When I contacted The AC Therapist, I was surprised to get an immediate answer since I contacted them at 11:30 pm at night. I received a quick response by midnight. I was immediately told that they can give me options what I can do with my Condenser unit that was inoperable the same day. I was very impressed with the prompt response. In such a short notice they sent out Kavien. He checked the A/C and gave me a very reasonable price and help with many different finance options. He went over and beyond to get my family A/C up and running. I couldn't be happier! After getting an estimate we decided to go with The A/C Therapist. There service techs arrived the following day with the unit and it was installed. I'll highly recommend The A/C Therapist to anyone looking for an honest, reasonable priced and great company to depend on to fix their issue in a timely manner. These guys are the best in field from all the 15 companies that I've called and non of them was as quick and fair priced as he was. Plus very kind and professional staff to deal with! I really appreciate the excellent work that they did for my A/C unit. It's running better then before. I can't thank you enough. You guys Rock!!!

Though I couldn’t get them to come out to me on the day I called because they were booked solid, but they did come the next morning. A/C was blowing hot air as it was 89 degrees in my home. The service men were very courteous and was able to fix the problem in a manner of minutes! The cost for the repair was quite reasonable. This is my second time (the first was just as great) using them and I will definitely use them again as they are a honest company with very reasonable prices.

Used their other division to install my tankless water heater which was done very professionally. First time I used them for my AC maintenance and have to say the guys arrived in the time indicated, worked very professional and clean. Nice friendly company. Also did things that I had never seen any other company do, such as looking at my filters in the house, and even putting up a net over my outside compressor to keep the leave from falling into the system. Good company to recommend. Going into the coldest day of the year, I might not need my AC tonight, but most probable the heater. Hope it all works😊

We had an a/c inspection prior to our home purchase and found this company on Thumbtack. They were responsive and have excellent customer service. I do think I was over charged for an inspection that took less than one hour however it gave us a peace of mind knowing that the unit was in good working order and that it needed a deep clean. I would recommend this company and may return to them for annual maintenance.

This is a standout company! We cannot say enough good things about the whole process and how fast and easy it was from initial estimate to completion of the project which took only a week, they completely reinstalled new units and duct work in one day and haulded the way the old stuff. The install crew was extremely friendly and clean! So happy we found a.c therapist!!

From start to finish Fantastic Experience. I came home to a very hot house they were fast at responding to my request. Arrived a head of schedule and were in and out (Loved that). After they left we thought we were still having issues they were prompt to offer a technician to come back out but it turned out to be a mistake and they no longer had to come back, none the less it was great that they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Today is 2/9/2023: Used their services again and again, they are simply the best in their business, and their maintenance plans are so good for a very decent price. From 2020 "These days it is hard to find a company like the A/C Therapist, honesty, hard work, attention to detail, professional, polite, impressively hard working, they even cleaned my house that is still under a tile project. Also, Richard is so organized, so patient in explaining every detail and every question. The crew worked resiliently and had such a great attitude. The father is very knowledgeable about his work and the synergy and respect between the whole crew was contagious. Those guys do the job right the first time. They installed a whole new system in a new location, new duct work, new air returns, removed all the old ducts and wall unit and left the driveway, yard and house cleaner than it was. and for those who are wondering about the price, it was very fair. AC Therapist was at a neighbor's house when I learned of them. Neighbors was super pleased with their work and professionalism so I gave them a call. Kevin came over same day gave me a quote to replace my whole house duct work. The engineer scheduled the same day to evaluate the duct work and materials needed for the job and had the crew ready the next day to do the work. They came in professionally covered everything and went to work. There detailed was spot on and their work ethic was great. I would definitely refer them for all your AC needs.

I dealt with Jason and they were super fast (came within 2 hours), super nice, communicated very well, and followed covid protocol at my request. Made sure to shut the gate for dogs when done as asked. The price was extremely fair and reasonable! I absolutely have added these "Therapists" to my CALL if my AC has any other breakdowns. ;) HIGHLY RECOMMEND and trust me, when someone is an idiot or gives bad service or charges too much I am the queen of loud Karen type complaints and bad reviews. These people were SUPER! 100% recommend!

Superb installation of my new AC system. They were patient with me and with all my concerns and potential issues I kept thinking might occur; I can be sometimes a difficult consumer. However, AC Therapist was very patient with me. I was totally impressed with their installation and service. My AC system was reasonably priced and before I had it installed in my home I researched reviews of the Tempstar unit and was very impressed with the system and how many people and business loved the brand. No second thoughts using AC Therapist. They were amazing! Considering I can be a pain in the butt sometimes! 😉

Truly thankful and grateful for quality cost saving work. Immediately care to set up new system and duct work for relief of warm weather and soon to be cold weather. Consideration of the need for air flow within each room and the size of unit needed to perform well and efficient. All material on board to complete the job in one day along with the crew that it would take. Feel they may have cut the job short by leaving a some finish work undone like closing up old duck work and vapor barrier. Highly suggest following up on the finish work to clarify completed job well done. I must admit the expectation of a completed job got in the way of praising how appreciative we were for a family discount. There is still big money being paid and end results are important for closure. Would highly recommend this company for the timely efficient work done. Regret having family involved. Maybe this was the reason for unfinished business.

After having a service contract with another company, my A/C which was working fine before maintenance all the sudden needed a $400+ fix. I felt uneasy about the situation so I called the AC Therapist for a second opinion. They were prompt, on time and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They informed me that a wire had been removed (looked like on purpose — he said he’s never seen it accidentally become removed in over 20 years and replaced it.) and the AC immediately worked again. They are reputable and honest. I would give them 100 stars if I can. They are great!

Extremely pleased with the project and price. Very professional and efficient technician. In our case, welding/brazing and replacing refrigerant was needed on a less common type of installation and they were the only company out of roughly 5 that didn't blow us off or reject the job outright. They came out to the office at the scheduled time and the estimates matched the final invoice. Everything was working after only an hour and a half. We'll definitely use them for all future AC needs!

We had 2 companies diagnose a water retaining issue with the air handler. We were not confidant either was quite correct. A/C Therapist sent someone to diagnose the situation and he showed us with pictures from his phone and we were sure this was the correct diagnosis. The diagnostic tech was out here quickly. It could be repaired but the cost of a new one was only $700 more. A/C Therapist had us a new installed the next day. The installation techs were on time and the work was completed efficiently. This is one of the few excellent HVAC vendors in the area. I had 5+ HVAC contractors quote me over the course of a two months of a poorly performing system, this was the only company that correctly diagnosed the issue. Every other vendor I dealt with immediately wanted to replace the entire system. Mind you, a new AC unit wouldn't have fixed the deteriorating ductwork, which was ultimately the problem. The custom duct work installed by AC Therapist was clearly the work product of a craftsman. This caliber of workmanship is rare; as such, let me save you the time of researching/hiring/firing the wrong company, and recommend you hire these folks. Again, these guys stand out from the rest! This month (Sept. 2018) marks one year since Richard and his dad replaced our old 2003 system. As per another reviewer, they are very fair and honest. I was given two quotes that I asked for. One, the bottom line replacement and two, a step up with a 2-stage system. I had requested a Goodman unit as I have had good luck with them in another home. I decided on the two stage as I had done some research on the web and found that it works better at keeping the temperature and you can barely hear it turn on as it slowly ramps up to full speed. Using a Nest thermostat I can say that we are very pleased with the system that was sold to us. Now, installation. Father and son worked well together and within the day we were up and running. Our electric bill is now back to normal and a bit better now with the higher seer Goodman system. I have referred A/C Therapist to more than one person now. A/C Therapist is excellent!

Richard was incredibly responsive -- and even came out over the weekend when it was terribly hot and while I was trying to work -- for no diagnostic charge. He answered all my questions (and I asked a lot to learn!) and he truly helped me understand what all he was doing. The fact that Richard came out as the business owner to help me with my situation (and no Emergency Fee on the weekend!) was huge for me. He is super-polite and his father and colleague even came out a couple days later to help and further diagnose. Great team. I had a funky smell coming through my ducts and made my house smell musty. After the tech came out and went in my attic he found mold and lots of leaks and my current ductwork wasn’t even done correctly. This was on a Friday and they came out on Monday to map out the new placing of the ducts and completed all the work on Tuesday. They were always on time and were very pleasant to work with. I like that they suspended the new ducts off the attic floor and is no longer buried under my blown in insulation. Thanks for all your hard work and getting the job done so quickly.
