The whole experience from start to finish was stellar. Mark came out to view the equipment and give me a free estimate . Mark took the time to sit down with me and thoroughly explained all of my options as well as gave me some recommendations and basically how the whole system operated . Believe me I appreciated that . Mark was very thorough he took measurements and when he left I had my estimate and a pending proposal. Few days later I agreed to use Climate makers to do the new install. A few days after that Charlie came out to take the measurements a second time To make sure everything will go precisely as planned. Charlie was very thorough as well , and he also explained everything very thoroughly and I appreciated that. Two of the nicest gentlemen you would want to interact with. I knew that I had chosen the right contractors to install my new HVAC system . On the morning of the scheduled install three technicians showed up James , Dillon, and Taylor . All three had smiles on their faces and exhibited very positive attitudes and I appreciated that. They wasted no time in immediately went right to work they kept me informed and the whole install was completed in about four hours all three of these technicians were very personable and friendly And they did an amazing job including cleanup . Charlie showed up to inspect the job with another senior tech named Tony . And Tony was just as friendly and knowledgeable as Mark, Charlie ,Dylan ,Taylor , and James . Tony explained the testing of the new system and the new thermostat education . I have never received such a great experience in my entire life. These guys were awesome, just perfect Let me tell you I highly recommend Climate makers, trust me I have no regrets they will take care of you to the fullest . I have dealt with a lot of contractors in my lifetime I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I have ever had you will not be disappointed, these gentlemen are at a whole different level. I am definitely a customer for life. Again it was truly an amazing experience they made it easy no stress. I personally just want to say THANK YOU Mark ,Charlie, Tony, James, Taylor, and Dillon for doing such a great job ! All of you were awesome, what a great bunch of guys ! And it was an absolute pleasure to meet all of you. I've already recommended you to three coworkers. I have been using Climatemakers for years and they have always been responsive, thorough and provide very good quality work! Gary Gappy was the tech that visited us last time. We thought we were smelling gas from our heating furnace and after doing a very thorough inspection he advised that we were just smelling some gas released from the old valve upon ignition. While he was out here he also conducted our winter maintenance which was due. All of this was just before Christmas and with very short notice. Thank you Gary and Climatemakers for giving us peace of mind!

I haven't used climate makers for anything but thought this was worth the review. This van had the audacity to drive super slow through our neighborhood yesterday when I was in a hurry. My heating stopped working today, woke up for the third day in a row for it to be 51 degrees. I called three different companies and ended going with Climatemakers. Mike called seconds after I put my quote request in which was great, he was out to the house the same day, checked everything out, explained it all to me, was honest, nice but at the end of the day it came down to the money for me and climatemakers had the best price. Also not to mention they are installing it tomorrow. I have a newborn and that also was a big factor!

Old heat pump failed after 15 years. Old unit removed and new Trane unit installed on side of house/attic space in a bit over 5 hours. Service techs were very friendly, helpful and professional. Service manager came out to inspect right after work was completed. The Salesperson Mike was extremely pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. Total time between quote and completion was < 1 week. They even offered 0% financing for 18 months. Highly recommended!

Called at 2:04pm on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. The tech, Garry, called me back at 2:06pm. Said he could be at my house by 3:00pm. He showed up 20min early. He diagnosed the problem and was able to conduct a repair to get my A/C unit cooling again. Then he checked my filter and heat pump to ensure there were no other problems. Garry got all that done in just over an hour. My house was cooling down again within 45min of him getting here. He showed my exactly what was wrong as he troubleshooting. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are having troubles. Very quick same day response. Very honest and up front about problems and repairs.

Needed my Heatpump looked at since it wasn't cooling properly. Went through Home Advisors to select a service provider. This was on a Sunday night around 8pm. Put in my information and figured I wouldn't hear from anybody until the next morning. Around 8:10, I received a phone call from Climate Makers. We discussed the problem I was having and set up an appointment for Wednesday 9am. Monday morning, I received a follow up call and confirmed the appointment. On the day of my appointment it was approaching 9:20am and I had not received a call from the technician so I called the office to find out a ETA. I understand that some jobs take longer than expected and the one ahead of me was bigger than expected. I was OK with the the time they said the job would be finished and planned out my morning. I get a phone call 5 minutes later from the office and they had a technician free and was dispatching them immediately. They apologized and said they would be there shortly. No apologies needed, stuff happens. The technician, Yvonne showed up around 9:40 am and we went through the symptoms the heat pump was doing. She did a preliminary evaluation and focused her work on the unit outside. Yvonne explained to me what she discovered and showed me what was going on. We discussed the course of action needed to repair the unit, a bad capacitor and faulty blower motor. I authorized the repair, and she showed me the faulty parts when she was done. I'm surprised it even turned on before the repair! We engaged in small talk and I found out she has been a technician for 26 years and it showed. Yvonne let the system run a while, and checked things over before putting her stamp of approval on it. Since this is an older unit, and we will be updating to a current system next year, I will definitely use Climate Makers for the job! Today I had a hot water heater installed by two of the best guys. They were Steven Matthews and Dillion Allen. They arrived on time, were respectful of my property, explained everything they were going to do and were very professional. They really worked well as a team which I found impressive. They answered any questions that I had. Cleaned up after themselves. They were very friendly and made sure to leave me their business cards. I have always dealt with Climatemakers for my HVAC and only recently read that they also installed hot water heaters so naturally when I discovered a problem, they were the first and only company I called. He explained everything he did and he found out where the problem was and what parts needed replaced. We had our upstairs and downstairs heat pumps and air handlers replaced. In addition to the units, Climatemakers ran new refrigerant lines, installed new electrical connection boxes, repaired, sealed, and replaced where necessary, all duct work in crawl space, attic, and eaves. We were extremely pleased with all phases of this project. Although they were a little more expensive than other estimates we received, we were impressed with the quality assurance process associated with the installation, warranties that came with the equipment and labor, and the follow-on maintenance program. From sales to installation, we received prompt responses to all of our communications. The salesman, Mark, met with us twice to answer all our questions and provide an accurate estimate of all the work and costs. Jimmy and his installation team were very professional, arriving on time every morning and providing an overview of what would be accomplished each day. Jimmy addressed all of our concerns as the installation progressed and made sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the job. By the time they left each evening, our house, garage, and yard were clean and put back in order. The job ran a little longer than estimated, but that was mostly due to duct work repairs that were a little more extensive than originally thought. Much to my appreciation, they were focused on doing the job right, rather than doing it fast.

We had just had a brand new gas stove installed and it was leaking gas. I called the place we bought it and they said we would have to contact the manufacture. When I contacted the manufacturer and told them we had a gas leak they told us to turn the stove off and wait till their representative could come which was about 11 days. I had Climatemakers coming to flush the hot water heater and asked them to install a cutoff valve and regulator. The gentleman who came out was very knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations.
