Thank you sunset, for the terrific service. I called with a cold house and you were able to fit me in same day! My repair didn’t cost that much and my technician Sam was great so I decided to buy an amazing air cleaning product and he installed it same day! What a great service , it’s no wonder Sunset has been in business for 100 years!

First we received a text from Sunset with a description and photo of our tech Samuel. Then Samuel called and let us know his approximate time of arrival. When he arrived, he was so kind and courteous. He worked on our heater quickly and thoroughly. He fixed it and let us know why it had shut off and what we can do to prevent it happening again. The customer service from beginning to end was top notch and there were no crazy fees associated with our repair. I highly recommend Sunset Heating and cooling!

I want to share my experience with sunset heating and cooling. I've used them for servicing my furnace for years always pleased with their honest evaluation and work ethics. My furnace reaching the age of 20 years was wore out!! Getting to the point I needed to replace it. The experience was rewarding. I was scheduled quite quickly,they sent me a technician John Curran. He was amazing very professional . The furnace is located in crawl space down a ladder in a very tight area,the opening 3'by3'. John went to work getting the old furnace out in pieces and cleaned as he went.I was very impressed. Then got new furnace ready for installation and began installing my new furnace!! He worked very hard all day and into early evening. I was pleased with his job performance. I would recommend John Curran to anyone who needed their furnace replaced. I love my new furnace. Matt was terrific. Very personable and Sunset is fortunate to have him. Even though it was a repair call, this 70+ year old furnace didn't really end up warranting the potential cost that may or may not have yielded results. Matt went over the options of a new furnace very thoroughly and got the installation crew out the same day. So refreshing to know people like him are around and he seems to really enjoy what he does. Definitely will hire Sunset for future needs!

Tim was great. He came earlier than expected and we weren't yet home, but he waited patiently for us. Another local company said our furnace wasn't fixable without replacing the control board and another really expensive part. Tim replaced a blown fuse, and it was up and running in no time for less than $200. We have used Sunset before (7 years ago), and we were happy with them then as well.

Their notification system was impressive with an appointment confirmation by text and email, as well as notifications letting me know our service tech was arriving shortly. This company was prompt, gave me options for levels of products, offered financial offers too. Did estimate promptly. Installation was with the week. I know which workers were coming and when. The workers interacted with several family members. We know what we have, maintenance of unit plus ordering of filters. I would recommend them to all my friends. Prompt, excellent work, timely and a price I could accept. Workers we quiet, professional and super nice!!!!

My air conditioner stopped working on the first few really hot days of the year, and I was able to schedule service within a week! Our technician was nice, professional, speedy, and friendly! It turned out that I had a blown part, but he had one on hand and replaced it right away! I highly recommend Sunset Heating & Cooling. Good staff

I had reached out to a few different HVAC companies and Sunset had prices that could not be beat. They were able to schedule my installation quickly. They showed up on time and we’re diligent on their work. Roman who works for Sunset was very communicative and made sure to answer all my questions and touch base with me throughout the process. I am a local real estate agent and I’m very particular with installing a new system into my home and they made sure to accommodate my requests. There were quite a few people that were involved with the process but they made sure to text me the contact information of all the employees that would be coming to the home to help with the work.
