This company earns every star. So professional, trustworthy, and efficient. My husband shops around, is very involved in home maintenance, and very tight with money. He selected John's a/c for a large system repair, even though we are in a different county an hour away. Years later....he is out of state and the a/c breaks. I called them after trying all the tricks, clearing the line, etc. and they sent an awesome technician out the same day. He was extremely professional and did a thorough investigation and testing. A new part was needed and it was installed quickly the next morning. I cannot emphasize the trust and professionalism of this company, the owners, the technicians. They stand by the work they do. I wish I could give more stars!!!!

John's has been around for a long time. In fact we knew John from over 30 yrs ago when he helped out my mom when he was doing handyman stuff. We had him install a new AC & so far everything has been great. We have them come out twice a year to service our ac too. Today I had Daniel come out to fix the ac & he was very professional & was very pleasant to be around. Thank you John & thank you Daniel. Nothing but good things to say!

had them install whole house ac 5 years ago had problem last week with ac called they cam out had to replace whole outside ac unit at no cost as i had taken ext. warranty thank goodness got here at 3 in afternoon and had ac working at 7 that night David did good job and wonderful to deal with no cutting corners. good job

I have never experienced such of fantastic customer service, I had my AC fixed today with John's after another company came last week and told me that there was a broken part on my new 1yr old Unit? Which I was suspicious about it and did not hire them. Johns Air took time and listen to me regarding the problems and they without ANY pressure was able to clearly communicate and able to fix the unit. (by the way the part that the other company was telling me to change was Never broken). Thank you John's Air for your honesty and quick response. You are my number 1 service company. This is the first time that I used John's Service and I could not be more pleased. With the cold weather that we have been having recently it finally was time for me to run my heat. Unfortunately my heating system had other ideas. My service tech was very pleasant to deal with and was able to get me up and running very quickly. I will definitely call John's the next time that I need any kind of heat or air conditioning service.

This company is one of the few that actually care about their reputation and their customers. Our air conditioning system quit working last evening. In addition to not working, there were about 5 inches of water on the floor of the air conditioner “cabinet”. So we put on all of our ceiling fans and managed to get a decent night’s sleep, even though the temp in the house was up to 81 this morning! I called John’s first thing this morning, and spoke with Cindy, who was very helpful and promised someone would be by between 1 and 5 o’clock this afternoon to take care of us. Right on schedule, Adam was at our door. He assessed the problem, assured us that everything would be fine and left us with a working system and a cooler home!! A big “thank you” to Cindy and Adam for making our first experience with John’s a very good one!! We will definitely be using them for all our air conditioning needs!!

Great place. They installed our air conditioner 5 years ago and have used them since. Our air conditioner stopped working last night and Cindy changed schedules so that we were first on list this morning. She went above and beyond to help us. Adam was the technician and he is wonderful. Listened to what it was doing and took his time to figure out how to repair it. He was very polite, friendly and cared. Will definitely ask for Adam for anything in the future.

Adam and Valentino did an excellent job of installing a new furnace and reconfiguring the air conditioner intake vents. The workmanship is high quality. They worked continuously until they completed the job and even swept the garage and thoroughly cleaned up any litter left around. An important part of their work was to take out an a/c intake vent that was in the living room and install two new intake vents in two other parts of the house. This drastically cut down on the roar of the previous intake vent and made the house much quieter when the a/c runs and the master bedroom is much cooler. Overall, they performed a miracle, if you will, for me.

Cindy at the office was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Best of all, she squeezed us in for an appointment on the same day I called! Keiland, the technician, arrived right on time, checked the HVAC system of our new house, installed a new filter and showed us how to do it, gave us advice on pouring bleach versus vinegar into system, and walked us through using our digital thermostat to set up humidity controls as well as temperatures for different times of day. He too was very friendly and professional. Great company to worth with!

Every part of my experience with them has been first rate. We've had them out for service a couple of times in the last few years. This year it was time for a new system. Josh installed the system with his helper and it was a clean, professional installation. I used to build houses so I know. Today we had Adam out for a tweak to the system. He really knew what he was talking about and addressed the problem with an adjustment to the fan speed. Problem solved and he made sure that this wouldn't create another problem later. I highly recommend John's for all your HVAC needs.

I have found John’s air-conditioning service to be extremely honest and a reputable company. I had an exceptionally great experience with one of their technicians recently when my mothers air-conditioning system was having some problems. I am an electronics manufacturer and technician and sometimes do some diagnosis on air-conditioning systems for myself and friends and family although I am not a certified technician. I went over to my mothers house and was able to figure out what was wrong with her unit prior to John’s technician arriving at her house. When he got there and saw that I had figured out the problem he was very gracious and actually helped me by giving me some wire nuts and sheet metal screws. He could not have been any nicer. He didn’t even charge me for the service call! It is very refreshing to see a company that is honest and straightforward with their customers and tries to be helpful in resolving problems. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

I would highly recommend this company. They are very professional, helpful, easy to talk to, shows up on time and does what they say they will do. I got an excellent price for a new air conditioner. My house was under renovations and I made a visit on a Sunday to check on the progress and notice I had water leaking from my attic. I panic and called John's Air. They were there within the hour to check it out. They fixed something that wasn't their problem. The electrician had stepped on the drain pipe and broke it. John's is very customer oriented. They installed our current A/C unit 4 years ago and, the few times it's had problems, they have been easy to work with and very professional. I had a medical issue earlier this year where I was in the hospital for multiple weeks. During that time my parents called on them to fix an issue, where John came out himself to complete the work so my parents wouldn't have to deal with a hot house. The most recent scenario, the service manager (Keiland Smith) came to the house and immediately got to work to find out that we had a controller card that was fried. Rather than making us wait until they got the part, he made some modifications to get us by until the part was available. I have worked with multiple AC vendors in the area and they are without a doubt the most trustworthy I have ever worked with.

Last week another company came to do an annual check on my HVAC system. They told me that I needed a completely new system at a cost of $6 -10K because my unit could catch on fire. I remember that John had done some work on my daughter's HVAC system and she spoke very highly of him. I called and talked to Cindy in the office. She was great. John came out Monday. He told me that my system just needed a part. He ordered the part and completed the work in about an hour and the cost was reasonable. I have been a John's A/C customer for the past few years. This year, the Service Manager, Mr. Keiland Smith, performed my annual system check-up. He offered much good advice for maintaining my system. He knows a lot about A/C systems and explained the advantages of a UV light to improve the air quality and security...and offered to add the light right then! Overall great technical service, knowledgeable staff, great customer service...I'll stay with John's A/C!

After getting several estimates from different companies, I have to say that the knowledge and professionalism that Keiland supplied was our decision maker. Johns Air made us feel comfortable and confident about the work that we already knew we needed. They were polite and courteous during the entire process. We had our whole system including all duct work replaced and not to mention they offer the best warranty of 10 years parts and labor! while most companies only offer 5 years parts, 1 year labor. I honestly can not thank John enough! I called him with my issues and he was able to locate the part warranty and have replaced same day within just a few hours of speaking with him. I received many quotes going up to $2,800 and he was able to work with me on getting the best price and how I could assist. My husband and I thought we’d be going without AC due to costs and John himself made it happen. We are truly grateful and will always refer him to anyone in need or call him ourselves. Staff was great that came out as well, he was very informative and pleasant. We’re pleased all around.

Adam showed up 5 mins before appointment. Professional and honest. Was quoted an outrageous price by a different A/C company for it leaking freeon (and It wasn't even leaking)!  3m I highly recommend John's Air Conditioning and Heating Servie, LLC. I had a condenser coil that was damaged and spoke with John and he had a service tech at my house same day to look at AC. John then gave me a quote and I booked the repair service. They were there next day. When Tech arrived, he replaced the evaporator coil, then realized it was condenser coil that had problem. The previous tech had typed in wrong code the day before. The condenser coil is much more expensive than evaporator coil. John not only stood by the original quote, they left the new evaporator coil in m y unit. The tech Tony that did the installation went above an beyond with service. John's AC company is reliable, honest and did a fantastic job. My AC is blowing cold air and I feel I was treated incredible. I highly recommend this company. I was searching for a reputable air condition company for the replacement of our air conditioner it was at its end of life. We choose Johns Air due to their reputation and competitive pricing. It was important to find a product that was manufactured in the US “American Pride”; Amana is still manufactured in Huston Texas and has one of the best warranties in the business. American made great customer service and reasonable prices made this one of my most gratifying large purchases in a long time. The Technician was on time and answered all of my questions during the change out. He made sure to clean up after the work was completed and walked me though the operation of the new equipment. The new equipment is remarkable quieter and with the Amanas warranty I will have no concerns for the next ten years. If you are in the market for a new/replacement air conditioner you should give John a call I couldn’t be happier!

My AC went out on a Sunday in July. I called John's AC and they had a tech call me back within a few minutes. Keiland (the Service Manager)called me back and was able to come within 2 hours of me calling. Keiland came and found the issue as to why my AC stopped and even showed me something that my installing contractor (another company) had done which could have flooded the AC and my hallway. Keiland looked up my AC warranty since it is only a year old and found that the part to replace was covered under my warranty. He came back on Monday when I was home after work to replace the part and actually found after tracing out the exact line to replace the part that it had been loose from the factory causing it to malfunction. He was able to save me some money without having to replace it and reconnected what needed to be and quickly the house cooled down. Thank you for your quick response and honesty. I will use John's AC in the future and recommend!!

I would highly recommend getting your next AC from John's AC company. The process was informative, easy and very affordable. The technicians were very professional. I really liked there 10 year warranty on parts AND labor. Most AC companies do not add the labor into the warranty. The Amana AC that they put in is great. Our whole AC/heating unit just completely fell apart. But prior to this we had another ac company do our fixes and they were horrible. They would make some type of repair but the following week it would fall apart again and the would charge us again the second time. Really? One week apart and they didn't spot this? Seems rather dishonest so after that experience it was back on the hunt for another repair company. We chose John's AC b'cuz they received high ratings from their other customers and we decided to give them a shot. Mind you at this point we are leary of any repair company, even with good rating. Their repair technicians came out and spent all day installing a new system for us, they even replaced the ceiling rack and the beams that holds the ac unit for better support. We are very satisfied and especially grateful to Luiz DeJesus, his crew and the owner John who is a delightful person to deal with. They are extremely professional and hard working.

I had 2 other techs come out to look at my unit- neither of them could figure out the issue- (I have a complicated communicating system) John took the time to research the system, trouble shoot it completely and diagnosis it - turns out we needed to replace the thermostat- but this one no ordinary system - he saved me hundreds by replacing it with a Honeywell WIFI thermostat and even found an issue with the thermostat wires in the attic!!! making the unit run and much more efficient - I highly recommend Johns'AC for their professionalism and honesty - I did my own research and even had a friend follow up who is in the industry and John was spot on!!!

Decided to call back the next day and he came out within the hour and assessed the situation. Jarvis removed and cleaned coil and fan but, there was more of a problem with our 12 year old system. Jarvis and his team Luiz, and Mike came back and installed a complete system very professional, fast, efficient did not charge until the system was running and installed we will continue to use them for AC yearly check ups. Called because our ac unit simply wouldnt come on. A technician named Jarvis came out the same day, not just on time, but early. He was professional, polite, and made a point to provide as much information as possible and humored all my questions. Had the tech come to replace a motor on air handler very unpleasant not one word except toward the end for the payment. I've had other experiences with people coming to fix stuff before but this guy was the worst. Besides the tech the prices are fair for labor. Thank you for fixing it.
