What I enjoy most about working with T & B AC Maintenance is I had a problem with my old AC unit not getting cold no matter how low I drop the thermostat. My house was just HOT. I contacted a friend and he referred me to this company. Their response time and quick turn around was what I needed. They showed up exactly as they said they would very professional. I had a few questions about the old unit and a new one Mr. Matt was very knowledgeable about his work and he took the time to explain thing I didn’t understand. He was very thorough and cared about my concerns. After work was completed he walked me around and showed me everything he done from inside to the outside unit. I would not hesitate to recommend T & B to all my family and friends. If you’re looking for professionalism, dependable, trustworthy then this is the place. Thanks for my new AC unit which froze us out the first night. Mr. Matt because of you we are back in business.

Matt and Sean are amazing! I had a 15 year old AC system that quit on me. They came out immediately and temporarily repaired it while giving me a quote for a new unit. I called a few other local AC companies to compare pricing and T&B beat every quote by a long shot. They came out the following Monday and installed my new unit to my satisfaction and even waited until the temperature was to my liking. They walked me through all of the settings and were very informative. Very professional staff. I would definitely recommend them!

After my AC stopped working on a 88 degree Friday afternoon in July I frantically called several companies looking for someone who would come take a look the same day. After being told by several companies I would have to wait till the next morning, not only did Sean from T&B show up an hour after my initial call, but he even tried to help me get the AC back on over the phone before he came to look at it in person. The service was great and the pricing was even better, my ac was back up and running in no time. I will definitely be calling T&B in the future and referring them to family and friends.

My unit took a dirt nap one night and after getting several other estimates before T & B, there was no way I could not go with their company. Sean and Matt made me feel so comfortable with this expenditure that nobody ever really plans on. They explained and even showed me the issue that was causing my unit not to work. I could have gone with a "band-aid" repair, however, with my unit being over 20 years old I bit the bullet. I will spread the word how Sean and Matt with T & B treat you like family!!

OMG! These guys are the real deal!! They replaced my ductwork throughout my whole house, and the quality of their work and superb customer service extended to me far exceeded my expectations. While other contractors could not figure out the cause of my "Chinese water torture" in my kitchen ceiling, these guys not only came up with a solution, but their work was flawless! I have never experienced anything like this before and am extremely pleased with them. If you want a contractor who is extremely competitive, does not rip you off (I know, refreshing, right?), shows a lot of pride in their work, and displays extreme professionalism and customer service, then I strongly recommend them for all your a/c needs. You won't be sorry!

Vert respectful,professional. Great work, explained every thing. Cleaned the AC in living room replaced the sheet rock. A little pricey on the bedroom AC. Cleaned everything up. Highly recommend them.
