When my AC went out unexpectedly, I had no idea what to do or who to call. There are literally hundreds of AC companies in Tampa and it’s difficult to know who you can trust. So naturally, I asked some friends and relatives and they gave me some recommendations. I called those companies and they either could not come out the same day or didn’t respond. When I went online to research AC companies in Tampa, I came across personalised reviews mentioning a gentlemen named Marcus for MR A/C of TAMPA. So I decided to call MR A/C of TAMPA and Marcus picked up the phone. Marcus mentioned that he could schedule me the next day but that if anything opened up that day, he would let me know. Later that day Marcus called and said that he would be able to stop by. When Marcus came over, he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it all while explaining to me what he was doing in the most professional way. When you need AC service done on your home, don’t just call a generic AC company, call someone you can trust, someone who will give you professional and personalised service. Call Marcus and you won’t regret it!

Got home from a work trip to my AC not working on a Friday night at 7pm and its 80 degrees in the house. I called another company first and they said they could fit me in on Monday, well that wasn't going to work so next I called Mr. A/C of Tampa and was greeted by Marcus who said he could be there within the hour. Marcus showed up and immediately got to work and had it figured out and fixed in about 20 minutes. Saved my weekend! I would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Mr A/C to anyone. We were looking to replace a 20 year old unit before the summer. The experience dealing with Marcus was excellent. He offers a better warranty than most other companies, easy to communicate with, and his quality of work was flawless. Even the city inspector said the install was done very well and above the norm. I called MR A/C of Tampa late 3 nights ago when our AC was not functioning properly. Marcus called back within minutes and came out the next day to assess and fix the problem. Marcus was one of the most professional and honest repair people we have ever encountered. The price for the repair was affordable, fair, and accurate. I highly recommend Marcus of MR A/C!! He will be our contact for any future repairs...after all this is Florida and you need your A/C!!

WOW! Three letters and one simple word but that's how I would describe Mr. A/C and Marcus. He came out when our air quit working even though it was on the weekend. We decided to go ahead and replace our old unit and Marcus gave us detailed information and options. His work installing our new system was beyond spectacular! The old system had not been done correctly and Marcus had to resolve those issues and he went far above and beyond what other companies would have done! Marcus did a great job installing not one but two units in our home. We couldn’t figure out how to get the heat on once it started getting cooler outside. We called him and he was out in 30 minutes to our house...in the EVENING! It was prob 7 o clock! Marcus is OCD about his work and does a good job. 👍 …

I had the most wonderful experience with MR A/C OF TAMPA LLC! Having been on the brink of an A/C emergency, (right smack in the middle of an intense heat wave), I was pretty desperate and reached out to several companies. Marcus called me in response to my internet plea and was able to meet me immediately. He was professional, kind, and talked me through everything he was doing. He took the time to really troubleshoot the issues with the flow switches and pump, and pointed out a couple other things to look at in the long term. I was nervous about the price of an emergency service such as this, but was ultimately blown away by the affordability! I’m so gracious for this impeccable customer service experience and I will be using MR A/C OF TAMPA LLC for all of my future A/C needs!
