 Service Pros twice in the past week for plumbing and electrical work. I contacted 4 Service Pros to get my Sump Pump looked at and possibly replaced on Yelp and they responded right away. They were able to send their plumber Edgardo Thillet to my home within a couple of days. He wore a mask and shoe covers which is very important during this time. He went over what was wrong with our old sump pump (too weak, sump pit filled with debris), what we can do with our drain pipe ourselves, and what he recommended if we wanted to get the sump pump replaced. He wrote up an estimate for us and we decided to get it done. We felt that we was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. In addition, he never pressured us into getting anything replaced. When I contacted 4 Service Pros to make the appointment for the work, I made sure that they were sending Edgardo again. One thing they could improve is the acceptance process for the estimates. That part seemed complicated as I had to go to a site to accept the estimate a couple of times and it still didn't show the cost correctly but that had more to do with the site they were using. Overall, I'm very happy with everything especially the work done by Edgardo Thillet.

I had light installs in my living room and bedrooms and the quality is average, leaning towards not great. The reason for this review is not only for the install but the customer service. Not only did I get charged an extra $369 for a fan install instead of a light fixture; my sink also received damage during the install, caused by the tech. When anyone pays for an install, they are paying for the service and also the expertise. I was told to purchase a ceiling fan, only to find out that it could not get installed because the ceiling is too low. Although this should have been clearly explained to the paying customer beforehand - I let it go. It becomes an issue when the company tries to steal money from their customer. I looked at the bill and see the charge is for the ceiling fan which is an additional $369 from a light fixture install. On top of that - they damaged my sink! I have attached a picture. I have called five days in a row and was told someone would get back to me - we are into the third week and I have not heard back, nor have I been refunded for the job not completed. I am now coming on here to ask - beg - someone from this company to reach out and fix this ASAP. Completely unprofessional at this point. On the plus side, the tech was very nice and I have no complaints about him personally.

We had an issue with our water heater and with young kids in the house, not having hot water is not an option. I called 4SP hoping to get someone to come out to our house the same day and did not think it would be possible since this all happened on a Friday afternoon. Our technicians, Mark and Dave, called me within 10 minutes of placing the original service call to tell me they would be at our home within the hour. Not only were they both professional, experienced and friendly but they also took the time to thoroughly explain what the issue was and different options to solve the problem. Mark installed a new water heater which proved to be a bit more challenging than expected given that we have an older home. Due to the age of the home, there was an issue with the breaker and instead of trying to figure it out themselves so they could finally go home, they called Mike, who is an experienced electrician, to assess the problem. Mike was at our house withing minutes and was able to solve the issue and again, just like Mark and Dave, he took the time to explain everything carefully and gave us tips and pointers on how to improve certain things. Four hours later, we had a new water heater, the old water heater removed, and a set of still friendly and professional technicians finally ready to go home on a Friday evening. The excellent customer service we received was amazing and we cannot thank these guys enough for coming out and ensuring we had hot water by the end of the night. The customer service at the shop is professional, cordial and wonderful but not the plumber they sent out. Please read on. We had an overflown toilet on the main level of our rental property. The plumber called when he arrived and gave us the cost of unclogging it at a reasonable price. We agreed to let him do the repair. 10 minutes later, the plumber called and indicated that the job was complete and demanded payment. We asked whether he tested the toilet out by flushing the bath water from upstairs. He said he tested "things" out already. But then he added that the toilet would most likely be clogged again within a year. I wanted to question him why that is if he completely unclogged it at the first place. But the plumber seemed to be in a hurry and did not want to discuss further. We provided payment and he took off. 5 minutes later, tenants called and said the toilet got overflown again after they released the bath water from upstairs. I called 4 Service Pros and complained. The person answered the phone at the shop was very professional and cordial. He told me he would ask the plumber to return right away. After waiting anxiously for over 2 hours, I got the callback by the same person and he assured me the plumbing issue has resolved. Later my tenant told me the back story. Apparently, the plumber was very unhappy after he realized the repair cost he quoted me was too low and that it would take him much longer to completely unclog the toilet. I speculate perhaps that was why he only spent 10 minutes working on it the first time. Having said, I still recommend this company for its quick response and professionalism when it comes to handling customer request and solving issues on hand.

I’ve used 4 Service Pros a few times since finding them on Angie’s List and have always been pleased. This time I was having an issue with my toilet and they were able to come the next day. They ended up having to shift my window by an hour and kept me informed. Bobby came in this window and immediately diagnosed the issue. When we determined that replacement was required he walked me through the options they offered and educated me on the feature of the various models. He was knowledgable and honest about the difference between the different styles they offered and didn’t try to upsell me on a more expensive ones. Showing me a YouTube video on the flushing power, completely unprompted, was a step above and beyond! I felt that the price they quoted for the new toilet I selected was fair considering they would provide it, install it, and get rid of the old one- saving me the hassle of having to figure out which one to buy, cart it home from the home improvement store and then figure out what to do with the old one. Originally Bobby was not going to be able to get the toilet and install until the next day but when he had a cancellation, he called me back and asked if he could come back the same day, which was unexpected but worked out much better for me. He even saw I was an Angie’s List member and applied a discount I didn’t know to ask for. When I started having toilet issues a couple days before I was going out to of town, I was worried about getting it done but 4 Service Pros got me squared away quickly. I also really like that their quotes and invoices are all done electronically and emailed to me. I will definitely me calling them for my future plumbing and electrical needs.

Aside from the great reviews, I was also attracted to the fact that they specialize and offer services in more than one trade which makes shopping around for estimates more streamlined. I only had one light fixture swapped out, however Jose M was pleasant, very efficient, and the price was reasonable and explained upfront. Originally scheduled for an estimate but Jose was an to complete the job during the same appointment. He donned all the PPE gear prior to entering my home, used a tarp in the work area and cleaned everything once the job was finished. I would definitely use 4 Service Pros again.

He had a few suggestions to give me, that produced even better results than I had asked for. He completed all of the work, including his recommendations, by noon and was on his way. Very much appreciated. Some of the wiring that needed to be replaced was "installed" back in 1966 when the house was built, and some of which I added after we moved in in 1968. Your guy had to do a bit of retracing of some of the wiring, in order to complete all of the repairs and improvements, but he reviewed it all with me before he presented the bill and I was, and am, very impressed. I sent a request through Angie's List for plumbing service on a Monday morning and received the receptionist call within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment. 4 Service Pros was able to schedule an appointment in 2 days. The plumbers assigned to service my home (Carlos and Bryan) were courtesy, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I communicated the issues related to my two toilets and Carlos went straight to work to test and diagnosis the problem. Within 15 minutes, I was told that all three toilets needed repair to prevent future issues which was unexpected but warranted. The service team walked me through the process with each new issue and change. 4 hours later, the service team ensured the toilets were no longer running by replacing the old parts, and tested the toilets repeatedly. In addition, while I waited to for my toilets to be in working order, I received a free house inspection by Bryan, he walked through the house and communicated any issues noted during the inspection. Bobby was great to work with. He called to let me know he was on his way to give me the estimate to install a hot water heater in my new house. While he was there, he inspected the house to see if there were any other issues. My house was built in the 1970's and there were some additional items that Bobby recommended, some of which I agreed needed to be done now. I had to have the work done on a specific date which was not a problem. Missy was helpful in updating the estimate based on the things I did and did not want done, and was also great to work with. Bobby called when he was on his way to do the work and came early to get started. He didn't mind my questions, and although I am not a plumber, and I don't know the terminology, he never made me feel that I was asking stupid questions. He always made sure I understood exactly what work he was doing or was getting ready to do, and explained everything well. Everything was clean and looked great when he left. He even helped me figure out that I had not turned on a couple of water lines to the master bathroom when I called him after he had already left my house. I was able to get a discount for having multiple issues taken care of in one service call, and when Bobby was calculating the final bill, he even identified an estimated charge that was higher than it should have been. I never would have known, but I certainly appreciate that he took the time to go over everything and realize that. Thank you, Bobby! We've used 4Service Pros on several occasions and they've always been professional, on time, and the crew didn't rest until the job was done. They came out the day before Thanksgiving to install a temporary fix to my broken sewer pipe and then worked through a rainstorm outside the next week to fix the thing entirely. For months, we had technicians come out to look at the appliance and order new parts, but the problem persisted. When Willis Darnell showed up, he fixed the problem in about half an hour. This weekend I was cleaning and in a closet where the gas meter once was and moved outside a few years ago by Washington Gas, at that time there was a slight sent of gas, which I had reported years ago but was told then by Washington Gas that there wasn't any issue (???). Still having that sent of gas now years later only in that closet (never had a reason to go in that closet again and there was never the scent of gas in the basement at all) so Washington Gas came out and basically said there was a leak, although very slight, and said they simply were going to shut off the gas and as to fixing the issue it was all my responsibility and for me to get a plumber even though it was Washington Gas who removed the gas meter and did this work, but said they had no responsibility for this. And this was in the evening by this time. Frustrated and cold, I went to Yelp to see if there was a plumber that could help. I found 4 Service Pros and put a call in and got their voicemail, not surprising considering the late hour. However to my surprise and gratification, not only did I get a call from them, I received a call from the company owner who was tending to his own family. He was very understanding and immediately got his people out early in the morning the next day to size up the problem and assign his technicians. Although all their technicians were already assigned and working to help other customers, they did everything they could to help me. Each and everyone on the 4 Service Pros team were exceptional in doing everything they could to fix the situation. From working late into the evening, calling out as many technicians as necessary to get the work done quickly, working outside in the cold for hours and then waiting outside in their cold truck until nearly midnight when Washington Gas finally arrived (although were called at 8:20) to turn on the gas and do their inspection. I want to thank them all their time and efforts, and perhaps most of all their diligence and patience in helping with a potentially dangerous and frustrating repair this weekend.

I used 4 Service Pros for the first time today to fix a leak in my toilet. Edgardo was right on time, put on shoe covers, quickly found and explained the problem and got it fixed. 4 Service Pros uses a model where its a flat rate for the job. I don't always like this, but in general, its probably a better deal for the customer. If everyone did this you could really compare more easily. Setting up the appointment was great although the person on the phone did not tell me (and I forgot to ask) about the fee to come out. That was included in the flat rate, but it would have been nice to know in advance. I used a coupon for 15% off on Angie's list for new customers. Edgardo did a good job at explaining the problem and solution without talking down to me as a woman. That's always nice! He was done quickly and I have a completely new system for my toilet. Part of the flat rate is to replace all the moving parts, which is a good best practice. I had tried 4 Service Pros because I wasn't overwhelmed with my previous plumbers and I would definitely use them again. All work is warrantied for one year and they also offer a free whole house plumbing inspection. Thanks!

Price differential was small, but in the end, I went with the slightly lower bid from the other company. It was a hard decision. I think 4 Service Pros would have done an excellent job for me.

I am extremely impressed with 4 Service Pros! Their customer service is top notch and the technician that came to our house, Manuel Garcia, was outstanding. We needed several light fixtures installed/replaced so I figured I would try out 4 Service Pros. My inital call to them for an estimate gave me a reall good feeling based on the great customer service not only on the phone but to the email and text notifications of my appointment times. They even send a text letting you know who is coming to do your service or estimate. That was great! Manuel called when he was on his way and showed up on time for the estimate and answered every single question I had with no issues or impatience. I ended up scheduling a follow up for the actual installation and Manuel was the same tech to come install everything. That was even better. The company told me they send the same tech that completes the estimate. Manuel had all the fixtures installed in no time, cleaned up after himself, wore shoe covers in the house, and never seemed annoyed with my constant questions. Lol. I will definitely be calling them again for future electrical work . This company knows how to make the customer happy. No one even asked me to do this review. Manuel didn't even ask or pressure me either for a review. He's a great technician and I will definitely ask for him in the future!

Our technician, Jimbo Milligan, was incredibly professional, friendly, and trustworthy--at the end of the job, I asked if I could leave him ten stars instead of five. What appeared to be a minor leak in one of our pipes turned into a much larger project than I had anticipated. The leak came from a cracked galvanized steel pipe + cast iron pipe that fed to the outdoors, and the leak had caused mold issues behind a wall. Jimbo helped me line up same-day mold remediation services so that he could return later that day to safely assess the damage and estimated costs to the repair. He educated me on plumbing so that I felt informed about the decisions I had to make, understood the estimates, and was well aware ahead of time of possible complications that could increase the work needed. When he did the work later that week, he was timely, clean, and fixed our issue well within the estimated costs (and on the low end! THANK YOU.) Complete HVAC replacement--highly recommend! We've had some pretty significant A/C issues over the past few years with our builder installed units. When the heat went out 3 weeks ago on the main floor unit, we knew our time was coming. House (and HVAC) are 16 years old and we plan to sell in a few years so it seemed to make sense to replace it all. I called several companies, read reviews, and got estimates. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised that it took most of a day just to get estimates, but this IS a major expense. We ended up going with 4 Service Pros--why? Well, they weren't the cheapest, but we definitely had the most confidence in their estimate, their understanding of what we wanted, the options they gave us, and then the 2 year service plan. Oh and the visibility into exactly what was going to be installed, to include what each component was great. Plus they have AWESOME communication--text messages with pictures of who is arriving, emails, etc. Anyways, installation day was yesterday and Darren, Chris and team arrived in force--3 big trucks, all the units (dual zone AC and gas furnace), etc. Went off without a hitch and by dinner time we had A/C (not needed! brrr) and awesome gas (e.g. HOT) heat! SO glad we went with 4 Service Pros, from Lorenzo's professional engagement, communication, and estimate to Darren, Chris and team's work yesterday (oh, with full masks, booties, and gloves, by the way!) 3/1/2020 UPDATE: We experienced a REALLY nasty clog in our kitchen sink late on a recent Friday evening at the beginning of a weekend (of course!), and tried several of the home remedies that we knew to unclog it...to no avail. On Saturday, we gave up and called in the pros...the 4 Service Pros that is. One of their plumbing techs, O.G. Tserenkhand, showed up very quickly on Saturday afternoon and worked several hours into the early evening in an attempt to unclog our kitchen drain...but it was a pretty bad and he was unable to clear the clog 100%. Given the late hour, O.G. assured us that 4 Service would return the next morning (a Sunday) to continue to help us out of our situation. Sure enough, early Sunday we got a call from Tyriece Walker, one of the 4 Service plumbing managers, who came out to our house HIMSELF to work on our clogged drain, finally unseating that gunk and clearing our sink drain within an hour. In fact, after a quick review of our plumbing system, Tyriece provided a few additional points of no-pressure guidance on some other future adjustments/fixes that we should consider in our home. As always, the 4 Service Pro staff came through in the clutch, saving us from a backed-up drain, and maintaining their ultra-high level of professionalism and expertise. I can't recommend this company more highly! Outstanding service at reasonable prices! We are brand new to 4 Service Pros, but we were so pleased with the plumbing service we received from Thomas our technician, and the office staff, that we scheduled ANOTHER round of plumbing fixes within a week. Thomas was thorough and fully explained what he would be doing and how long it would take, and he was spot-on. Awesome work, too. We understand that 4 Service Pros do other types of home improvement work in addition to plumbing services, and we will be looking to them first when we are ready to get estimates for that work. However, if you need quality plumbing work at a good price...head for 4 Service Pros and ask for Thomas!

If I could give another half a star I would. Unfortunately, it shouldn’t take a negative review to receive good service, but I’ll absolutely say they did a great job once they came out to my apartment (no fire engine needed) and have gone above and beyond to help me think through what I need to do in the future to keep issues from happening again. Simply put, if you’re request is reasonable and you’re having an issue - just call the main number again and ask if there’s something that can be done. I’m confident they’ll do whatever they can to help if you get to the right person. *Original review: Frustrated and facing a 90 degree week. Unfortunately, after numerous pre-booking conversations, booking an appointment with 4 Service Pros - declining appointments with other companies - and speaking with 3 representatives / technicians from 4 Service Pros, I'm back looking for an HVAC company to address the lack of AC in my apt. An extension ladder is needed to reach the roof of my 4 story building - something I noted to each person with whom I spoke. I'm dedicated to a safety-first attitude as well, but not a single one of the 9 unit owners in my building uses an HVAC company with a fire-ladder 'bucket' truck to service their HVAC units. Despite offering to take a picture to illustrate how easy it is to get up to the roof, I was just told an hour before they were supposed to arrive that they preferred to 'decline' the service appointment.

We were in a bind on a Sunday when our sewer line got clogged and we couldn't use any plumbing fixtures in our home. Called up 4 Service Pros, and Greg, the president, answered his phone and worked with us to get someone out to our house the same day, on a Sunday afternoon. Most others wouldn't come out until the next day or so. The plumber that came out, Shane, was extremely professional and informative, as he cleared our drain. Upon completion, they even ran a camera down the drain the entire length to confirm the blockage was removed and to evaluate the condition of the line (our house was built in 1960 and has the original cast iron sewer line to the street). We even got a copy of the video from the camera survey when it was done. We elected to have our line hydro-jetted by 4 Service Pros that week. They showed up on time, did the hydro-jetting, and ran the camera again to show us the results. The process only took 2 hours and again we got a copy of the "renewed" sewer line to our house. They even let us watch the screen as they ran the camera the entire time. When they were done, they did a great job cleaning up any hint that they were there. About a week later, we managed to clog the line again (our own fault) and Greg came out himself with his plumbing manager to see what the problem was since it was so recent. They were able to quickly identify the clog was too much toilet paper and didn't even charge us since we had just had them out for two other services. We HIGHLY recommend 4 Service Pros. They are professional, prompt and treat their customers fairly no matter what. They aren't out just to make a killing on their customers' misfortunes and clogged pipes. We'll call them for our plumbing needs in the future.

This plumbing company rates in the top because the office manager is very responsive and helpful, the plumbers themselves are cordial, clear about the scope of work, and did a good job (rather straight-forward replacement of an outside faucet, slightly complicated by an original installation error that had to be correced. Their booking and tracking software is excellent in sending updates to the crew's location and time of arrival, and electronic quote/invoice process. I'll certainly consider them again for plumbing needs.

My husband and I recently bought a renovated house and were disappointed when one of our toilets was exhibiting issues; it would not flush quite right. It had a weak flush, slurping sound, and the tank wouldn't refill properly. I called two other plumbing companies to take a look, and those technicians couldn't tell me with confidence what the issue was. One said it could be a grading issue, another said the toilet was the culprit, and another said it could be a ventilation problem. I was not completely satisfied with their assessments, because none of them truly gave me a concrete answer about what was going on. Plus, they were trying to get me to install a new toilet, which would have cost $700 in labor with a customer supplied toilet (which is insane). I called 4 Service Pros, and was able to have someone there the next day. Thomas (I believe that was the technician's name) came by and did a VERY thorough review of our house, and looked at every minor detail to figure out what was going on, even to the level of looking at the types of bubbles showing up in the tank, etc. He was pretty sure it was a partial clog, and we only moved forward with snaking the drain once the issue was reviewed at every angle. He was absolutely right, and my husband and I are now happy to use our powder room again. He was also very honest and explained each step of the fix in detail. You can tell he takes pride in his work, as he has been doing this for his whole career. I felt pricing was overall fair, although we wound up paying a fee for a potential toilet leak assessment, after seeing some water around the base of the tank near the toilet seat; not sure if there was really a leak there or if the internal pieces just had to be tightened. Overall though, 4 Service Pros will be my go-to place for my future needs!

He told me that my leaky faucet was still under warranty, so the replacement part should be free. He asked me to get the part free from the factory and he would only charge for labor to install. So, that is what I did. Fixed for labor cost only.

While visiting from out of state, I discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. Not being from this area, I found 4 Service Pros through a reputable website I use and was extremely happy with the outcome. I called at 8 am and spoke to Bri (who was professional but very welcoming), and needed someone to come out before 3 pm. An appointment time was scheduled between 10 am and noon. The rep (Shand) called at 9:53 am to let me know he was running a little behind but would call me when he had a clearer ETA. Sure enough, at 10:43 am, he called and said he was on his way. Just to have this up to date timeline was very helpful. Shane arrived and 'booted' up before coming into the house; assessed the problem and immediately fixed it....He was SO friendly, yet competent and professional. All in all this was a very pleasant experience. I wonder if they come to New Jersey! I will definitely share this info with the homeowners for their future needs. Great job!

Our water pressure regulator started leaking so we called up 4 Service Pros and they dispatched a tech immediately. Within 25 mins a friendly tech arrived (Jimbo), checked the regulator, confirmed the leak and provided a quote for parts and labor. We were happy with the quote and had him start the repair right then! Jimbo cut the pipe and replaced the regulator within about 20 mins. Very impressed with the pricing and quality of service. We will absolutely use them again in the future!
