Highly recommend!! Appointment was kept as scheduled, Tech showed up on time, after spending a good amount of time checking out the compressor, the handler, etc he gave me assurance the system is working well and even changed the filters (not every AC service company does that)! I’ve always been pleased with the service I receive from Marlin James.

We replaced our bonus room AC. Marlin James was the best priced system quote we received. They replaced our old Lennox system with a new one. The entire experience was great! The installation crew began at 7:15 am and were done by 1:30 PM. They were polite and so courteous we could not hear them working upstairs. They did a great install and cleaned up completely. I highly recommend Marlin James!!!!

Semi-annual system maintenance. The service technician arrived as scheduled and completed all system diagnostic services . He informed me of the over-all system condition when he completed his work. He impressed me with his knowledge of the system operational charactics. Quite frankly, I was impressed with his work ethic and customer service attitude. I've happy with this company since the installation of my new unit a few years ago.

Steven did an excellent job cleaning & checking my whole system. He helped me understand how the system gets the moisture flowing outside. So glad to have work on my older AC/heater system.

Marlin James is THE best company hands down. Christopher Warren diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and ensured there were no other issues. Come to find out the previous company I had service my system told me the heat portion was broken and I needed a whole new system for $13K. Christopher identified everything was working correctly except for one wire - which was disconnected in a way that might be overlooked by a novice. Re-making this wire connection and BAM everything works fine now! The professionalism, honesty and integrity of Marlin James is hard to find. Thank you!!!! Now, we need another cold front…. LOL

Excellent service and fair pricing. Installed a new HVAC for us and I have set up semi-annual maintenance with them.Had a service call today and the tech, Kenneth, did an excellent job for us. Highly recommend.
