He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options so I got exactly what I needed. Superheated and Air is a top of the line company. They have excellent experienced technicians. My man Dennis is very experienced and knowledgeable about cooli g systems. He Diagnosed the problem with my A/C fast and efficiently. The repair took less then 30 minutes and all in all about 45 to an hour Complete the job. They were my first choice and my last one. He came out to check my AC unit on a late Friday and found a gas leak that could of caught my home on fire. I was able to get the gas company out within minutes and they fixed it for free. I walk by that a few times a week and never noticed it. This company is honest. They have been to my home twice and could of made minor issues seem huge like other AC repair companies do. My AC quit blowing cold,Super Air came out the same day.Because the unit was 15 years old and leaking freon we decided the best option would be a new system. They had one installed in 2 days. Blake did a great job. They also provided a great option on financing 10% apr for 10 years with zero down and no interest for 18 months. I had been told by a different AC company that I needed a new air handler Because there was a leak in the coils. I called Super air and had the serviceman come out for a second opinion who was promptly told me there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner my air handler or the coils in it. David was on time, very professional looking,VeryProfessional , He was able to take his ladder go up to the air conditioner come down check my inside your handler you're handler and was extremely honest with me I feel that I have now met my new air conditioner service people. I will continue to use them any time I have any problem with my air conditioning and heating in it.

Super Heat and Air have been a pleasure to do business with! Our AC unit was over 12 yrs old and I knew it was a matter of time until it had to be replaced. Unfortunately, that matter of time was on a Sunday at 4am in July. I called the now former company we used and they were not able to come out and diagnose the issue until Monday late afternoon; however, when I called Super Heat and Air, they came out at 11am that Sunday. Eric, the Service Technician, came out and told me that the repairs would be costly and that I may want to consider a new unit. He showed us our options, and the next morning they were at our house installing a brand new AC unit! I am now writing this review in our nice and cold house, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier! I want to sincerely thank Eric Alabiso, Dan Weeks, Austin, and Henry for helping my wife and I be comfortable in our home again. You guys are awesome and we are ecstatic that we have found a great company that cares!

My husband and I got our 26-year-old unit replaced, and our ducts from the '70s replaced as well. Chris Fletcher gave us a great assessment and listened to our concerns unique to our home. The installation guys, Osei and Boris, were punctual, worked quickly and were very respectful of our home. We had a new AC system within a week of our first call! It's been a couple weeks now and our house has never been cooler. Our allergies have even been better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC maintenance, repair or replacement.

I wanted to update my post on Super Heat and Air. I was able to speak with them last week. Mary was very helpful, and we resolved the warranty installation cost issue. In addition, the Service Tech that came out to inspect the AC was early, very respectful, and knowledgeable. They were able to inspect, get the warranty part, and install the blower in less than an hour.

However, what I have issue with was the fact that they did the repairs without telling me first how much it would be. He was done and ringing me up and then told me it was $740. What if I could not have afforded it? I paid it just fine but it seems like poor business practice to preform the repair and then give your customer the cost Update: The Manager reached out and spoke with me about the issue. They seem to care about their customers and their experiences.

We have used Super Heat and Air twice within the past few weeks to fix our A/C unit. Both times I scheduled the service via the web and I was called within a few hours of scheduling to confirm. Each time the tech called before arriving and arrived on time. The first time it was determined that my compressor was bad and a new unit was ordered. It was installed a few days later by a technician (forgot his name), and it seemed like all was fixed. Unfortunately this was not the case. The unit worked great the first week, but slowly started cooling less and less efficiently. I scheduled another service call yesterday via the web and Jose showed up bright and early this morning at 9:15am. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about my HVAC system. At first he found the initial leak, fixed it and then tested the system. It seemed like it was fixed after this first test, but then he tested it again after opening the the compressor/coolant system and it continued to leak. It turned out we had multiple leaks from the initial stall. Jose found and fixed all of them, tested the system multiple times and took the time to explain to me everything he was doing. I love learning from any technician I have at my home and Jose was a great teacher. He even went over how supply and return ducts are placed in the home and what type of air filters to use for the best circulation. After recharging the system he spent the time to monitor his gauges to make sure all the readings were exactly where they needed to be. At one point it was actually too cold and he had to take a little freon out of the system to make sure it was perfect. His attention to detail was superb. If my only interaction with this company was with Jose I would have easily rated it 5 stars (more if I could) because he was one of the best technicians I've ever interacted with. Due to the fact that the initial install had several leaks and I had to have someone out to fix those problems I am rating them 4 stars. Problems like this can arise and it's important the company stand behind their work. Super Heat and Air did just that and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Found that nothing was out of the ordinary and gave me a couple of recommendations. Nice quick and responsive will used them when time for service.

The technician, Colin, who was dispatched to inspect my Rheems system, and repair as necessary (if I approved), was prompt, polite and professional. He did a thorough evaluation and cleaned things needing it as he went. Recommendations were discussed and clearly documented. He identified one necessary repair, and with my approval of the required payment, completed it during the visit. Through our conversation I learned of other services the company can provide, like duct cleaning and area insulation. A new unit was ordered and installed within 24 hours by James. Our a/c and heat are working great again. Still 5 stars!

I have never used this company before, but was unhappy with my previous a/c maintenance company. David came out on time, thoroughly checked both my systems inside and outside the home and gave me a clean bill of health on both units. Unlike my previous company he didn't try and sell me unnecessary service or items. He offered me a complete service contract at a reasonable price, and the only reason I didn't accept was because I have an existing home warranty contract. I will continue to call Super Heat and Air again in the future to handle the routine maintenance because of their professionalism and honesty. Update: After my initial appointment (the review below) I signed up for the service which essentially means you pay monthly - gives you priority for call scheduling and discounted prices for stuff beyond maintenance. Turned out to be a great decision. 3.5 months after the service my compressor blew. The techs helped me understand the warranty and I got a moderate discount on the service fee to replace. What stood out was that they had to get several compressors as there were issues with the first 2. They actually had the tech drive over an hour to get the last one. This tech was Mike - took the time to explain everything and I felt very comfortable having him in my house. THEN less than a week later I discovered that my unit had a clogged line again. It was so soon after the compressor I wasn't sure if it was related. Jose came out within an hour and helped me understand what was wrong. He was so thorough and also took the time to help me understand what I could do to prevent the problem so I would not have to pay the service call (clearing the line is not included in maintenance FYI ;)). So I think at this point I have met most of the techs and the team that answers the phone. Have had a Positive experience with this company despite a bit of a stressful experience with my AC units! But I have found this company good to work with, responsive, and nice folks. **No one gave me anything to write this. Its my honest review for anyone else new to Tampa like me! Original review: Bought a new house seven months ago and was due for maintenance as well as a slow line for the upstairs unit. I had tried another company six months ago and was far from impressed. I gave Super Heat and Air a shot based off the online reviews and the initial maintenance was $40 a unit. Stacey was my technician and he was AWESOME. super professions, on time (I actually asked them to come 30 mins into my window because of a work call), was thoughtful about my house and explained what was going on with the units. He didn't use tech jargon, talk fast and try to make it complicated. He explained the two units and the readings for how hard they were working. He cleared the line causing the problem and advised how to manage it in the future. Overall awesome job and I signed up for the twice a year maintenance which includes a free service fee if needed. I had a maintenance visit from Colin today. He is an excellent HVAC technician. He physically took me to my air handler, and showed me where the condensate was forming on my cabinet and unit. He showed me the photos of the dirty evap coil. Having formerly worked in HVAC I was extremely impressed (and grateful) I had such a knowledgeable and engaged tech running this call. He explained the formula he used to deduce the static pressure issue in my home. Updated from July 1 2022 visit Pandi came out to the house for regular maintenance again. I had also been having issues with the water line. Besides being extremely professional he also did the full maintenance on the unit and tool the time to explain everything to me. I used Super Heat & Air on a service call for a blocked drain line last week. Once the tech was done in asked about their maintenance program and decided to join for my two units. The next week, a service tech named Cash came out and explained everything he’s was going to do before starting. Once he was done doing his maintenance service, he explained that my unit is in need of a couple of items, but they were not broken and only recommended to be preventive. I went ahead and replaced the recommended items at this time. He also advised on an UV light addition to the air handler units and explained the benefits of them. Those items did not get done at this time, but will decide if we want to in the future. I purchased a home in Tampa Bay in the year 2017. I knew Living south Florida meant tons of sunshine and warm weather. I have worked with multiple AC companies in the past and have encountered unpleasant experiences, countless times. A company I worked with in the past never took the time to explain the importance of maintaining specifications tied to my AC unit. After doing a brief assessment it was determined by a representative that I would in fact need a new AC system. The tech i worker with, Anthony…was highly knowledgeable and went into detail about cost comparison and my potential options. I voiced my concerns and how I had unfortunate experiences in the past. Anthony went above and beyond he went as far enough as showing and explaining clearly, the importance of proper maintenance to AC systems. He explained options I could take that would help with the care of my AC unit in the future. The interactions I had with Anthony and his hierarchy of management was extraordinary. Super heat and air has solidified my business and has went above and beyond to reassure that my home is in great hands today and in the future. Our AC stopped working on Friday night. We had used this company before so left a message with their answering service. We called again early Saturday morning and left another message. We received a call and they told us a tech would arrive between Noon and 2pm. Eric arrived shortly after Noon and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also took a photo of one of our ducts in the attic he was concerned about and suggested we might want to reseal some of our ducts and increase our attic insulation to help lower our electric bill. Super Heat and Air installed a brand new ac unit for me . Called them out one night to look at my non working ac unit . After figuring out the repairs were close to a new unit price we decided to go with a new unit . But we were left without ac for 2 days leaving our house at 86 degrees , which wasn't fun. The install tech was Gabe and a helper , they did a 10/10 job and hustled to get the job done in only 3 hours !!! They were nice and professional to the fullest. As well as Stacy doing a great job at coming out to answer our service call. One thing I wasn't to pleased with- I spent several thousands to get a new unit and it didn't even come with a FILTER , really ? I come home to have to drive to Lowes to buy a filter. Also I had to inform the company that a item wasn't installed so I didn't get charged for it, but overall would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Everything from calling the office to the installers coming out was a very pleasant experience.

Super Heat & Air's Field Technician Eric Alabiso was professional and thorough in the servicing of my 14 year old Trane system. He also went the extra mile in educating me on the costs of potential repairs and when we get to that point he provided choices for a future new A/C installation. I have lived at this residence for almost 30 years and dealt with many AC companies over that time. Super Heat and Air is leaps and bounds over any of them. Some are down right crooks in my opinion and my experience with Dan at super heat and air has been exceptional. Dan was the technician they sent the first time I called and was here in a couple hours of what some companies consider off shift. He was knowledgable, straight forward, and respectfully. When he left he gave me a number to reach him directly if there were any issues with the repair. I have reached out to him a few times since then with issues after power outages and as of now he has not had to return. On those occasions he gave me a time when he could make it but had me check a few things first and wait and so far I have been lucky. I feel fortunate to finally have an AC company I can trust and Dan is a big part of that. You have won my business and don’t expect to ever go anywhere else. I finally have an AC company, a barber, a car mechanic, and a boat mechanic I can trust. Still haven’t found that plumber if anyone has recommendations. Again, big thumbs up to super heat and air, and with regards to Dan, you got a great guy working for you.

I was able to get very friendly service and set up with a same day consultation of our unit that we wanted replaced. These are awesome people to deal with. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I was asked three times to move my appointment and I volunteered twice without hesitation. The third time, the dispatcher didn't know I already volunteered twice. Anyway.. Once Scott Martines came out he set my expectations ahead of time. He stated how much it would cost just to fix my A/C but it would only be a band-aid. He then gave an quick but super informative presentation on the options for a new system and worked with me on price until the company and I were comfortable. He left at 7pm. The Installers showed up the very next day at 8:30a and were done by 1p. Great experience.

Stacey was absolutely amazing! Really from the front desk all the way through, these guys were great. I had an A/C emergency (in the middle of Florida summer) and two companies stood me up. We called the business in the evening for a dead compressor fan. The weather was cool enough that we didn't ask for an emergency service. Next day at 9 Stacey came for a diagnostic, and later in the day Jose came to replace the motor. I am very persistent and inquisitive, and I have to praise both Stacy and Jose's patience in answering all my questions :) What we truly appreciated about both of them was the normal, professional style of communication, the realistic walk-through of problems and what they offered, without having that slimy salesmen vibe. I called this company at 8pm on a Saturday night, they had someone at my house by 10am the next morning. They sent Stacey out to my house. During the day, I set my ac to 72 but the temperature as been averaging 75 to 78. I thought my ac unit needed to be maintenence but the reality is it can't keep up with the Florida's summer. Stacey was honest in his opinion and didn't try to make money by selling me anything I didn't need. I would definitely call this company again if I need my ac look at.

In April I had my AC capacitor fixed by Stacy, a really nice and professional guy, while he was there he have a quote on a new AC unit for when we were ready to call it quits with the old one. In June we had more issues with our old unit keeping up with the hot hot Florida weather. We then called Stacy back up for the install appointment. Everything up to that point went smoothly. When the guys came out to install the new unit, they looked unprofessional, smoked a lot!, and left a huge mess in the attic with the air handler after being installed. The AC unit was only TWO days old and we started having problems with it keeping the house cool!!?? I mean you spend over 7,000 to have a up and running unit, and it breaks down in TWO DAYS!!!! THEY GET ⭐️ STAR AND THATS BEING NICE!!! We then called the company again and told them about are unnecessary problem! I was so frustrated!!! Then an AC Angel named Felix came to my Aide was an AWESOME OUTSTANDING GUY!!! He gets FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Found the problem immediately and fixed it!! He was friendly, professional, and you just knew he cared. Now I have nice cold air. Thank you Felix!!! You’re the best😁

Returned home on Mother's Day after a long weekend away to find my A/C not working. I called five companies and only two returned my call, Super Heat and Air and another named brand company. Super Heat and Air was the only company that didn't have overtime charges. The other company wanted to add on 40% above normal costs for repairs with a minimum of $120.00 appearance fee. The technician Daniel, responded within 90 minutes of my call. After checking my system he pointed out the problems on my 12 year old unit. Under no pressure and doing the math for the repair, I determined that it was more financially feasible to replace the system rather than repair. He spoke with me in length regarding proper size unit for my home. Never tried to up sell me on a more expensive unit or any additional gimmicks. Price was comparable to other companies and within 30 minutes Daniel had an appointment set up for an install the next day. Unfortunately I can't remember their names, but the installers were at my house the next day and I had a new system blowing cold air within 3 1/2 hours from their arrival. Excellent work and made sure I was comfortable with operation. One of the installers even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any questions about the thermostat setup. Daniel even returned the next day to check the install and instilled a mold fog as promised to protect the ventilation. I can say without question Super Heat and Air has my business from this day forward.

My wife and I have had our home for a little over a year now. Our old A/C unit was the original install more than 15 years ago. Needless to say, we were expecting to replace it. However, being first time home owners, we really didn't know who to turn to when it was time to replace it. Mark, the technician who came to figure out what was going on was extremely knowledgeable and not only showed me what was wrong, but explained it in a way that I understood the issue. I was expecting him to be the typical "salesman" and try to pitch the most expensive upgrades, but he simply recommended what our house basically needed to keep cool the most efficient way possible. My wife contacted Home Advisors after a bad experience with a different AC company. Little did we know the blessing that was about to be bestowed upon us. Super Heat & Air responded immediately and an appointment was set up for that day. Scott, the field supervisor, came out and inspected our complete solar AC system and could not believe how it was up. He apologized for the workmanship of the previous company and immediately called upon Jake, his solar expert, to help us rectify the situation we were in. Stacey our first tech was a super nice guy who came out to initially diagnose the problem on a Friday night. Our follow up guy was someone different and came the Monday once able to get the part needed in stock (I forgot his name). He was nice as well and replaced the part. I would give them (the company) 5 stars except the prices were kind of steep and we even signed up for their service plan ($14 a month) so this got us a discount on the labor. It cost around $375 to fix the motor in the ac unit that had gone bad. The motor was under warranty so we only paid for labor and still cost that much. Not sure why or how. It took the first tech 10 minutes to diagnose the issue and the follow up tech maybe 15 minutes to install the new motor so for less than half hour of work we paid almost $400. So the techs get 5 stars and prices get 3 stars so overall 4 stars. I’m sure there are much cheaper companies out there but for the time being I’m giving these guys a chance for the next year.

So I was feeling a little warm and before I knew it, it was 80 degrees in my home. I panicked and called the A/C company that installed my unit 4 years ago. They gave me a timeframe of 2-3 days. After checking around I called Super Heat and Air and the woman Kelly gave me a timeframe of 1 hour. I was floored and more than excited. After about 5 minutes I got a phone call from Cash, the service tech, and he said he would be to my house in 10 minutes. And he wasn’t lying. He arrived and went straight to work. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it with minutes of arriving. He was very polite and respectful, and he took the time to explain everything to me. We were up and running in no time. Honestly, the best service by far. From the first phone call to my A/C back up and running was under 1 hour.

He definitely focuses on making the customer the top priority and ensuring we understand all the options including warranty and continual service. Chapter 2 - The Installation team, Tom and Ray showed up at the agreed time which was preceded by a courteous phone call prior to their arrival, the NEXT Day after Scott's initial meeting. They were extremely courteous to my wife, worked very hard and quickly and even offered to vacuum up the rooms they walked through. (No need for that). They explained the new unit and thermostat operation to both of us and will send out a drywall tech to cut & repair the old intake grate to fit the new more efficient intake grate with our new unit . They even hauled off the old cement form the old unit pad. Great customer service-Great staff. I work in the physical plant operations field and deal with a lot of Vendors and Contractors. I would not hesitate to hire these folks for any job

My wife and I just purchased a flip home in St Petersburg that was built in 1948 and had been sitting for a significant amount of time. After three days in the home, our air conditioner went completely out as well as a large plumbing flood the same day. I reached out to Home Advisors who immediately patched me with Super Heat and Air.... technician Scott came out the same day ON TIME and diagnosed our issue... he was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in the explanation of our problem and what needed to be done. He restored the AC to operate until he was able to return. Upon return, he fixed our problem, was able to sign us up with the companies premier maintenance package and suggest further maintenance upgrades to ensure that our unit operated to its maximum capacity in the future. Scott was EXTREMELY personable and understanding of the stress of multiple issues weighing us down within the first week of us being in our home. We LOVED SCOTT!!! I honestly wish i could put him on a keychain and refer him and his hvac knowledge to everyone i know. I would ABSOLUTELY suggest Super Heating and Air and DEFINITELY suggest anyone ask for Scott as their technician. Excellent response time for a service call when our AC completely stopped working. The Office Staff was friendly and helpful. Alex, the Technician, was very personable and extremely knowledgeable! He was very patient with us, even though we watched every single thing he did, and asked a lot of questions. His answers were thorough enough to enable us to understand the function of specific components, as well as how the AC unit operates, overall. It was almost like receiving a crash course in AC operation! Lol Alex was also very thorough in checking for every possible cause of the unit quitting, especially since we explained that we had already been told two different things by two different technicians. Once Alex found and repaired the problem, and our unit was operating normally, we were both happy and relieved, feeling that Alex went well above and beyond! In addition, Super Heat & Air offers its customers a number of great options for significant cost savings in the performance of system maintenance and repairs, through one of their optional membership plans. Not only would we utilize Super Heat & Air again, but we would request Technician Alex, if possible!

He came in, listened to me explain problem, went through previous service call paperwork to see was had been done and he figured out the thermostat was not programed properly. I had purchased an air conditioning system from another company about three years ago. The system has worked very inconsistently, my electric bill actually went up. I’ve had multiple companies come out to try and help me to no avail. I decided to give Super Heat And Air a try. Their technician was prompt, clean, professional, and very personable. He patiently listened to my concerns. In a short period of time he brought some issuesto my attention about the system that seemed very obvious the way he explained it to me. I asked him why nobody else noticed these things before. He smiled and told me he could not answer the question. They made some inexpensive duct modifications and internal adjustments to the A/C unit. The outside unit is much quieter. My bedroom is wonderfully cool now! My bills have gone down. I have been having a lot of problems with my 10-year old AC unit this year. Previously I have dealt with three other AC companies. Each time, these companies have tried to scam me into thinking I needed to pay for a $2,000 or more part. Today, I called Super Heat & Air. The office staff was courteous and scheduled someone to be at my home within 2 hours. The technician who arrived on time, after giving me a courtesy call, was Scott. It was so refreshing to have someone honest to do the troubleshooting and talk me through the procedure, during the entire process. Scott was not only educated and experienced, but was also very nice and courteous and humble. He was a definite blessing for me! We were looking to replace our two older units and had received several quotes from different companies. Dan with Super Heat & Air was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had an air purifier system with UV lights installed upon purchasing our home a few years ago. Dan was knowledgeable and up to date with the purifier system as well in order to have it reinstalled in new units. Dan throughly explained how systems worked, the ton and sear needed for our house size, answered all our questions and was available by phone and text when we thought of more questions. He provided us with what make and models would be installed so we could research specifically to ensure it covered all aspects of what we wanted. We were very happy with his service. Now that our decision is made we look forward to our install from Super Heat and Air. The great and responsive team at Super Heat and Air understands this and puts their best effort to help you get back and running as soon as they possibly can. Where other companies we called jacks up their “after hour” rates, we got told a tech would shortly reach out to us and the fee waived for us new customers. The tech Chris F. Called within minutes and even came first thing in the morning instead of putting us last in the list or giving us a 5 hour block of wondering when the suffering would end. When Chris showed up he shook our hands and promised his word to get us the best deal he could without overcharging us for unnecessary pets we didn’t need. The unit was a goner, but he reached out and got us any rebates or discount we could qualify for and this really impressed us. When the AC went out that cools our bedrooms, I called Super Heat and Air because they were open 24 hours. Within a couple of hours, Stacey was at my house and found the issue. The part had to be ordered in, which was going to take a couple of days. My AC stopped cooling around 4:3pm on a Saturday and I used Google and Home Advisor to search for a business that was available before Monday. Within 5 minutes Angel called from Super Heat and Air, explained their service policy and would have a technician call me. This company was very unprofessional. They were supposed to come out today (8/24/19) to give me a quote on a new AC system, but I received a call from Mark at 8:45am telling me he had over 6 clients to visit this morning which I could totally understand. So he tried to give me a quote over the phone but was very short, spoke over me when I asked questions, and rushed me through the phone call as if he was trying to hurry through his morning work to make it to an afternoon BBQ. He was VERY rude to say the least. So not only did you not show up as promised, but your customer service skills was awful. Not a good first impression or the type of company I want to do business with! Would give zero stars if I could. UPDATE: The Monday after my review, Mary, the owner, reached out to me in multiple fashion (phone, email, and responded to this post) in efforts to rectify the issue. Though I had already confirmed my AC unit replacement with another company Mary went over and beyond what was necessary to correct this issue. I was more than satisfied that she even took the time and effort to reach out and apologize which shows the true professionalism of this company. I believe what happened on Saturday was a one-off issue, by one silly individual and does not truly reflect how this company operates their business. Beyond that, she offered me a $100 check for my waste of time that previous Saturday which I did not ask for as her sincere apology was more than enough. Given how she went about handling the situation, had I not already locked my replacement unit in with someone else, I would have definitely given Super Heat and Air another opportunity to move forward with the installation. Our a/c went out last night, so we called Super Heat and Air this morning. The woman put in an "emergency call" for us and said that we'd be one of the first calls of the day. Sure enough, we received a call from the tech, Daniel, within 30 minutes. In the meantime, on a suggestion from a friend, we found out what the problem was and got the system working again ourselves. We called the company back to let them know but asked if they could still send someone out, but on a routine call at their convenience. However, Daniel, being the professional that he is, still came by as his first call to take a quick look and make sure that we were all set. Our Ac quite working in June of 2017. The technician came out on a Sunday by himself and we had a new unit installed. Sorry I don't remember his name but he was very detailed in the installation. Mike Calta always talks about this company om 102.5 so I decided to listen to my friend and could not be a happier person(just upset I didn't listen sooner) Suddenly our AC stops working, we are up to almost 89 degrees in the house and within 2-3 hours of my phone call Eric was here, worked while getting shredded by mosquitoes, informed me about things I didn't know and answered my 45 questions trying to understand everything, and was patient and thorough with his work. Didn't leave a screw unchecked, a question unanswered, and a problem not solved. Will recommend until my death. Update: the aforementioned problem was not solved, but Jose came out 2 times to fully complete the repair and process. Could not be happier with Jose and his insane amount of knowledge/kindness
